I will be 65 this year and am very much out of shape. I quit smoking 12 years ago and have packed on 60 pounds I can’t seem to get off. My dream was to retire at 67, sell everything I own, and buy a motorcycle and work from one McDonalds to another so I could see some of our beautiful country. Your program would get me into the shape I need to make this dream come true!!

For the first time in a long time, this program brings hope! Along with others, I’ve tried every diet out there. HCG, Atkins, Metabolic Research, etc. I even had a lapband. I lost almost all of the desired weight with my lapband before I started having some serious esophagitis issues and had to have all of the restriction removed. Of course, with no restriction, I was right back where I was. I’m now having knee and hip issues and I want so much to run and play with my grandkids. Thanks for your consideration!

I am 62 years old. Formerly a very fit sports official who did not have to diet due to high level of activity. In 2006 came a devistating knee injury which kept me from running. Hence my problem. I had never had to diet to maintain my weight. After the injury I noticed continual weight gain due to my lessened activity. I could not get medical care for the knee under the Work Comp and I had no insurance, so I suffered. The Work comp case is over and I need help getting healthy. 6 years later and almost 50 pounds heavier I need to do something proactive. “LOOSE FAT”. Other medical problems have popped up and the doctor says “LOOSE WEIGHT”. I would love to dedicate myself to making your product be my success story. I know proper diet and exercise are key. Everything has failed. This will certainly be appreciated by my children and fiancee who had never seen their father overweight and unable to do things that he used to do with ease. My fiancee will appreciate me physically as she is constantly worried about my health and my depression over my appearance.

I am 46 years old and sick of the diet roller coaster. For the past several months I have been trying and trying to lose 20 pounds. My metabolism is shot! I have been working out and trying to eat right–high protein, low carbs, but I just can’t get it going. Hello Joel. I almost didn’t enter, in fact I am sitting here debating hitting the delete button. Because there are probabally more deserving out there. But it never hurts to try. I decided last year I was going to compete in my first figure competition, and ended up doing well. However I never could get past a fat loss plataue. I didn’t get much guidence in respect to diet I was told to eat a certain calorie amount and how many grams of protein and that was it. I have been researching on my own and probabally have bought every program out there. I have received about 4 emails promoting yours. so that tells you right there. After reading your 5 sneaky tips a light bulb went off, it was the first time I got an absolute clear picture and it makes total sense to me. THANK YOU!! I am begininng to prep again next week, this is a tool I can use to get me that much further to my goal of earning my pro card. My job just ended for the summer and as you know I did not pick a cheap sport this would definitly help. Don’t have the money to buy it. I would like to win the system for my 29 year old daughter. She has been anorexic for nine years, and recently began living with me. After removing herself from an abusive relationship, she is ready to begin treating herself well. Her eating has improved to some extent, but of course her starved frame is putting what weight she is gaining into fat reserve. While she still only weighs 112 pounds, she is most unhappy about the results, and I’m afraid she will begin to backslide in order to stay lean. I think she would be able to ignore the scale if she knows she looks and feels great. She met with a trainer who wants her to replace four pound of fat with muscle, but she is trying to do this on her own. She is working out, but perhaps not in the most efficient manner. Her diet is still too stringent, and though I’ve encouraged her to allow herself some pleasure food, she refuses. She was so severely restricting her fat intake that her gallbladder calcified! I hope that through your program she will achieve the physique she wants, but keep her body healthy. What the body could tolerate at age 22, it will not do at 32, and I fear greatly for her long term happiness and well being. She wants to have children someday, and perhaps this program will help her eat and exercise in a way that could make me a happy grandma!

Fascinating information. Over the past months i have focused on getting healthy so i can have a longer life with the ones i love. I did the 16 week training and followed the given diet that Arnel set forth, i also added supper foods like: spirulina, chorella, maca and covoa beans. Right now i am stucked, i do see any progress regarless what i do. I received your link through Kyle Leon, who’s somanabolic muscle builing program was fantastic! Im 34 years old and purchased his program mid 2011. I got GREAT muscle gains, about 8kg whilst not putting on any fat, however i was, and still am unable to rip up.
Ive tried many different powders and pills that have not helped in the slightest.
My girlfriend helped me implement a healthier diet and i lost a bit of weight, although it stopped. I eat healthy meals for most of the week, and allow myself a ‘cheat’ meal once or twice a week as you have mentioned is beneficial. Although i was doing it more as a ‘feel good’ junk meal.

My girlfriends 21st is on 4th July and i have 2 months to get ripped for it. Im currently ‘between jobs’ and have all the time in the world to dedicate myself to this program. I train 5 days per week &, as mentioned, have tried heaps of pills & powders, different training programs, and heaps of cardio with healthy eating, but just cant tie it all in together properly to work. From the looks of your transformation, and the 5 snaeaky tips you’ve given, your program sounds like it does all that, and i cant tell you how excited i am to get into it!!

I believe this program is just what I need to guide me on my weight loss. I am 47 and I have been overweight most of my life. Always trying to diet but never really successful. I have bought into all the fad diets and always been disappointed with the results. I need a program like this because I’ve tried EVERYTHING! When I was younger, dieting was easy. Things seemed to happen quickly. After the birth of my son, a diet program worked, but the weight came back. I tried again, with some success, but never reaching my goal. I’m trying again with the same program but age, stress, and me seem to be preventing complete success. Being an engineer, I like to follow programs and rules that rely on science, not mumbo jumbo arguments. This program seems to be well researched so I feel confident I can get results in a very efficient way. And I have a few pounds to lose as well, so this is why I NEED this program!

Hello, I am 55 years young and live in Jeddah. The advice I get here about weight loss is not expert enough. I follow your emails avidly and need input that will help get me over the edge into real wieght loss. I have been exercising, eating right and try hard. Something is lacking – the weight is not moving beyond the first 4 or 5 kg. I will keep trying and will not give up – but I do need help!!!!

I am 53 years old and I have been overweight most of my adult life. I joined Weight Watchers one year ago today. I have lost 50 pounds and kept it off. It’s logical! I was misdiagnosed with Celiac disease, and as soon as I started eating gluten again, I gained 30 pounds. I’ve had two children, and weigh 30 pounds more at my son’s 2nd birthday than his 1st birthday. I need to lose weight and have always thought I’ve been eating right. I hope this will tell me the truth about certain foods as well as how to exercise effectively.
