I’m excited about getting this program at this stage in my life. It appears to be a complete system for weight loss and fitness. Like most people, I need a system to stay on track. I’m pretty disciplined but on most diets a little cheating sabotages the whole thing. It appears on this diet, the cheat days are a necessity! How great is that? I’m 58, 6 foot and right now tipping the scales about 220. My perfect weight is 185. I’ve see sawed my whole life and have been on many different weight loss protocols. I am generally a skeptic of “internet marketing” but I understand many of the tips you have revealed so far from my own study of fat loss. Because, I know that what you are saying works, I know that this plan will be able to take what I already know to another level. Besides just wanting to be in good condition for health reasons, I am a long time Brazilian Jiu-jitsu practicitioner. Even though I am in my 40’s, I still have a desire to compete. In order to give myself the best chance to win, I need to be in the lowest weight class possible. Weigh-in’s at the highest level of competition are done minutes before your first match so major water cuts are not an option. I have used similar principles in the past to make weight with good results but it takes several months for me to get where I needed to be (roughly 5% body fat). I can not live at that body fat percentage constantly so I need a program to get there as quickly and efficiently as possible (sometime tournaments pop with with little time to prepare). To be able to get to my desired weight quickly means more time to consume “break even” calories and the ability train harder before the tournament without feeling drained. Thank you for this invaluable program!
I really need this program b/c I have 3 kids the youngest is 6 months old n with him I gained a little over 40lbs n I now weigh 226 n im 5’6”. I have gained 40 lbs the last 12 years and would love to lose at least 20. I have purchased many workout dvds and other equipment and try so many workout moves from magazines, but am not seeing the results. I have lost 2 inches from my tummy, but the scale does not budge! It is extremely frustrating. With a good program that I can follow, I hope to be able to fit into my clothes again. Most of my clothing does not fit and I find myself wearing my sweat suits around the house and the same 2-3 outfits outside of the house. I have worked out for at least 1 hour a day for a month and a half and recently increased cardio workouts so I am working out for 1 1/2 hours/day, but I still see no difference on the scale. Please help!

It’s obvious that you have done years worth of research to back up your plan. Although I have tried other “diets” and been successful, the simple fact is that every “body” is different. However the science behind extreme fat loss seems to be universal. I amso interested in trying this with the interesting combinations of healthy eating, smart and purposeful exercise, and cheat days

When you simply don’t have to time or patients to exercise regularly, you know you are in trouble and it becomes a huge problem in keeping the weight off. When you look in the mirror or look down at the belly fat you have been trying to get rid of for the last 6 months and nothing seems to be working, then you need to take extreme action. That’s what I need. Yes I may not have a huge weight to get rid of, but I never want be in that position. Especially when the mother turns around one day and calls you a fatty!
i have a goal of getting my abs to show before im 40 in 8 months , so far ive lost 25 kg i dont have much to go and alot is belly fat this would really help me destroy the last of it and achieve that goal !!!!
