Last March I lost a loved one and my life kinda became a one man train wreck. Between the excessive eating and drinking I gained a bunch of weight and felt like crap both physically and emotionally. As a father, husband, and Firefighter I knew this had to stop. In mid February I started a crusade to “right the ship” so to speak. I feel that I would be a great candidate for your program as I have been working the last 9 months to lose weight and have been doing a variety of workouts on a weekly basis, however, I plateau a lot. i am 50 years old and have lost 50 lbs in the last year with another 50+ to go. i have been cutting calories and walking but the weight loss has slowed down so much it is getting discouraging. i’ve been looking online for inspiration but there is so much contradictory info it get frustrating.
I need this system because I have a hard time figuring out what to do. I get started and I loose intrest. If I had something to show me what do to I can stick with it. When I am out there by myself it is hard for me to stay motivated. But with your system, I can see exactly what I need to do. If there is a plan made up for me, I can do it. When I had a personal trainer, I was doing great. That gym closed a couple years ago and I haven’t been able to find my groove. I found you eating program after doing a google search and found it very interesting as a possible solution for me to achieve my weight.
I am a boxer and I strugle to get to fighting weight and I would like to drop a weight division. I can not afford to starve myself to make weight as I will not have any energy train. I have a competition in October and would love to get Xtreme fat loss program to achieve dropping a weight division before my fight in October.

I am 34yo and mother to 4 kids. Late last year, I realised that I needed to regain my life so my kids and hubby had me for life. At this stage, I weighed in at 85kg (187lb). It was then, that I first embarked on a healthy eating and exercise regime. This was basically a calorie restricted ‘nutrition’ plan (huh hmm 1200 calories per day!!!) and at least 5 workouts per week (doing whatever exercises we could). (Synergistically working together… I don’t think so!) I lost some weight but I now understand that I could have done it a very different and more effective (body friendly) way. Obviously my body got a little concerned and decided that enough was enough and held onto the remaining fat as I plateaued about 8 weeks ago! After reading all your updates, I can’t say I blame it either, now that I understand how our bodies work in this situation with leptin levels, starvation mode, etc. I am slowly upping my calorie intake, but I need help to reach the next level so I can ‘safely’ drop the remaining kgs and develop a nice toned physique in the process, and I want to do it right. I’m 50 and it never to late to get those six pack abs with the help from your program.
I have used the Slow Carb Diet extensively and lost 44% of the fat on my body. I dropped my BF% from 30% to somewhere around 12-14%. I want to drop those last few pounds of fat so that I can have 6-pack abs for the first time in my life. I am very close to being there. July 2010, I was shocked at pictures of myself at my nieces birthday party. I was 5’9 and weighed 240 lbs. My daughter was about to turn 2 so the excuse “baby weight” no longer applied; it was just weight. What does it feel to work 12 hours a day and being tired all the time? I need these program because I’ve been working on my body all my life and I haven’t get the results that I want; I work from 10 to 12 hours a day and I’m desperate to maintain my health. I am a stay at home mom who is finally done having kids and ready to get into the best shape of my life!
