I’ve only got a small amount of weight to lose but it is definatley the hardest to get rid of, i did manage to almost reach my desired body shape and was really happy with how i looked but i only managed to stay that way for a month or so and then i put weight back on so i’m hopeful that this program can help me lose that last bit of body fat and help me keep it off!!!

Between both my parents family health history, I’m scared that I will be a stastic. On both sides, they have underactive thyroid, diabetes, heart disease, cancer, and many other health issues. I have been overweight for almost 30 years and I’m tired of being tired, trying anything and everything that cost lots of money that have no lasting results. I’ve tried just about every diet out there, going to the gym, even to a Natural Path only to quit due to either money or time (1-2 hrs) with no lasting results, just getting poorer and then again, only to have the weight loss put back on plus add a few extras pounds. I don’t believe a person should have to go through life always being dissapointed by their weight. A person should be able to be happy with their lasting results just to have a healthier life sytle. I guess the reason I keep trying new things is that SOME DAY I will actually find something that will work and last. I want to be live to see my children get married and have children of their own.

I’m starting a new job in 3 weeks and I want to make sure I make a good impression from the start. For me looking my best adds to my confidence. I had a knee injury that caused me to put on a few pounds, but now that I’m healed I want to loose the weight quickly. I want to ensure that my weight loss program preserves as much muscle as possible. Based on what I’ve seen your program fits the bill. I can’t wait to give it a try.

I love the science behind what you do. I’m an exercise physiologist and I’m curious to study the effects of intermittent fasting. The best way to learn is to experiment first on myself! I’m looking forward to going through the program.

I have been doing a life change for (2 weeks shy) of a year. I have been watching what I am eating and also exercising in that time. All I have to show for it is a fat loss of only 20 pounds. I really need this program so I get on a program that works instead of winging it and only losing a minimal amount of weight. I am still a 100 pounds overweight and a diabetic have high blood pressure and cholesterol. It is my goal when I started out to get off all of my meds. At the rate I am going, it will be well over 5 years before I reach that ultimate goal.

I really want to get this because I am tired of seeing my belly fat! I always get Jealous when people have a toned body, and I want to look like them…. Even better. I want to be body built. If I can get this program, I know it will help me, so thats why I want it.

From what I have read on your blogs this program would be ideal for me because I was in an accident 2 years ago and have put on over 3 stone. I have been getting back into training for the past 3 months but I’m finding my progress is slow. Hi Joel. I could tell you what I think you want to hear, but instead I’m going to tell you the real story. I’m 52 (almost 53) years old and am starting down the dating path again after 21 years. I want this program to not only get me back in peak physical condition, I want it to get me in peak mental condition. Dating as a woman over 50 is HELL and getting back my body and my spunk through self-confidence is what I’m looking for. I myself did the BFL contest 13 years ago and I remember distinctly how great it felt both inside and outside. I want your new program to get “the real me back”.

Thank you for this offer. I am at the age that it is hard to lose weight. I work 10 hr days and am exhausted by the time I get home. I have tried multiple diets including South Beach, The Bernstein diet, Weight Watchers and others. After having 2 children, I found that I struggled more with loosing the extra weight and that my metabolism has slowed down considerably. Even though I try to incorporate exercise into my daily regiment, I don’t feel satified with the results for the amount of effort I put in and I eventually end up feeling frustrated. I think this is great because this is like having your cake and eating it too. I have yo-yo’d to a very unhealthy weight and feel that although my children love me, they are ashamed of me. I’ve tried and lost weight up to about 40 lbs. then start eating again because I plateau and feel deprived, then gain it all back plus. Knowing the keys to leptin, cheat day strategy and what workouts to do on which days seems like the key to the door of how to keep the weight coming off; of smiling for real on pictures again; of not shrinking on the inside when you walk into a room because your outside is so expanded. I’m ready to let my true beauty show and not cover it up with fat anymore. Thanks for the chance.

Hi Joel, where do I start? After 6 yrs of health struggle that finally got in check last year, I lost 25 lbs. Then I got hit by a car while out bike riding and I am still in recovery, and the pounds have packed back on. I was something that is real. The is strategic but applicable to real life. I want to be healthy so I can enjoy my life, be able to walk my dog, go bike riding again (i am currently on a cane for support) and most of all, I want to be happy, it is that simple. I have tried the gimmicks out there back when I thought I was fat, but I now realize I wasn’t. I battled eating disorders, and now I want my eating to be in order. CRAZY GRANDMA of EIGHT AWESOME GRANDCHILDREN!! I will be 59 this year and I want to go into my 60’s lean and strong. This menopause crap is for the birds and even they don’t gain 30POUNDS! I want to play soccer and baseball with my Grandchildren and in 30 years or so I can leave this world fighting. I still work full time and have made the decision to restructure my days to include exercise and a healthy diet. My wife just had our first baby and I’m studying for big exams to further my career so my free time to workout is at a minimum. I’m a 39 year old mother of a 13 month old. I weighed 115 lbs before my son was born and I’ve fluctuated between 135 and 143 since his birth.
