I want a healthy body and mind and want to be able to show friends and family members that they can also do the same. I also want to challenge myself to complete this program to prove my personal determination and strength.

It’s my 48th birthday at the end of May and I need to proof to myself that I am not on the downhill. I used to train hard, cycle every day and be healthy. Due to an operation I’m off the bike for almost 6 months, picked up weight and just feel frustrated and unhappy with myself. And a cheat day is a bargain for the thought process.

I’m really desparate to lose my excess baggage which I have on me for past 12 years. Tried various methods for weight loss over years but has not helped me much. I want my daughters(11 yrs and 7yrs) to look up to me as an inspiration and not as a classic example of failure. I need a reliable and sure shot method to achieve my goal of wt.loss to help me lead a happy and HEALTHY life. Thanks!

I am in my mid 40’s. My eating habits aren’t very good. I need a system like this to help me take charge and turn my flab into fab. Plus my wife doesn’t think I can do it, and I want to show her I can!!! :)

I am 42 years old. I am a US Army Chaplain. I keep getting close to my fitness goal and not quite making it “across the finish line.” I want to be fit and healthy in order to better serve our soldiers and their families. Help!

I will be a bridesmaid in my cousin’s wedding in about a month and a half. I was doing well with my weight loss goals at the beginning of the year but then life happened and I find myself with 7 weeks til “d-day” (w-day??) and still needing to drop 15-20 lbs. During my 20’s I let myself go and got that fat belly syndrome. I’m in my mid 30’s and trying to get back in shape. I have 4 boys to keep up with and I believe this will help bring me to that point.

i have to get ready for my soccer season and right now i need to cut 30 pounds fast. i always get put on the bench because i am out of shape even when everybody says i am one of the best players on the team. it makes me sad to keep thinking what it would have been if i was in shape. i think this program could help me a lot. and when i succed i would be forever grateful.

I have never been thin. Never. By the time I was old enough to be concerned about weight I was 12 and weighed 165 lbs. I am 36 now and I’ve tried several diets. I’ve been a gym rat, I’ve cut carbs, I’ve counted calories and points. And they all work for a little bit, but I can’t seem to get past a certain weight.

I’m excited about your research. Is it possible my body could perform as you say? Could I finally lose the pounds and inches I have carried around all my adult life? Or are certain bodies meat to be thin and others not? I wonder if the people who are successful at achieving “healthy” weight ranges the ones that were thin at some point before and the ones that never have been thin will never be thin.

I have been working on dieting and exercising for the past two years. I was a victim of the dreaded college weight and decided that, after graduating at 300 lbs, that I needed to change my life. Since then I have lost about 60 lbs all by myself, but it has been a constant struggle of plateaus, weight loss, weight regain, etc. It seems that my progress in the last two or three months has basically stopped. I’ve been dieting and working out 3-4 days a week and my results aren’t great—only about 7 lbs since January.

My goal (to reach a healthy weight) is to lose another 60 lbs, but I feel that if I keep going at this rate, I might never reach it (or I might give up out of frustration!) I’ve been reading the information about your program, and it seems that it could really help me to get my program back on track. I’ve been working extremely hard for the past two years without any assistance, and now I’m ready for some help. I hope you will consider me for your free gift. It could change my life!

Over the last 2+ years I have changed my habits and life style to lose over 56 lbs. and become much more conscious of exercise and attaining better health. I have been doing interval training, and am in the best shape of my 67 years. I weigh less than when I graduated high school, and have more energy and feel terrific. I need this program for a number of reasons. I recently took custody of my nephew due to his mother passing unexpectedly from obesity related issues. That brings me to a total of 4 sons. I am working to lose weight to prevent my nephew or sons from going through the same heartache from my passing. I have gone down from 350 to 315 but have plateau’d. I believe diet is the key. I long for structure in what it is that I need to eat and went to eat it. Although I’m pretty good at keeping with a work out routine, my nutrition needs a good tweaking. I’m confident you’re on to something that will be effective, and it brought hope of long awaited success just reading the information. I believe this is the exact arsenal I need in my fueling!

Thanks for this great opportunity. I’m honestly not sure this is the right thing for me. I have become a freelance retoucher and have already gained weight! I realized I’m just sitting in front of a computer all the time now and when I’m done I don’t have the energy to exercise. Even taking the dog for a walk is a challenge now. I feel I need a good swift kick in the rear before my weight gets out of control! I’m a newly wed too and I don’t want to get comfortable and not care just because I’m married. He of course thinks I don’t need anything but he has to say that. :) Anyway, I’m sure there are many people out there that need this more than I but I figured maybe this is what I need.

I am so frustrated trying to lose weight. I diet and gain! I lift weights and gain! I don’t understand why nothing works.

Unfortunately, my excess weight is on my hips/thighs and no matter what I try NOTHING has helped me to lose the fat and cellulite accumulated there. Your programme sounds like the ideal solution for me. I also hope that it will help my daughter who seems to be taking after me!

I have been trying for a while now to develop a healthier me. I have a family history of heart disease and diabetes that I am doing my best to overcome . I want to be in the best shape of my lifef. I am 55 years old and currently weigh 175 lbs. I stand 5’3″. I had back surgery 2 years ago and have gone from a size 12 to a 16. I do not like what I see when I look in the mirror. I don’t eat a lot, I try to eat healthy, but I am one of those “don’t have to eat the food, just look at it and it goes right to the hips” people. I seem to store every calorie as fat. I have for the last two weeks been receiving emails from you and your freind Dr. Charles. You guys are fantastic and totally on par with how to concour th fat!! i have lost almost 6kilos in 2 weeks and 7cm´s around my belly! seriously, and i have tried it all!! from atkins to diet pills to mad excercises, but i have never been more motivated and inspired than i am from all the emails i recieve and updates and help that you provide!
