Hi. I want to lose weight and be fitter and healthier and I think this program can do it. I was always the “chubby” kid growing up. Being only 5’7″, I went from 180 in high school to about 240 when I graduated college. Once out, I decided to do what I can to get down to a healthy weight, and succeeded going to about 170, but managed to become that “fat, skinny” guy you mention. I started weight training and finally put on some muscle, but could never really get to the point where I looked that great. Now, at over 40, back to 180, I’m at my wit’s end, trying almost every fitness regiment and diet out there. I’d like to finally reach my goals without resorting to steroids or more extreme measures and this seems like my last resort. Help!! Thanks..
Because I would like to be able to prove you right. I am a 48 year old woman, I eat well and exercise hard and no matter what I do I just can’t get any leaner, I have the typical female problem spots but not a lot of weight to lose, I have been promised by other plans but so far nothing helps

I have always been interested in fitness and a healthier lifestyle. Work demands leave very little downtime, let alone time for exercise. After a recent physical exam, my doctor said I am a little overweight(205lbs at 5’8) and my blood pressure is very high. I have had a very significant success with my recent (two years) involvement in the fitness world. I lost 22 pounds when I started the Diet Solution and I feel quite well at my almost 71 years of age. However I have not been able to get rid of some residual excess weight around my waist couples with some loose skin as a result of my weight loss. Hey Joel, you can call me a “fence sitter” in that I have read and reviewed many different excercise programs. None really interested me until I came across your program that combines both the nutritiional and excercise programs in one package. No more trying to put two different programs together. As I mentioned, I have been on the side lines looking at different progams for a while. My older son was involved in a terrible car accident 1 1/2 yrs ago and since then we have been taking care of him. Well my health has now started to deteriorate and I think this program is just the thing to help me get back to a state where I feel good about myself and can take better care of my son.
This plan is exactly what I need for where I am at in my life. I lost 30 lbs a few years back using common sense exercising and eating. I am a fulltime PhD student with a fulltime job, and I serve as a volunteer and mentor in a couple of national organizations. I’m reponding for my wife. She has been battling severe asthma and the doctors have put her on a lot of Prednisone. Unfortunately the side effects are weight gain…40 lbs. now. To make matter worse, the doctor has now said he wants her to lose that weight she’s gained and to do it naturally. The weight gain is putting more stress on not only her breathing, but her heart too. We’ve been trying hard but we’ve only been able to lose 5 lbs this past month. I have been struggling with my weight for as long as I can remember..I am 245 lbs currently and just tired of it..I am going to be 50 in June and have always wanted to get fit but have been frustrated by a confusing multitude of conflicting information regarding fitness..one expert says do this another says no do this. I want a sensible diet program I can stick to and lose fat with. The more quickly the better. This program fits all my criteria and promises the results I am looking for. I had a baby a couple of years ago and am still trying to get rid of the baby fat and be in better shape than I was before I had my baby. Me and my husband have been trying for awhile now to have another one and I know that weight can have a lot to do with success.
