I have tried so many diets and none have worked. I am dedicated and determined when it comes to my health. I will follow the instructions completely. I will also look to letting others know about the program if it works.

I need this program because I have been working out and eating healthy for years, but I still have not received the results that I want. I am in good shape, but not great shape. I am in Law School and am sitting at a desk for most of the day. While I do what I can to try and cut fat, stress and other factors disallow the production and body that I have wanted. I feel this program will give me the boost I need, in my busy life, to finally achieve the goals I have always longed for. I have maintained a healthy lifestyle, but have never been the one to turn heads, and I feel this could be the final push over the hill.

For the past few years I’ve struggled with body image issues. From unexpected weight gain due to hormone imbalance, which sparked an eating disorder, and through many diets… I’m now falling in love with fitness and proper nutrition. I’d love this as a guide to get me on the right track in my new lifestyle

Years of trying have not got me to the place that I am happy with my body. I restrict my diet, I train hard but I still seem to keep my tire around my middle. It would be great a program to guide me to a better place and i think that this might be the one.
I work full time, I study and it would be great to have some simple way to change my body and finally be happy with myself.

Why? Why do I think this program might work for me? I like what I’ve read. It makes sense. I definitely need to lose weight and have had little success doing anything but zero carbs and that is not a long-term healthy solution.

Your program seems to cover a range of issues regarding weight loss. It’s not a starvation diet – indeed, it’s not a ‘diet’ (even though you call it that) so much as a healthy approach to nutrition and exercise, and I like that.

I think it sounds sensible and well rounded (no pun intended) . It is thorough and includes awareness training (the journal) and a thoughtful workout plan.

I love how this system is so complete. Including nutrition, exercise, supplement and everything is written down and detailed. I an a visual learner and keeping logs and tracking things is.what works best for me. I have plateaued and need help losing this last 30lbs.

After following your guidance for the past 8 months I have lost 13kg. I need this program to help me loose more fat.

I feel that this program is perfect for me because of a few reasons. One being that I am still serving in the USMC and I feel that since I’ve come home from my deployment in 09 my body has slowly deteriorated, and since I’m a mentor to Jr. Marines I have to be in great shape at all times. Another reason would be that I’m 25 years old and I feel like I shouldn’t be tired all the time and have such a lack of motivation. basically I think this program has all the tools I need to get me and my body back into amazing shape.

Joe, I need free access to this information, and let me tell you why. I am a college student that has gained weight do to terrible eating habits from on campus food options and stress. I have begun to lift weights and have seen great results in my ability to lift more and size gain. The problem is all the fat hiding the new me. I am moving off campus so I will be able to control my diet, and I want to follow your diet. I will also be a great testimony to other college age guys that need your advice. I would love to be able to share my results with friends, family, and acquaintances and recommend your product. As a medical student I am interested in the science and will also share your product with future patients!

As a single dad, I have had the hardest time trying to keep up with my workout regimen. All I want is to be able to keep up with my two children so they can have a happy childhood. I have brought my son a few times to the gym, and God knows he just watches TV and has a good time. He is hopefully going to follow in my foot steps and do plenty of sports and activities. Honestly, I just want him to remain a child and me remain an able bodied parent to show him how a real man should be, healthy and respectful.

Struggling with excess weight for over 20 years, I have always tried to be active but health issues (back,Cholesterol, varicose veins stripped) have minimized this in recent times.
Being 20kgs overweight and not having the finances to join a gym, with a young family, I see this system as the opportunity I need to get back on track from an educational point of view on exercise and dietary requirements from a trusted source. I need this program because I am at an age when it is really hard to lose weight and maintain a healthy diet which is so important. Losing belly fat is so important to helping with back pain and arthritist is a another major factor.

I am a police officer and workout several times a week. In fact I just finished the 16 week program from one of your sister sites. However, my diet is lacking. I need to have a eating and diet program to go with my workout. I have just been assigned to SWAT and it is imperative that maintain the highest level of fitness and strength. I need your program to finish my weight loss goal, because I have hit a plateau and need that extra something to stimulate my body in to further weight loss. I have come across many articles, many blogs, many Fat loss programs but none was so convincing. This is program after finding the 6 updates was so convincing that it can do magic who ever takes up this program. Its completely different program I guess compared to all available stuff in the market. This will be awesome program.

THis is the program I need because I´m almost in my best shape but i still have my last obstacle to overcome this fat acumulated in the lower part of my belly, i need the program because i want to finally have the body i ever dreamed and burn this stubborn last fat that i dont want anymore.

In my early twenties I was extremely active and lean as an ostrich. Over time I got married, had a child, became a Chef when suddenly, one day, I realized I was nearing 40 and weighed twice what I did 15 years ago. WTF!?! For the past 9 months or so, I have tried everything from vegan diets to sugar free hell, marathon training to Tae Kwon Do, and my weight seems to be hanging on for dear life. Finally, I discovered “The Cheat to Lose Diet” and upon checking out the web site, I found a new version about to be released. I need “The Xtreme Fat Loss Diet” because I need to lose fat xtremely, or my daughter will always look at me as a fat guy. What sort of example would that be to set?

I have been working out since January of this year with a weight of 108lbs in the hope of moving down to 95 standing at 5’0″, female and 33 yrs of age. For the 1st month, I worked out 3-5x a week; cut down on carbs. To my dismay I gained 4lbs moving up to 112lbs. So I increased my workout to 6-7x a week, varying it from HIIT, Zumba, weights, yoga, Pilates, swimming, elliptical and eating just boiled eggs, fish, fruits and veggies, but after three months I’m only 110lbs!! I don’t know what’s causing the slow weight loss and I do the cheating in diet every so often! Frustrating!

I need help!

I have let myself go over summer by eating the wrong foods, too much of those foods and making excuses that I work too hard and have no time to exercise. I am over 20 lbs heavier than my identical twin brother and everyone can see the difference. I have two months to focus on weight loss over the winter but also want to turn my life around with your program. Can you help me change for the better.

Being a fitness trainer myself, I know that all diets are not created equal… ‘Different strokes for different folks’. I see myself as a ‘education geek’ and love to read and learn about different things related to the human body, exercise and nutrition. Everything new I learn I share with my clients and also anyone who might ask me for advise. If one thing does not work for someone, something else might work and it’s good to have a broad perspective within this industrie…
