I have been struggling with weight since I had my 2 children who are now 17 and 11. Have tried lots of diets. I’m not what anyone would consider to be fat, but I know my body composition can be significantly leaner. I train regularly and comprehensively. I have been as low as 4% body fat but felt unhealthy. Currently I’m just over 10% body fat and cannot get leaner without feeling lethargic and unhealthy. I need a safe way to recompose my body, to lose about 10 lbs of fat and replace with about 6 lbs of muscle. I am a triathlete, not a body builder and I need to build an lean, efficient physique that can endure significant training. This program looks like it might work were others have failed.
I started my weight loss journey 3 years ago going from 180 lbs to 126 lbs currently. Being at 5’1″ I started with 136 waist to now a 129 waist. I am a 64 year old female experimenting to see if your program will work for seniors. I’m doing p90x and insanity hoping to show that senior citizens also have a chance and can stay fit. You always see young folks in all informercials on fitness well I would like to show that seniors can do this too.
I am a math teacher, and I have come to believe that my health and wellness can have just as much of an impact on my students as the methods I use to teach them. Five years ago I was able to lose most of the weight that I wanted gone, and I was looking and feeling great. Unfortunately, it only stayed off for about a year. I tried using the same system, but this time I actually gained weight instead. Since reading your information in the email updates, I have lost 11 pounds already. I love the whole idea of having a cheat day followed by a fast. That is very doable for me. I’ve been doing well at following his guidelines however the more information to get my bodyfat down even more helps. Joel, I stumbled upon your fat loss programs via reading an interview with you and Tom venuto. What you were saying in the interview,add perfect sense to me. For the last couple of weeks I have been reading your info and doing research and I really would love to give your diet a try. Over the past year I have lost 70+ lbs. and went from 24% bodyfat to 13%. Over the last two months or so my progress has slowed, and my dream has always been to get ripped. i have been trying to lose weight and get to the shape i was in in my youthful days for the last two years, but that effort has been a broken and unsuccessful one, as motivati6n and will power always diminished with the slow and poor results achieved. Hi, after reading all of the emails and listening to your phone call I am really excited about this program. I have had a difficult time loosing actual body fat. No matter how hard I work out or run, I feel better but the fat is still there. I think this is the program that can help push me the last leg of my fitness goal.

Been struggling with my weight for years. I am a nurse that works on the night shift in a trauma center and I always feel like I cannot find the time to take care of myself. I believe that your system will give me the ability to find the way I can lose the weight. I was recently diagnosed as a Pre diabetic and I lost 30 pounds but gained it all back 2 months later.
