Hi! I am 53 years old and have been overweight most of my entire adult life. I have tried all kinds of diets and diet pills and nothing really seems to work for any period of time. I’m 39 years old, and about 39 lbs. overweight. I’ve tried many plans in the past, but none that have ever produced sustainable fat loss results. I’ve never been “in shape.”
Basically, I just want to be alive and active for my kids. As of now, I just can’t seem to find a balance of nutritional information that I can make sense of, or a fitness plan that will produce any visible results. The lack of either is why I never get into a healthy regimen that is sustainable.

I admit I have not read through all of the posts. I don’t want to try to 1-up anyone. I am a fitness trainer (boot camps, personal training, nutrition coaching) and I take my commitment to my clients very seriously. I know that not every program works for everyone, mainly due to their commitment to stick with them, and I am always seeking options for them. The more options I have, the better my chances of helping my clients reach their true potential.

Why do I feel like I need this program? Where to begin? I’m a 41 year old wife and mom of a 15 year old teenager. Several years ago my husband was very ill and received a double transplant. My life became about taking care of the both of them. I put myself on the back burner and as a consequence, I ballooned up to 258lbs. At 5′ 2″ that’s pretty heavy. Morbidly obese, as my doctor liked to remind me. I had high blood pressure and was pre-diabetic. In November I decided to take my life back. (Who decides to lose weight the week before Thanksgiving, right?) Since then I’ve lost 45 lbs and 28 inches. But while I’m almost 1/2 way to my goal, I’m getting frustrated and burned out. I need something different and I think your program is it. Your own transformation is inspiring and I hope to achieve my goal and go on to inspire others myself.
I am a CPA who just recently finished tax season and in the middle of the filing season had to have a heart stent put in. As a result of this it has been suggested that I change some aspects of my lifestyle one of them being to loose some weight. I have tried several programs with varied results. What i am looking for is a program that tells me EXACTLY what to do. Most systems give me too many options. I understand the need for options, (personally i hate broccoli), but some go to extremes giving so many substitutions for diet or exercise that by the time I figure out what to do, I have lost all motivation. The other problem is they work too slowly, again causing me to lose the desire to keep going. I know it is a process that will take time but working out and changing my diet for months with no results makes it that much harder to continue. What i am looking for is a simple, easy to follow program. One that not only tells me exactly what to do, but also shows me results fast. Even small victories help keep the motivation flowing. I am going on a cruise vacation in 49 days and would love to see some major results before i go. I don’t want to be the “fat guy with the beer gut” at the pool. Please help me achieve this goal.
I would really love to win this program!! I am a mother of 5 children and I have done pretty good losing the weight with Isabel’s Beyond Diet. I just can’t seem to lose the fat at my abs, love handles and thighs. I am not a big person, but I can’t get rid of the dimples. Struggling with Diabetes for the best part of Adult life I have tried a lot of different methods and diets including the Slow Carb Diet of Tim Ferris, all of which have succeeded to a certain extent. Unfortunately, diabetes medications have side effects that help you retain water. I am trying to come off them as best as I can with dieting and exercise but I have hit a wall. Help

I moved to the US from Greece when I was a skinny nine year old boy. I quickly discovered the wonderful world of processed foods and my weight slowly creeped up on me. By age 19 I weighed an unhealthy 255 pounds. I am now 33 and it’s getting increasingly difficult to lose it. I have looked at several different methods out there, and this one looks to incorporate not only all the common themes of the other plans (e.g. cheat days, negative calorie deficit, etc.) but also concepts not commonly seen which make sense from a physical sense. Moreover, it is explained in an easy to follow fashion that is clear and keeps one’s interest. I am interested to see the final product and believe that it will be of the same quality of the “teaser” postings.
