For as long as I can remember I’ve had weight issues. I remember being an overweight 7 year old, although I don’t know what my weight was at the time. I know I was 62kg and only 152cm at age 12. As an adult I hit a very unhealthy 101.7kg at a very short 160cm. That was 7 years ago. Since then I have lost 37kgs and regained 20kg of it, up until November last year. Since then I have worked hard and lost 15kg, but in recent weeks I have changed my approach. I’ve learned new eating and training patterns, such as fasting and ‘cheat days’. These have meant I no longer have to deprive myself of eating some of the things I enjoy, while also assisting my weight loss efforts. But I am at the very early stages of my journey into more effective fat loss and as they say, “knowledge is power”. This knowledge would be the power to help me end my weight battles forever; enabling me to enjoy a positive and sustainable relationship with food, and ultimately to live a healthier and happier life. I know I am an old fart to most of those that will be taking advantage of your program. But, I’ll never lose the desire to get my body corrected. I have always had a problem taking weight off and then keeping it off. Weight seems to jump right back on in a lot less time than it took to get it off. There has always been a midrift bulge that never comes off no matter how much weight I lose. But, I can’t keep the weight off! I need your help in supplying the workable knowledge of the proper exercises and nutrition for immediate results and for continued maintenance. I have recently started using “Stay Healthy” technology, but this doesn’t seem to give me what I need. Please help.

I have been cutting for a while now with a simple low calorie, high protein, medium carb and low fat diet and managed to get down to 14% and now only have few more pounds to go to reach my goal but I am struggling with no cheats or decent refeads to satisfy my cravings.
Would love to try you programme as it would be a different approach to my diet and hopefully with faster results.

Everything you’ve presented makes sense! I am convinced that my metabolism is in shambles. I limit the amount of calories I eat per day between 1200-1400, enough to lose weight, right?? Wrong!!! WhileI managed to lose weight over the years, I’ve been at a plateau for almost two years!! Even with diet and exercise, I’ve barely managed to move the scale. On the contrary, I am struggling to stay at my current weight. If I miss a workout or have a couple of extra calories, I gain weight!! It’s just not fair!!!! My body is in need of a major overhaul. Your program makes sense. People see me and say you dont need to lose weight, you’re gonna disappear. I’m size 8 but my body fat % is almost 40!!! Size doesn’t matter it’s the body weight in terms of fat. I am in need of help and your system is promising for people in my situation.

I have just started with a personal trainer and have a new endocrinologist who supports natural therapies. I have a chiropractor and naturopath that keep putting me back together. I have literally spent my whole life fighting obesity. As young as 6th grade I began studying and dieting and working out to lose the fat. Only to have it return time after time. My weight has Yo-Yo’ed for years. It has began to cause serious health issues. High cholesterol, high blood pressure, severe fatigue. Now, no matter how hard I work…no results. Ok where to start… I’m 31 married with a two year old son. I put my physical and personal needs on the back burner after my son was born. November 17, 2011 I had had enough with how uncomfortable I was just doing anything. So to date I’ve lost 66 pounds! I still have flab in my tummy and have wanted so bad to get rid of it. Well, being a type 1 diabetic meant having my share of ups and downs health wise. so I started a year ago in May to train with a personal trainer at \virgin Active in South Africa. Awesome transformation an an overall good increase in health BUT it`s now down to final “teaking” and taking this knowledge and applying it to my lilestyle change- FOR LIFE!
