‘ Hi. I am going to my highschool reunion in june & I don’t look my best . I have 2 kids . I’m a busy mom, I don’t have much time to go to the gym. I’ve bought many things like pills, diet foods & nothing seems to work. I’ve starved myelf to looose wait but then I just gain it back. I need help

I lost 87 lbs using the Weight Watchers “points” approach but lost too much muscle and mow look like the picture of the “skinny fat” guy. This diet may be just what I need to get this fat OFF my body once and for all and help me as I work to re-shape.

I am a teacher of speech and language in thre public schools. I was on nutrisystem but can no longer afford the price very expensive. I need to lose all of the weight once and for all. I work out at least 3xweek or more depending on my schedule. I would like to try the program to get results as you have stated. Thanks a million!!! I would like to lose at least 45-50 pounds. I have a lot of friends who have had the bypass but my insurance wont pay for it and Im not 100 pounds overweight.

Dear Joel, the reason I deserve a free copy of the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet is that 1) I am an avid follower of your work. I have done a few diets by you including the 24-7 Fat Loss Program and the Awesome Abs. They all worked great for me until….. Graduate school. The last semester of graduate school, to be exact, where I have been working on my master’s thesis nonstop for about 3-4 months now. Oh, and that’s on top of my stressful full time job teaching adolescents and a hostile administration. Ok, enough of the sob story- despite still trying to make it to the gym 3-4 times a week, I gained at least 10-15 pounds of stress weight within that short time. I need something extreme to help me get back to my pre-thesis condition. I know that having a master’s degree yourself you will understand my plight, and also…. I have the dedication there, I just need someone to show me how to apply it. After reading and listing to your blog for the past week, I like the principle of your diet. I feel this is the one that WILL work. I’ve tried others only to plate in a few weeks. And on the rebound to end up heaver than when I started. Some have worked better than others. At this time I have about 50 -60 pounds that I would like to drop. Diets I have tried get the first 20 to 30 off with no problem. Then bam it’s like hitting a wall, week after week with almost no loss. It really gets disappointing. On some diets I feel energized some not so much, making it hard to stay focused on an exercise routine.
Anyway I would like to put your diet to the test. I WANT those 50 -60 pounds gone and gone forever. So let’s do this!

I have literally tried everything out there. I fight constantly with my weight. I am a dancer and I teach clogging so exercise is not lacking. Every time I go to recital or performance I wish that I looked better and that my costumes didn’t have to be so big. I have kind of a problem with disliking myself and it gets worse on those occasions. I have high blood pressure which would be lowered (I hope) if my weight were down and, of course, there would be less stress on my joints. I would like to try this program and finally lose the weight to change my life for the better.

Hi all! So, This program looks really, really inviting because of one simple strategy, the cheat day! I just love saying it.. I am currently on, and have been on one of those 90 day extreme fitness plans. It is really hard to stay on the very low calorie diet from day to day. It gets very boring, and i am looking so forward to changing things up a bit and losing, really losing the goo that wont go away.. thanks everyone.

I am 67 years young and have been coming back from a car accident 4 years ago. Trying to lose the weight gain from imobility and even though working out and watching nutrition have only lost 5% body fat which puts me at 32%. A long slow process. This over 2 year period. I plan on living a long time @s my family history lives into the ninties healthily. Want to be active and energetic and also look and feel good. Need something to get the fat off. Have gone from immobility to strength training, kettlebells etc. Still have some pain issues but want to take it up a notch and not take another 2 years to get the body fat to a healthy level.

I am 64 years old, 6’3 and have gotten down to 305 with dieting but can not seem to get lower. I would like to try this program for both my health and my fitness. And perhaps I can play with the Grandkids in the back yard.

I am a 63 year old math instructor and have tried to remain healthy and take care of myself most of my life. I come from a family history of obesity (300+ pounds for several family members), diabetes, cancer, heart disease and other obesity related diseases. This has made me aware of keeping diet and exercise at the forefront of my priorities since about age 20 which has kept me slim and fit. The last several years have brought me the birth of two children, a son diagnosed with autism, the end of my 15 year marriage and a rather long stint of severe depression. Now at age 37, I am back on my feet, emotionally healthy and 20 pounds heavier (BMI 23 & 33% body fat, ugh) with the ever increasing difficulty of losing just a pound or two. For the last two months I have gradually implemented techniques from your and Isabel’s program and am feeling great at an 8 pound weight loss but am aware that at my age and with my family history this has to be much more than dropping pounds but a consistent lifestyle I can maintain even when I’m back in those size 6 jeans. Nothing new to really add to any of the other 776 comments above me, but being that I am a 40 year old male who has never weighed this much in his life is reason enough for me to start paying attention to what I put in my mouth. I know metabolism gets slower as I get older, so I would be looking at ways to boost my fat burning process. I have been following Joel for a while and it appears that he has the answers to fat loss. Can’t wait to get started!!!

I’m 41 years old and live in the the Caribbean (don’t even know if I qualify for this but here i go). I lost 50lbs on my own with diet and exercise over the last two years and I’ve reached the dreaded plateau. Lost 8lbs more since I’ve started reading your emails and looking at the videos, they have given me some helpful tips to further enhance my efforts of maintaining a healthy weight. Diabetes runs in my family and I made a commitment to myself to not succumb to it. Options for me are limited in my country but I’m hoping to get on this program. The Xtreme Fat Loss Diet would be the perfect program for me at this point in my life because I need to take my fitness to a new level and this program, after reading and listening to your posts about it, feels like it will be the program to do that. I am 48 years old and after a lifetime of up and down dieting, I was able to finally lose the excess weight and have kept it off for the past 3 years. I have basically developed my own program but I now need something to bring my fitness to a higher level of fat loss. Something a professional can help me with yet still be able to do at home. Ok, I’ll say it, that dreaded part of life, middle age, yup i did it, aah, big breath. That’s right, I’m now officially middle aged, a big whopping 41 years old(gulp). So ok, that wasn’t so hard to say, really, its true. I’m a mother of 2 kids, ok 3 if you include my 2 year old great dane puppy, and while your at it, include the hubby too, he’s a big kid most of the time too :) All my life i only wanted to be a mom, give everything i have into being the best mom and wife i can be, and i’ve enjoyed it, but now with 2 teenagers in the house who don’t have a whole lot of time for me, unless its to ask for the car keys, i’ve realized its time to do something for myself. Long story short, its time to think again about my health and fitness. I am hard working and am ready to put my all into becoming healthy and fit again, and with all the information i’ve researched, i can honestly say this program looks like the one for me. I hope you give me the chance to prove myself and do this one thing for me(although i’m sure hubby will like the results too ;)
