I teach taekwondo to kids. I need to be as healthy as I can be, and right now I am overweight, tired, and 57 years old. Although I am in very good shape for my age, I want to be in excellent shape! I am a role model to my students. I would love to have a chance to show them what dedication REALLY looks like! Thanks!

I am currently taking five Rx each day and I KNOW it is because of my weight. I believe through your testimony that this will get my weight under control (20+ lbs) and keep me on a healthy lifestyle. I have been following you and Isabel De Los Rios and have begun to see some improvement but feel this system would put me on the right track. I am one that can follow a plan but need it to be laid out for me and that is what it appears to be in your emails and website. I would appreciate your consideration in my request.

I have tried different eating program and exercise programs and feel they may have worked a little but not like the success you have seen. I am in good shape however I can’t get rid of a layer of fat that is preventing me to get as you say shredded. I got muscles below the layer which is frustrating. I fully believe it is the dietary part that I am struggling with but I am interested in your program because the diet and exercise works together. And I agree with your audio comments I listened that people want to be told what to do. I want the roadmap to looking my best.

I need to lose a substantial amount of weight and if its out there more than likely I have tried it. I have started exercising now and I am trying to better my health for me and my children. I have no energy to keep up with my youngest one. I would love to feel like playing with them more than I do…. but my energy is zilch…. I’m not fat – just the opposite. I am in single-digit body fat % and am *this close* to achieving my goal physique. Your program will put me over the top. Unfortunately, that’s not as sexy a pick as someone who needs to lose 50+ pounds, but such is life.

I’m a 42 year old busy single mom of two teenage girls, and a mental health professional.  I’m trying to be a positive role model for good overall health, fitness, and balance.  I’ve always been reasonably disciplined with healthy eating habits and exercise, however past successful approaches are no longer resulting in weight loss, and I’m frustrated.  I’ve done a lot of research on the physiological processes of metabolism and nutrition, and XFL makes scientific/medical sense to me.  This is important as an example to my daughters, as they are becoming exposed to body image issues and unsound dieting practices, and I can give them a sound rationale for my own eating and exercising methods.  I would also enjoy representing my age and gender group, which tends to struggle very much with weight loss and fitness due to natural biological changes.  I’d like to be the “poster girl” for our particular weight loss challenges.

Hi Joel, I need the Xtreme Fat Loss 2.1 System. I’m training for my first figure competition and having trouble getting my body fat percentage low enough for competition. I’ve tried other diet methods and have lost muscle mass, which I really don’t want. Your system looks to be the right blend for me to lose the layer of fat and gain additional muscle. I vowed to get back on a healthy track in 2012. This program has a good direction to start that track and maintain a healthy lifestyle. This includes healthy eating and exercise which I have always been a big fan of. Your program appears the ultimate way to get started and live by ti improve all aspects of health and living.

I am currently away on vacation with my kids, ex wife, her boyfriend and my ex mother inlaw..needless to say, a little unusual and stressful. I am a diabetic on insulin and was told by the doctor that if i lose the weight, i could possible get completly off the medication. I would like to see if it is true. I have been trying different diets and excercise programs but nothing helps. At this point i am willing to try just about anything.

I would love to win a copy of the Xtreme Fat Loss Program. I am a 64 year old African American female with no current health problems except being obese, 5’3 and 205 lbs. The majority of my weight is carried in my hips and thighs, although now I’m getting heavy in my mid section, which is very alarming. I have tried numerous programs in the past, and get some results. Your program is geared toward getting exceptional results in a very short period of time. I have read the testimonials and saw the before and after pictures. I am employed in the healthcare industry and several of my co-workers have opted to have weight loss surgery, which was inconceivable to me, but now is being tossed around in my head, for I don’ t know how to win this battle or should I say war.

Hi its Michelle from England I would like this as I would like to look better and feel better about myself. I would like to get really toned and get from s size 8 to 6. Which hopefully I will on this program.

I had several abdominal surgeries, spent three weeks in a coma, and ultimately had a torn aorta requiring open heart surgery. I spent 19 minutes without a heartbeat, packed in ice, without the benefit of a cardiac bypass machine. My weight climbed as high as 312, I’m down to 220, but it’s slow, and most of the extra fat is around my middle. I am getting healthier by the day and I have no exercise restrictions, but I need something that will work, work fast, and last me a lifetime (because I’m planning on having a long one). I need this program!

I’ve been fightin with the belly bulge, my workouts last about an hour eat 5 times a day (portions) and my wife is loosing weight doing the same thing, went to the doctor and they said my thyroid could be the problem I even considered the raw diet and I think that is where I need to do something extreme, I do not like having a belly bulge.

For the past 31 years I’ve been training for one intense team sport or another. First it was football in high school and college, then rugby, both amature and professional. Now at 45 I find myself without any external fraimwork to guide my fitness and diet. I hadn’t realized exactly how important expert guidance is when it comes to building a lean healthy body. I guess I thought that I’d just always be an athlete, and just keep doing what I’ve always done. Now, 2 years removed from my rugby playing career, I’m soft in the middle and my body won’t do what I ask of it any more.

This stage of my life, however, is the really important one. My 7 year old, Nik, commented the other day; “Dad, I’m sad that you won’t be able to play football with me when I’m older.” I asked why he thought that and he said “because you’ll be too old.” I need this because Nik needs his dad to be strond, and lean, and athletic into his golden years. And I need Joel to coach me through it every step of the way.

Tried all different weight loss plan, some worked, but at very slowly and gained all weight back. Now I am almost 50 and very hard to lose any weight. Now I want to go for fat loss instead of weight loss and ready for change in my life style.
