I have been trying to lose my belly fat for 10 years, it does not seem to matter how far I run, how much I eat or how much I don’t. i have tried them all and i am still looking for one that works.
I come from a large family and we never really paid much attention to our weight or health. Recently both my parents have had complications as a result of that. Without going into too much detail neither of them were able to walk more than 50 metres and doctors had told them they must lose weight now. They are trying but they find it difficult and dont think its possible for them.
I’ve always been the biggest eater so I want to lose weight and show them it can be done. I’m travelling home in a couple months time to see them and it would be amazing if I can shed a whole load of weight before I get there and give them the encouragment to start living a healthy lifestyle.

i really want this program so much because i’ve been overweight all my life and i’ve tried all sorts of different ways to slim down, following all sorts of diets HCG diet, no carbs diet, 600 calorie diet, blood type diet, grapefruit diet and even doing so i lost nothing mainly cause i was depriving myself from all of my favorite foods during my dieting process and was never satisfied and in the end only crashed on my diet and just kept binge eating on all the wrong food making me gain even more weight. I know alot of diets out there and this one is none like Ive seen I have complete trust in this plan and its gonna be perfect for me because i dont have to deprive myself of my favorite foods for months anymore like i did before and then crash and burn. Ive tried many of the other programs which says it easy as 123 then find out its more like f x y = jk46537. totally to hard to understand. I really need the knowledge that you have. There is not much help where I am or information of such significance that will really help me melt away this fat I am struggling with, after being ill for three years. There is so much junk out there I need a real program to put me back on the straight and narrow.
I am a tennis player and used to be extremely good at it. I was also tall and thin. It was all going well until 3 years ago when two things hit me at once: Hypothyroidism and Surgery. I did not play for 6 months and once I was back, I had put on some weight due to the inability to exercise and the negative effects of thyroid which was so bad that the dosage was 2 to 3 times a normal dose. I have worked extremely hard since then playing almost every day and trying fitness programs. Nothing has worked for me as yet but I’m still trying. I have gone through your updates and this is one thing that has given me confidence that I can actually lose weight and improve my tennis in which I am being held back the top few positions because of my extra weight. Also, being a boarder a cheat day where I can order pizza with my friends will be extremely useful. Being dumped by a boyfriend coz of the reason fat was the most pathetic ever happened in my life. I am 56 years old. I am 6’3” and at this time weigh 344 lbs. Three years ago at 320 lbs. I lost 70 lbs., to 250 lbs., but have gained it all back plus some. The math is easy. In February, 2012, I had an atrial fibrillation and now have been diagnosed with severe sleep apnea. I despise the procedures and meds the docs have prescribed. I feel that this program would be a perfect fit because of where I come from. I am in recovery (one of those 12step deals) and I treated myself very badly. I am 5′ 5″ and when I got into the program I weighed 110lbs. I was very athletic when I was young and I felt good, but that’s a while ago. Since getting into recovery I got up to 250lbs. Finally, with a lot of effort and sacrifice I got to 163lbs, but I quite trying and I am now at 198 with the fat to prove it. I feel that this program is by far a better way for me to reach my goals and stay there. I am trying to watch what I eat as well as go to the gym and could sure use the updated knowledge.
Hi, I exercise 4/5 days a week and I’m stuck in a rutt. Im juggling work,kids,house etc but my body is not changing looking at and reading your articles they seen to make since. At the moment I’m thinking why bother if I exercise and it makes no difference to my body well then its a waste of my time I don’t have with my hectic life. I hope you can help
