Working in a hospital and taking care of patients is very inspiring thing to me. I’m just a technician but I have very powerful chance to advise patients. I spend almost 45min to an hour with each one during performing my test. I have a chance better than any doctor to give advices and drive people to a healthy way to better life. This is amazing but I don’t feel very confident because I have to be a perfect example to them. I tried to eat healthy and doing exercises but I didn’t still reach my goal. I have a belly fat and I look out of shape. I’m pretty sure that a copy of the entire Xtreme Fat Loss Diet 2.1 system will help me as well as my patients to lose their fat and enjoy better life. I would love to have all of this information to lose some baby weight I ve been struggling with for the past 9 1/2 months. I made the decision to have a baby a little later in life than some. I turned 40 a very short time after giving birth to my wonderful baby girl. Although motherhood has been an amazing experience, the fat loss has not! I have tried a few of the diets that you can purchase, I’ve tried bootcamp for a month….I seem to have gotten stuck where I am and have been since September of 2011. I really need help as I will be returning to my job very soon and this summer is just around the corner, I don’t want to look the same as I did at the end of last summer!!!

Everything John puts out, including his physique, is top notch so I know that this is going to be killer program. In the past, I’ve tried everything from the late Dan Duchaine’s BodyOpus to the newer intermittent fasting programs. While I’ve had success with the newer intermittent fasting programs, I want to take it to the next level! I’m sitting at about 215 lbs at 10 percent body fat. My progress is halted and I need you to take me below 10 percent! You and John collectively give out a wealth of free information on Facebook, Youtube, blog posts, and emails. From this information, I have a really good idea about what the program entails. However, based on John’s previous work and your own, I know this program is going to have it all. I know it will have the details, the science, and supporting research so that I understand my body’s metabolism and nutritional demands the best that I can. I opened a training facility about two months and I have a list of things to improve on to make it successful. I need to set the right example and get my body in shape so clients believe and trust in me more. When I received the email with (Lose 25lbs in 25 days) I thought this could be the perfect program for me. The results from the testimonials were amazing. I need something to help guide me along the way to getting results. Seeing changes within a short amount of time makes it easier to stick with. I have tried to diet several times but the results come so slow and I get burnt out. My goal would be to do the Xtreme Fat Loss and get my photos up on your site showing off the results. My weight has gone up and down most of my adult life. Right now, I am not working due to circumstances beyond my control. I have become very depressed, and sleep a lot just to forget what I am going through. I need a purpose, and a goal. I hurt my ankle and haven’t been able to exercise like I used to. I was on crutches for 6 months and because of that I gained 40 pounds. After all that I still may need surgery, which will just drag on my inability to exercise. Needless to say, I’m not eating right and I don’t know how to. I need a diet that is going to help me lose the weight in a healthy way instead of starving myself even if I can’t do P90x like I used to, because I can’t even run yet and I’m not sure when I’ll be able to. There are three weddings this year so I need to lose the weight and keep it off.

Well, I don’t NEED it. Anyone who says they do, is bulls****ing. The things you NEED are air, water, sleep.

So… why do I WANT it?

(1) I am never OFF a diet. No matter what I do, I cannot get rid of the stubborn belly fat (not even water-fasting for 2 months and living in the gym). I need to lose approx. 15 kg, most of which are in my abdominal area/upper body — I’m apple-shaped.

Honestly, if I find a weight loss plan that helps me get rid of it, I will consider it a miracle – literally.

(2) I enjoy trying/comparing different weight loss plans. I document my progress via my blog, where I also review the weight loss plans I try.

I want to stop slowly committing suicide with my eating and lifestyle choices. I want to stop the rollercoaster dieting, that leaves me depressed and discouraged. I want to be an inspiration to my family and friends. I want to try to conceive, but have to loose weight just in order to start having a cycle again so I can have that chance. I would like to win this program to give to my granddaughter. She is 17 years old and probably 250 lbs. I try to be sensitive and helpful while not harping on her weight and health. Diabetes and high blood pressure run in the family so you can see why I am concerned. She stays in the house alot and does her schooling on line. I have always had to watch my weight. I have dieted hard many times only to lose, gain, lose, gain. I kept the weight off many years, but I would eventually find myself huge again. When I am heavy, I do nothing and keep myself from life because I am mortified when I am fat. The people that know me are shocked; and I am actually ignored (invicible) by others or treated poorly and that hurts too. I have tried a variety of diets and exercises. I gained 70 pounds 4 years ago losing 10 to 20 pounds so slowly, eating strictly and working out, that I would give up and gain it back over the past 3 years. On December 5, 2011, I started simply eating “clean” with a very low carb/high protein diet and walking everyday. I have lost 30 pounds over 6 months and need to lose 30 more to hit my goal. I keep falling off the wagon for a day or two and gain a few pounds which takes another week to lose to get back to where I was before I cheated. The yo-yo has started again. So I have been reading everything to learn how to eat and add weights and cardio, but I am now totally overwhelmed. I need a better defined eating and fitness plan that I can live with for the long term. I have listened to all your tapes and think this could be it. I am overwhelmed with all the diet and fitness advice these days. I would love to win this as I am starting a new career, going to school again and this Fall will be on interviews and I’m scared.

I feel like I’ve tried every program out there to finally lose the last couple of “fat” pounds and I’ve never succeeded. I think the biggest reason is I’ve never employed a true strategy like this program lays out. I do my best from a diet perspective but between working, raising 2 kids and coaching sports it’s not easy to have the right foods with you at all times. Having a system like this will finally help me achieve what I’ve seemingly been trying to do for 10 years now.

I’m not a senior yet, but close enough. I need a plan that keeps me motivated because it works. Keeping a healthy weight and staying fit seems much more difficult now than ever before. The longer I can maintain good health and stay away from the pharamist’s door, the better.

Seeing your results I believe in your program. I’ve been working out in my homemade gym and I’ve lost 50lbs. But I cant see very much results. I still have the belly pooch. I am 48 and gained a considerable amount of weight while returning to school almost 4 years ago. I am also a chef and that does not help my weight issue. Thank you for this opportunity. I had always been in pretty good shape. In 2003 found out we would be moving my mother to be near us- think hoarding people and only 3 months to find, repair and move her. Got her moved that April, husband had back surgery in May, his mother needed a dw mobile home now! I
in July and his brain tumor was found in August. Watched him deteriorate until August 2005 when he died. Moved Mother to assisted living 2 months later. Husband’s family have had me in probate and tried unsuccessfully to have me arrested for the theft and sale of my tractor almost 7 years. Mother died 4 years ago and I might finally get her insurance to pay her last bills. I’ve been in that dark hole where nothing mattered and stressed to the max, gained almost 50 lbs. I’m tired of looking and feeling bad. I’ve been working on the new me 4 months now but with no money for “extras” I need help. Thanks again.

I am 58 years old and have been exercising for the last 2 years and have slowly reduced coming down 30 lbs but the last 20 just doesn’t want to come off. I know I could commit to a plan that is this detailed and for only 30 days knowing that the strict days have a cheat day in sight. I can do the resistance training and the interval training as I do those now each 3 days a week. But I need a plan that will get rid of that last stubborn belly fat and tell what to do to keep it off. Why? To be healthy and energetic for my grandchildren and family. I have to be able to do the exercises at home with dumbells , stability ball . Gym too far away. Help keep me off prescriptions meds for arthritis and blood pressure. And free is g rest anytime!

I was unemployed for the past two years. I had begun to get depressed, starting eating badly, drinking too much beer, and generally feeling sorry for myself. As a result of poor eating (and drinking) habits I ballooned from 160 pounds to just over 200 pounds, a 25% increase and all of it fat.
