This program will be perfect for me at this point in my life for two very important reasons. One I love the fact that you have actual science and research behind your program and not just fluff and gimmicks to make money. Over the last week I have already learned a great deal on the daily updates that you have been sending (I can’t wait to learn more about the specific before and after diets and workouts as it pertains to the cheat day). I have participated in some other programs before and have been successful in one specifically losing almost 90 lbs in a little over a year, so I am very driven and believe I will be successful and a great representative for your program. Secondly I am a father of three and work 7 days a week and needless to say I have let my self go over the last two years gaining about 40 – 45lbs back that me or my back definitely does not need – I have used every excuse in the book from the death of my father to working too much not to be in shape. I believe the science and information in your program will help me be successful and give me the competitive edge on some of those who have hours a day to spend in a gym. Not it’s my time to do it right!!

I am 53 years old my weight has gone from 275 to 220 in last year and now I’ve completely stalled. (need to lose another 10lbs) Getting married at the end of June. I stumbled across this and realized that I’ve kind of been doing this as I have a FREE day every Sunday , so I know it works but really want to go all out with it so I could get true benefits. Plus spreading the word about this is something I would take great pleasure in. Am I the most worthy candidate? Probably not. Will I be a great success story? Absolutely!

I’m a 35 year old, mother of two girls. I have fought being overweight my entire adult life. Problem is I’ve been working out and not losing like I think I should….40 pound in a year. It’s frustrating and I can’t seem to get a straight answer out of people. I’ve worked with trainers who seem to be more interested in socializing and their competitions than helping me. At 18 years of age and about 80 kgs, I definitely do not fit in with the other sexy women. But again, it isn’t like I am missing out on anything because I don’t know what it’s like to be ‘hot’ per se.

I am a student at Memorial University of Newfoundland in my last year of my Bachelor of Commerce degree. I also train and compete in the art of Muay Thai. i have tried so many diets and exercises. I have lost 1 and a half stones through stupid diets to regaining 3 stones. I have excercised for daily and for long periods till my ankle had got sprained. I have tried many diets and even starved my self eating nothing for days and i also tried eating only fruits entire day. I have put in alot of effort but results in the end went back to zilch. I am fed up of yo yo dieting or a diet which doesnt work and keep my weight off. I am unhappy with the size i am now and i would like to lose it fast without destroying my metabolism and keeping it off.

If life were a circus, then I’d be the Amazing Yo-Yo Girl. Come One, Come All! See the girl whose weight changes more often than gas prices. Name a fad. I’ve tried it. Bandwagon? I’ve traveled on them all. Magic diet pill? If it existed, I’d already have a lifetime supply. And yet, here I am. Still chubby. Still have a closet filled with clothes from sizes 6 to 14 (because you just never know). And still unhappily “dieting.”

DIET. Frankly I don’t even know that that word means anymore.

So, what next? Well, 15 months after having my first child, I’m ready for real change. I’m ready to get out of my daily uniform of baggy sweats. I’m ready to toss the mom jeans in the trash. I’m ready to climb up the slide with my kid without fear of a love handle popping out. I’m ready to feel sexy again (win-win for me AND the hubby).

And most importantly, I want to show my family—especially my son—that choosing a healthy lifestyle is not as hard as we thought. I want to be an inspiration! Is that too much to ask? ☺

I have looked at the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet and the program is exactly what I need. I have been trying everything to lose fat, for the past two years I have been on 3 different programs and have seen slight results but just NOT the results I hoped for.

I am writing on behalf of my 54 year old “manfriend” who desperately needs and wants for health reasons to loose about 50 pounds. Prior to a small stroke 4 years ago, he was very health conscious and active. Since recovering from the stroke, there seem to have been constant challenges to losing the weight. Hey Joel, I would like to start out by saying thank you for all the great tips you have given me, it has helped me out a lot and made me realize how easy it can be to follow a great weight loss plan that actually works, I have been struggling with my weight for a very long time now and just need some kind of motivation to get things going for me and I know your program is that motivation, unfortunately just about a month ago I was diagnosed with a anxiety disorder and high cholestoral, It is hard to get through the day without worrying about my health but if I had a great program like your Xtreme Fat Loss Diet it would make my life a lot easier, so thank you for everything and I wish you luck.

My daughter and I would benefit greatly from your program. I am 42 and have struggled all my life with weight loss, my daughter is 15 and over weight herself. We have joined the local YMCA and have been trying to workout but not knowing which workouts actuallydo the best for us is very confusing and this program could be just what we need but I am a single parent with limited income and would not be able to buy this program.

I need this information because I have always had trouble getting weight off and keeping it off. I am currently 6’5″ and weigh 320 lbs. I played football when I was younger (now almost 57) and have put on the weight over time. I have tried several diets and have not been successful in keeping the weight off.
