Joel, thanks for the opportunity to win your amazing program, but mostly, thanks for sharing your secret with the world. It’s SO frustrating to get up every single day at 5 am to work out and constantly TRY to eat sensibly, only to see that the silly scale NEVER BUDGES AN OUNCE! I mean, seriously, this is ridiculous. Turning 50 shouldn’t have to mean “welcome to your flabby body” now, should it? I hope your program will FINALLY be the fix for me, and the millions of females like me out here, Joel. I am at the point in my life that if i dont’t do something it could mean my life. I have alot of medical problems. And I have tried everything to try to keep the weight off without success. I do believe in your program after seeing and reading about.

I guess I have the same sob story as everyone else – have been trying for years to loose weight and tried everything but to no avail. Being a full time working mum with a husband who works away I don’t find alot of time for myself, let alone to exercise. Even when I do take the kids out I can’t keep up with them anyway. I am 31 and I have given birth to 3 children first 2 8mths apart, which has taken its toll. I have tried many different ways to achieve the body I desire I refuse surgery, but sadly they haven’t got me quite to where I want to be. My wife and I are always looking for a new and innovative way to release excess weight. From all that I have read from your free reports you have some really great ideas. On most diets I feel deprived because I’m not able to eat the foods that other folks around me are eating, or foods that I really enjoy. I love that on this diet there are cheat days that I would be able to indulge in those foods. Plus, I love that it is a strict, laid-out system that I would follow. I know what I would be doing each day and that makes a diet easier to follow. I have done intermittent fasting before and I actually enjoy it. I’m new to strength-training and weights, so that is one area I need more direction in. I think my body would respond well to the Xtreme Fat Loss diet.

Well I am going to try 1 more time to post this morning, 3 times now it is telling me I am sending to fast,,lol.. I think it means I am to FAT… Here’s goes again. I moved to Toronto,Canada 13 years ago and got married for the 2nd time, BUT I have been so comtorable in my new life here, that I have gain 30lbs. I have to workout machines downstairs, but no fun doing it by yourself. So with your voice annd CD’s down there with me,I know I can get it off. I was just told I have a aortic aneurysm in my stomach, and I have got to get this weight OFF.Got my fingers crossed on this win.

Thanks for this opportunity of winning your great programme. As a mother of four children, after the last pregnancy I found it really hard to get back into shape. As I got closer to my “half century” the tendency was to put on weight rather than take it off. I looked for help on the web and I found a wealth of useful information on your site and in your emails which I follow day by day. All of this helped to literally re-educate my whole concept of health, diet and fitness. Following the “scientific” principles I found, I managed to lose my extra kilos (from 75 to 58) and establish a much healthier regime. I feel better than I’ve felt for a long time. I can wear anything I like and I have much more confidence than before. Now my greatest fans are my family, who want to know more about getting in shape. Many of my friends ask me how I lost my extra weight and so I’ve begun to explain certain things to them too. im a 53 year old male, with a bit of a spare tire and slight man boobs, abd i wanna get rid of em! That simple :)

My husband and I are trying to lose 30 lbs each to get a handle on stress, hypertension (me) and high cholesterol (hubby), and we want to look better in our clothes. I’m 47, 5’9, 184 lbs, he is 51, 5’11, 200 lbs. We used to own a greyhound kennel and ate on the run way too often! Now I have time to cook – real fresh veggies and tasty protein. We have not eaten at Hardees or any other fast food for months! We started walking 1-4 miles at least 5 times a week and actually look forward to walking together. Now we need to reset our metabolism (which seems to be dead), and your program just might be the key to doing that.

I follow a lot of advice regarding weight loss and fitness on line and otherwise. I need a single, consistent, fully-explained source so i can direct my efforts into a single program that is effective, internally consistent. Such a system would free me from the distractions of other approaches which might be valid but in some ways not consistent with the effective program I seek.

I need to lose about 10-12 lbs and it seems that I am unable to do so. This 5×5 day program may be just the thing. Taking it in small bites could be the ticket I have been looking for.

When I started my fitness plan in 2007, I was around 260 and I’d guess around 30% body fat. Since then, I’ve shaved off tons of fat, built muscle, and developed a little set of shadow abs. Thing is, I’d like to go beyond the whole “pretty fit” thing and into “oh wow” territory. I suspect that I’ve worn out my ability to do so on regular diets. I need something epic to get me past this last bit.

You’ll find that I am a good fit, because I have discovered some of the principles on my own. Cheat days? Oh yes. When I was in Iraq, I used a weekly cheat day to both keep myself sane and to continue my progress. When I didn’t cheat, I ended up stagnant. And I learned not to cut calories too far the hard way; I got stuck lifting the same amounts for months before the now obvious logic of needing fuel to build muscle hit me.

So I’m basically the perfect candidate. I get these things. I believe you’re onto something. So let’s rock.

at this point in my life I have decided to progress, to evolve. To become a better human. This life changing experience includes both training for the mind but also the body. Taking care of the mind by studying harder is one part. There are two parts concerning my physical fitness. Fat loss and exercise. For the aforementioned reason I would trust your program if you’d deem me worthy of a chance to do exactly so.
