I am 41 and every since I got pregnant with my 1st child in 1997 all I can do is gain wait. I went from 105 to 210 and I am 5′ 2″. I work at a job where I work all 3 shifts in one week and dieting and exercise sometimes is really hard to get on a schedule. I have tried the diets, diet pills, no eating, liquid diets and excercise to name a few. It gets really frustrating. I am at a high risk for heart disease due to heridity and I would like to do all I can to lower that risk. I am sure your program will work for me to help me loose at least 50 lbs and feel a lot better and be a lot healthier. I hope you can help me achieve my goals with your program. Thank you.

I am 48 years old and I have never been able to get my body fat below 19%. I got it down to 19.3% in September and after working out and dieting ever since, I still find myself there (20.1% this morning). I am believing in this program!

I have lost over 50 lbs in the last year. But I still need to lost that last 20 to really be in the shape I have always long to be my whole life. Hi Joel, i need your help, i gave up smoking 2 and a half years ago for two reasons ,one was price in a ression, and the other one was my 4 year old baby girl saying, i dont want you to die daddy, that was enough to make me and the wife quit smoking, but as you probaly know it means weight gain like you wouldn’t believe, i still say no to smoking, but need to loose weight for me and my little girl who in now 7 in july, your my only hope, i need to drop from 21 stone ( 294 lb ) to 13 stone ( 182 lb ) if possable with your Xtreme fat loss program, and if i win i will take pictures along the way for your site if needed, Many Thanks, Duane.

I have developed osteo pinia and degenertive joint disease. I’m learning that diet and exercise can help reverse both. From what I have learned so far about your program I believe this would be the best program to do just that for me. I’ve been reading up about vegan eating but again your program sounds more doable to me. Not really wanting to give up meats completely but incorporating more fruits and veggies is the way to go. Your system sounds awesome.

Hi Joel, my names Kat and I’ve been checking my emails regularly as I live in Australia our time zones are a bit different. I would like to try your program for a reasons I’m a 25 year old female whose metabolism has changed dramatically as I’m no longer a teenager. I’m a girl who trains 6 days a week with great intensity yet my body fat still sits in at about 26% I am learning and hearing more increasingly about the importance to a thorough structure I’m pushing myself far to hard and evidentially in the wrong direction. I think your program will give me the perfect guidance to training smart how to structure my cheat days efficiently with the correct balance of protein and carbs, definitely one area I’m going wrong is not training the day after a cheat day. Dear Mr Marion, thank you for your continuing to post all your tips and suggestions for fat lose and exercise. They have been helpful and encouraging I’m a big fan of your’s and Mr Geary. I’ve tried a few diets/workout plans over the past few years, and people gave some information, but not too much. I’ve been getting your emails for the last few months and they’ve opened my eyes a lot. All of your tips have being very helpful, and I’d really love to have the chance to go through your program with it being as easy as I’ve been led to believe, and achieve the body I’ve been working so hard on trying to get.

Hi Joel, I have tried about everything, except all of the pills that are available, although, I have tried some of them without success. I am 50 years old, and have always had a very low metabolism. This program will show me how to increase it without doing strenuous exercise which I cannot do because of back problems. The program will show me how to combine strategies for optimum fat loss, whereas other programs are basically eat low fat, low carbs, and exercise to death, hoping that this will succeed. It never has for me, because as soon as I return to a normal activity level, what little poundage I have lost (usually muscle loss too) comes right back on. Please help!

I have been trying different diets and exercises for a few years now (all without much success), but your tips have always been very helpful. I am 45 yrs. old and I guess it’s harder now for me to loose this weight I’ve gained over the years (I need to loose at least 30-40 lbs). I feel older than I actually am, and I don’t look in the mirror anymore. I think that if I got in better shape I would feel more like I should, more like myself. Hi Joel, I am super excited to gain access to your program. In 2008 I started training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu at 5’5″ 208lbs and 28 years old. In 6 months I competed at 149lbs and was having relatively good success until in 2010 my body started to break down. I thought I was eating properly, taking good care of myself, but I was still “skinny fat” and lost a lot of my power. I still train today and I am an assistant instructor at my gym, but can’t stay healthy nor do I have the “look” of lean mean grappling machine. I want to be compete at the highest levels and lose this annoying physic. Please help!

Weight loss at the best is hard and very time consuming that is why so many people give up after only a few days some weeks, but then some day somebody like my Dr said to me i am going to end up just like my Mother diabetic sickly and unfortunately deceased now. WHAT!!! a wake up call, been on a lifestyle change since July 2010 and with hard excersising and look what to eat, i lost 48 pounds and then menopause happened and everything went from bad to worse HRT let me gain 12+ pounds back in weeks, I stopped the HRT after 6 weeks of trying 4 different products and with the permission of my OBGYN we stopped the meds, so now I beg of you to help me with this program to get back on track and help me to loose the extra 12 plus the last 40 that is looming over me like a wrath of Hades I am currently 188lbs and need to go to 144 for my height. Did a 5 K run in 34 min in Oct 2011 and again on April 14 tried it again, with all the meds in me and it was tough as nails time 35:29. I followed the e-mails everyday , and the Extreme program sound like a Wilma plan to me , so I would say this is a cry for Extreme help, Thanks for listening. Wilma

I have spent the last 10 years working 50 – 60 hour weeks at a desk and coming home exhausted. I do this to cover the bills and to give my 3 kids what I didn’t have. Over time I thought that route would be better for our relationship as a family. That didn’t happen but, what has happened is my kids now have an exhausted Dad that is 80lbs overweight that lacks the energy to come home and play with them. I have done fad diets losing 30 – 40 lbs at times but, have ALWAYS put it right back on plus an extra 10 – 15 lbs. If this diet truly works then I need it; there is no doubt about that.

I’m stuck! In the last two years I have lost 95 pounds, but the scale hasn’t budged in nearly two months. I eat a healthy diet (about half of what I used to) and do a lot of a wide variety of exercise (spinning, TRX, Dailey Method) six days a week, but that last 20 pounds of fat won’t come off. Most people say that I look great, and I am happy with how I feel now, but I KNOW I could feel and look much better. Your program seems to be perfect in that I can tweak what I’m doing now to get the results I want. I don’t think I need to diet more or workout harder than I am now, just SMARTER. Presently 5’8″ 160 pounds.

Read the lead up to the release and I was intrigued to see if it could work for me. I am at a point in my life where my physical appearance does not reflect my inner spirit and personality. When I look in the mirror, that person does not reflect who I feel I am or want to be. I am psyched to go Xtreme!

I’m 39 and I have a huge pot belly although, when I look at myself in the mirror I still see the lean and relatively well built body I had when I was 20. It was not until I saw a series of several photos (on different occasions), where unfaltering side profiles revealed the truth about my belly. But it wasn’t until, my best friend’s daughter saw me without my shirt on and she innocently asked why I my breasts were so big. That’s when I really decided to address this issue. There is diabetes in my family and I know and understand the risks of excessive amounts of abdominal fat. Anyway, I have always been a relative healthy eater, in terms of lots of veggies and fruits, lean proteins and complex carbs, but as the years progressed my activity levels shot down, while my caloric intake went in the other direction. I have been consistently exercising for about a year now, but I have only managed to loose between 5 to 7 kilos (it fluctuates). One problem is that I love to push myself and always find myself training above my ideal fat burning target zone (no pain no gain, right?). I need to combine a diet and exercise program, based on current research and grounded in both theory and experience so that I can make 1 + 1 = 3. Thanks to everyone involved in this program, I think it will be a great success!
