In Nov 2011 I watched my Dad as he died. He was 95 and had been a smoker until he was 65, he was a little over weight but in the last 20 years he had changed his eating habits and started working out. At the time of his death he looked like a 75-80 year old due to the changes he had made on his own. He died of complications to lung cancer. I am 25 pounds over weight and 61 years old and I until 4 years ago. I realize to help avoid the same path as my Dad I need to change my way of live NOW. As part of my greif journey I have tried to loose weight and not done very well at it. Thank you for listening.

Hey Joel, thanks for the chance to share with you the desire to obtain your new release. Many variables play into my needing/wanting to change my life style and manage my overall health. Wanting to set a good example for my boys, trying to deal with and understand the stress of divorce and a job merger and wanting to improve myself are at the top of the list. I really like your approach to understanding and timing nutrient changes. As I read more of your stuff it really makes me wish I would have learned about it when I was younger but never too late is why I’m really hoping to learn more from you. The chance to win your new program and put it to practice in my life lends itself to a lot of excitement for me. I think it’s great you’re offering a direction to people to make a choice to improve themselves which will make life better for them and their families (hopefully mine to) based on science and not some gimmick that pollutes late night TV or Super Market shelves. I believe providing facts is what gets results as well as dedication and self honesty and at the forefront it appears that’s what you’ve done. I’m hopeful that I will be given the opportunity to get started with your program and learn more about nutrition and fitness and how the two relate to a healthier life. Thanks again, look forward to hearing from you.
Like everyone else, I have tried just about everything. But, I end up back close to where I started. I have or last year managed to maintain around 16% bodyfat at 185lbs, 6ft, 53 years old. However, my recent challenge has been to combine what I have learned in the past and reduce my bodyfat to 10%. To no avail, I hover around 16%.
When I started reading the details and science provided around XFLD, I was convinced this was the final piece of the “puzzle” to get off the current plateau. I anxiously await the release because I believe that you have finally laid out a detailed plan to combine exercise and diet including what to eat and when to get me off the plateau.
Let’s get started!!
I am 73 years old. Have let myself get out of shape – gained 25 pounds – most around the middle. Want to get back to 172 (my fighting weight ; ) ) and see a 6 pack if possible. Go to the gym 6 days a week but need your advice and help to reach my goal. Thanks.
Joel, your program is at the right time and in the right place for me. At 63 I made the decision to achieve a better, healthier me for myself and my family. I have been aware of your program for several years but have never made the commitment to follow through until yesterday. Then your generous offer appeared in my in box. Now is the time and this is the place. Thank you.
I just finished nursing school (WOO-HOO!) but have gained 30lbs in the process. With the stress of school, losing my mother, and now trying to find a job, my motivation for working out and eating healthy has gone kaput. I believe that your program will be the jump start I need to get back on the right track physically and emotionally. Thank you-Dama
Joe, why do I need the Xtreme fat loss diet? Because I WANT it! I want to be the best person I can be. I want to have energy and confidence and a positive outlook on life. I DON’T want to let the scale determine how I feel each day! I DON’T want to be a prisioner of food…not being able to eat anything…or being hungry all the time. I don’t want to spend the next twelve months thinking, “When I lose that last 5 or ten pounds THEN I’ll…(fill in the blank here with all your hopes and dreams :))”
And, for crying-out-loud, I want a cheat day!!!
I want to live life NOW! TODAY! Feeling like a rock star!! I want you to be my mentor because your story is my story. I spend hours in the gym every week working my can off with no results. I am just praying that with the Xtreme diet the end of my story will be as great as yours!
I know it can be – let’s make it happen!
I have congenital Spondylolisthesis. I find myself 40 pounds overweight. I am healthy and exercise when I can. I just can’t seem to lose the weight. I need to lose weight and develop a lasting effective exercise program to maintain weight and fitness to avoid a wheelchair in my future.
I have worked to try and learn a new way of life but it is really difficult to decipher what is important and what isn’t what is legit and what is BS. I am not in this to become the next Body Builder or the next Fitness Guru but I do want to be in much better health and appearances. I am 44 years old and really do find it difficult to get past the changes in life barrier any help would greatly be appreciated.
Hey Joel, thanks for the chance to win! I have been using Roman’s FPFL for about a year. I’ve done well with the exercise but am slacking in the diet. I need something to get me over the hump diet wise. I just can’t seem to get my body fat % down. I just turned 50 and it’s getting harder to keep the fat off. That last area….yep the belly fat. I need to get it off by July as I’ve entered a Relay for Life event with my co-workers. I want to look and feel my best by then. I’m excited to get started on the Xtreme fat loss diet 2.1 system.!!!
I am an active 38 year old woman that has tried every diet and exercise program around. Currently I’m on several different meds for diabetes, fibromyalgia, and a couple other things. I want to get down to a healthy weight to be able to do all the things I love again. From swimming to hiking to chasing my two grandsons. Please help me learn a new way of living so that I can get my life back!
Hi, I am 61, eat pretty healthy, but have gained the middle age spread at the belly level. Always did have trouble with the abs all my life but with the fat increase I look about 8 months pregnant, disgusting! I don’t even like to look at myself in the mirror. I still work full time and find it difficult to have the energy to exercise, thus increasing the problem. I weigh as much now as I did when I was nine months pregnant with my first son in 1972. Please help me. Thank you. Blessings…
All my life I’ve had a belly. Since I was in high school I’ve tried every diet, every exercise video, and nothing gets rid of my belly. I’m tired of people asking me if I’m pregnant. I turned 50 earlier this month, and I want to be in the best shape of my life starting at 50 for the rest of my life. My husband had a stroke last September and I’ve been focusing on taking care of him for the last 8 months. He’s much better and more independent now, so I’m ready to take care of me. We’ve been eating much healthier, and it’s time to get rid of that belly fat forever!! Thanks, Joel.
Hi Joel. I would really like to win the Xtreme Fat Loss program because nothing else is working for me. I was a smoker for 30+ years and quit 3 years ago. It was a challenge but I did it. I work out 4-5 days a week, and watch everything I eat, but I cannot get rid of the weight I gained when I quit smoking. Im not afraid of hard work and love a challenge. I will be turning 50 this year and need some different guidance in my over all fitness program. I hope you consider me for your give away, but I will be purchasing the program when it becomes available if not. Thank You
Hi Joel,
The reason I need access to this program right now is because I am a single mom in my late 40’s…recently divorced and healing from a broken ankle.
I have also been dealing with a breakup with a guy who I am still in love with and would love to have him back for good.
Due to the fact that I have been pretty inactive since November because of my broken ankle…I have gotten out of shape and would really love to get a lean boddy so as to help me get my ex back while also raising my self-esteem level in the case that it doesn’t happen.
I really feel that this program would get me healthier…not only physically but also mentally as well and at this stage in my life it would be a godsend. :)
Sincerely
S. S.
This program would help me finally get to the goal that i have always dreamed of! I have always been really good at training but my diet is where i have always been lacking. This program could ultimately help me reach my goal i have been trying to reach for many years now.
This will help me to trim off my stubborn belly fat to get down to a nice flat stomach. Needing something to help trim off. have lost 50+ lbs but I can’t seem to break the ad area down very easy! I have tried different diets, workout routines, cardio, planks, you name it. I know there are solid abs in there somewhere, needing something to break through this “ice”
My husband and I are both in the Army. During our deployment to Iraq in 2004-2005 we had nothing to do but workout, sleep, and work. We both came home thinner and healthier than we had ever been. Once back in America, when the opportunity to eat good tasting food arose we took it. Meaning we ate out three meals a day. Needless to say, I am now about 50 pounds overweight and my husband is about 100 pounds. With both of us working, taking care of our children and having the general stressors of life the time and motivation we once had in Iraq is gone. This summer we are both schedule to go to courses for the Army where we need to pass weight and an APFT (Army Physical Fitness Test: sit-ups, push-ups and 2 mile run). We both would love to have a copy of your program to help us get to a point we this is doable for both of us. Thank you for considering us for the free copy!! Can’t wait to try it.
Hi, I have been following Joel, John R. and Vince for a couple years now and I already do a version of this but I need to step it up a notch. I am 53 and soon to be a Grandpa lol! I am also trying to get 2 of my daughters (I have 5 kids from 12 to 22) to drop some body fat and I think this program would be ideal for their life at this time. One is 17 and still in High School and the other just turned 19 and is a Freshman in College and they are both living at home and wanting to trim down for the Beach.
I would Love to share this program with them. You guys are an inspiration! Thanks………….
I’m a college student with a serious passion for fitness and nutrition. I’ve followed, read and implemented various things from notable strength coaches. I’m a learner at heart and I always strive to learn more and get more out of my body and health. As for now, I’m planning on a summer vacation with my college buddies and by buddies, I mean girls. I COULD take it slow by following other programmes that implement not-so-extreme IF methods, nutrient timing, etc. But I need something more extreme, something that brings the results fast. I’ve downloaded, read and listened every update and audio on XFLD 2.1 and I KNOW this is what I truly need for my situation!
I have reduced my weight over 90 pounds in 2 years. I have another 50 to go to reach my goal weight of 220lbs. I work out hard. I watch my diet well. I’ve been following all your info leading to the release of XFL 2.1. I would really benefit from a program that combines exactly what to do to most effectively combine diet and exercise.
It’s time to stop mixing and matching programs to try and reach my goal. I’d love the chance to show what the program can do in the hands of a committed person.
Being over 60, losing weight is a daily battle which I quickly tire of if progress is not seen on the scale. I need daily results to keep me motivated. I search the internet for any information that will work without having to ingest man made chemicals. Low carb seems to work as the hunger pangs don’t sabotage my will power. Exercise helps even more. To find a way to get rid of the decades of accumulated fat in an easy to follow plan would be like a miracle for me. I am on a very fixed income being retire so I would appreciate receiving my miracle! Thanks!
This program would help me finally reach my ultimate goal of getting lean i have been chasing for so many years! I have always trained well, but my diet is where i have always been lacking. With you help, i think i could reach this goal!
Hi! I would LOVE this program! I would say I am a fitness enthusiast– a former track athlete during my school days, now a working professional that tries to fit in training around a busy schedule. I’ve tried P90X and Insanity, ran half marathons, but I just can’t seem to find the right nutritional/workout mix that doesn’t leave me feeling deprived, weak or sluggish. I want to learn how to properly fuel my body and become a clean, efficient, strong machine!
I would like to live to 120 and be in such great shape that my 119 year-old wife can’t escape my romantic advances. I also love the concept of eating pizza once a week while losing weight. I shared this secret with my workout partners and they all said I was living in a fantasy world. Help me to prove them wrong.
