I’ve been a follower for nearly 2 years now. I would love to receive the free ebook as I have been a great fan of intermittent fasting. I actually started because of you! It has been great, but the thing is that i never lost any body fat, I actually gained some due to two months holidays i’ve spent in Malaysia. It would be a really big thing for me to actually know how to correctly fast, as well as the pre and post days of fasting, on how to burn off these stubborn fats! I’ve been working out for the past 7 years and have never been able to achieve the ripped six pack body i have always wanted. Your program would be mean a great deal to me, and i would love to finally be able to take off my shirt and be proud of what i have, after so long. Nevertheless, I thank you for giving wonderful information throughout the whole time. You’re great and hope i’ll be able to win this!
