Hi Joel, this year is my year of change. I have set a goal to lose 80lbs in 12 months. My deadline is April 14, 2013. I have done my vision board of how I want to look.

I have began my exercise routines in earnest, but my nutrition is letting me down. I somehow am not getting the exact equation of timing my workouts with proper nutrition strategies. And my fat loss is slow.

I want to learn how to eat and program my cheat day so I will not be deprived of the foods I like, but yet not sabotage my efforts. Your program thus interest me, as I am looking for a PERMENANT solution.

Three years ago, I had followed a very restricted diet and together with an exercise program I had lost 23lbs, only to gain it all back and 50lbs extra.

I’ve been training for a good while now and it goes ok but always same to struggle with the diet and what foods to eat and always get told that diet is about 70% of losing weight so guess that’s why I always seem to stay in and around the same weight so guess that with an extra bit off help from all this information it would help me achieve my goal and understand why the dieting part is the most important part

Weight lose for some can be a mental burden when you try and some systems fail, thus causing anguish and depression.

I really need this package,after seeing the numerous success stories of other people who failed miserable before this.It reflects back to me in the exact same predicament.Seeing the numerous tips for losing weight,it seems that this may very well be the number 1 system.

Hi Joel. So the reason I have decided that this program is right for me is because i have literally given up on my hopes and dreams of feeling like a confident and beautiful 25 year old women. I have been interested in fitness and nutrition for a few years now, but it is only recently that I have become quite serious about losing fat and building muscle. I am not particularly overweight, but so far, I have either managed to increase my muscle mass, and gain bodyfat, or decrease my bodyfat, and lose muscle in the process. This program will work for me because, I am on my 6 deployment to Afghanistan. I will be going home in a couple of months and will see my wife and kids for the first time in almost a year. Between missions and locations sometimes it is very difficult to eat right and exercise on a regular basis. I want to be in the best shape possible when I walk off that plane. I want to surprise my family with a rock solid physique. I think this program will give me that opportunity. I have been trying to lose weight and fat from having two beautiful children and think that this program would help achieve just that! Thanks for offering up your knowledge and expert advice on improving fat loss efforts. It has really given me a much more solid grasp on articulating my nutritional advice to my own personal training clients, as well as myself.
To keep this whole explanation short and sweet, your knowledge is what is making me a better fitness professional, and what you do, meaning the way you are using what YOU’VE studied and learned to help other fit pros help THEIR clients, is my actual goal as a personal trainer. What I mean by this is I’ve been in PT management for a little while now and I’ve found that my greatest personal fulfillment in my professional life is when I mentor another trainer and it helps them help the rest of the world (which is basically my personal mission statement, btw).
