Joel…At 55 years old I have a “muffin top” that compares only to my mothers. That I swore I would never look like her. I am 6’2″ and when I express how fatt I am or am caught walking, people just say Im not fatt. I try to tell them if I was their height I would be. I have weighed bout 155-160 my whole life til I fell deep into a life-changing terrible substance addiction. I have been clean now for almost 2 years but with that I have gained over 40 pounds! I weigh bout 211 now. And, I hate it!! I cannot tell you learning to walk without my thighs rubbing together is comparable to admitting I am a drug addict for life. I’ve been following the likes of yourself, Vince and Flavia for a couple of years know and love every ounce of knowledge and exercises etc you throw at us every week. I’m a fitness trainer myself and love new ideas and strategies for losing weight and getting leaner and have hit a plateau in my own training and healthy eating. Something like this would be amazing to try and get my from lean to super lean as I’ve been trying new programmes and eating habits for the past 6 months to no avail. I want to see how to do it for myself!
I am a Father of 4 children and I want them to see there dad healthy and happy and set an example for them to look up to. I have tried many diet and workout programs and when I set my mind to something I can accomplish it. I am very excited about this program and will send before and after pics of my success. I would love to have this xtreme fat loss 2.1 system because I have been an avid gym rat for 11 years or so now and I can never seem to get that shredded look I am looking for. I work very hard in the gym and with my cardio daily but my diet is always the problem. I have read many books and different tips on dieting but never can seem to stick to the strict plans. From what I have read from your emails, this program seems right down my alley. It seems like a “carb cyclingish” type diet with cheat days. When I have a cheat day it makes the rest of the diet so much easier for me. I just need to learn what kind of exercising I should do to coincide with a diet like yours. I have been overweight since childhood and lost weight over and over, with MANY types of programs, but nothing has transformed my body into a permanent fat burning machine the way your program clearly does. I am competing in a bikini competition in June and am looking for a better alternative to the crazy dieting that I need to do for this. I have been dieing for a cheat day lately!! Since I need to get to such a low body fat percentage, I am hoping this diet/program gets me there without the stress and mental anxiety that comes with eating low carb for so long. I’d really like to try your program because, like so many others, I’ve tried diet after diet with mediocre results. I want to FEEL fit & fabulous, not flabby & frumpy. Help me get the toned, healthy body which I desire!
Couple years back I have let myself go and become very overweight. Since then I have tried almost every type of diet, to give just a few examples low carb, paleo, low fat, high protein, etc. even tried starving myself, you name it – I tried it. Even though I managed to lose 30 pounds of weight, results were boring and process was torture. The last 20 pounds that I desperately hopelessly need to lose fast to have six pack and look good without a shirt, those last 20 pounds I just can not seem to lose them no matter what I do. I would lose couple pounds just to rebound and quickly get back to within 20 pounds of my ideal weight. It is summer time in a month and where other look forward to summer and enthusiastic beach, I dread it, last 2 summers I did not even go to the beach – what is the point, I will be the out of shape guy at the beach – I hate it. Effort is not the problem, I just need something not just take me half-way like everything else. But something that works and works quickly to give me a solid legit plan that will help me reach all my fat loss goals, so far your program seem like a perfect fit. If someone with your qualifications can not help me, I do not know who can.
I need this program because I have tried so many things to lose weight and have been unsuccessful. At age 52, it has become harder and harder to lose weight and I feel like I’m running out of time. There is a high instance of diabetes in my family, and being overweight has me in a high risk group for developing it. If I lose weight, I stand a better chance. At this point in my life it has become increasingly important for me to lose the fat and keep my weight/fat under control due to diabetes, high blood pressure, hypothryoidism, tryglicerides and cholesterol! Obviously I am overweight and have tried conventional diet plans with not much long lasting success, i.e. the yo-yo syndrome. Being retired on a very fixed income winning your program would be a God sent help! Due to extensive degenerative joint and disc disease along with arthritis and herniated disc in my cervical and lumbar spine areas, exercising has been a problem for me the last 12 years………. but I am hoping that there would be some type of exercise that I could do in my home and not have to go to a gym. Like others I have thought about stomach bypass surgery, but have also heard that there are a lot of complications with that option…….. so I have ruled that out, in favor of a chance of winning your program. I have truly tried every diet. I am at the high end of normal weight for my height but cannot lose an ounce. I am usually 20lbs lighter than I am now and am not sure if it’s the fact that I’m 47 and my metabolism is slowing down or what. Please help me!
I substained an injury while deployed overseas that kept me off my feet for a little over a year. I have always been muscular and in shape but after this whole ordeal I gained a large amount of weight. Ive been dieting /training now for about 4 months , Im 41 years old father of 4 work 12 hour shifts and still find time everyday to try to improve my body, My goal is to someday walk out on that stage lean and cut , Im ok if i don’t win but its something ive always wanted to do since in my 20′s but lost track in life with work and kids, I have lost about 36 pounds now and im starting to shape up pretty nicem I know i still have alot of work ahead of me ,My wife and my kids are supporting me all the way with this , I feel with your help i can reach my goal … I have no problem with working hard for what i want i could just use a little help coaching to help my better understand what to eat and when , Where to cut back my lifts and when to push heavy … Thanks Joel, Im gonna get the program either way but to win it would be pretty kool … : ) have a great day man.

I used to be 300 lbs.. I am 205-210 lbs now and I’m in decent shape. I have not been able to take my physique to the next level though..like feel comfortable with my shirt off at the beach. I work out 4-5 days/wk and run 3 miles every other day.. I call myself “skinny-fat” because I have lost weight but don’t have the desired look I think I should have by now.. Anything to help me enjoy swimming again would be a life changer!
