I seriously want your Xtreme Fat Loss System. It is the most comprehensive and genuine sytem available.

1.As covered in your updates it is designed specifically to lose fat without losing muscle mass. This is so important to avoid piling it back on afterwards.

I am 32 years old and have been working out for 1.5 hrs almost on a daily basis for the last 7 years. My workouts are challenging and demanding and comprise of an aerobic session of at least 40′ and 1hr strength training. I watch my nutrition and on a weekly basis I each mostly lean protein with salad, 2 portions of fruit per day and I also give myself one free day per week. I would say that my body is lean and strong however I have a thin layer of fat which if I manage to lose will give my body that super extra lean look that I have been striving for the last few years. I believe that the xtreme fat loss programme is the right nutrition programme that will jumpstart my metabolism again and give me that extra metabolic boost I need to help me reach my goal.

I’m a truck driver that drives cross country ever week. I was almost 300 pounds when I saw the book truth about about six pack abs. Just from the information from that book I have went from 291 pounds to 248 pounds in 3 months. It has been almost to easy. I believe you have done a good job on all of your research. I really need your extreme fat loss program as I am a beginner body builder and I am having a incredibly hard time losing approx 10kg of weight so that all the hard work I am doing at the gym will actually be visible, I am working really hard and it is really frustrating and upsetting that the fat just won’t move, it seems to have a mind of it’s own and is resisting all my efforts to get rid of it, and I am getting really worried as my first comp is the 7th of July which is only 9 weeks away, I really do not want to get on that stage and look ridiculous Ie:- fat. I am a boxing columnist/writer for one of the top websites covering boxing. I am heading out to Vegas next week to cover the Mayweather-Cotto fight. I will have many photo opportunities but because of being extrememly self conscious about how I look, I won’t take them. And the few that I do, I won’t enjoy them. Im 5’10, 228 lbs with about 23% BF and would like to get down to 205 with under 15% BF. In June I will go back to Vegas to cover the Manny Pacquiao-Timothy Bradley fight, with your program I will be able to reach my goal and be comfortable and be comfortble with my body for the 1st time in a deacde! I have a damaged metabolism. I suffer from undiagnosed hypothyroidism. Which means that the doctors cannot find any trace of the condition in my blood and there for they have decided that I’m healthy despite all the symptoms I suffer from. It also means I’m not getting any medicine to help me get better. This has caused me gaining 13 pounds in the last year and I am always tired among other symptoms. I’m still quite lean since I use to be a professional soccer player but I want to loose those last stubborn pounds and get more lean. It’s now up to me to boost my own metabolism to make sure I get as healthy as I can be to improve the quality of my life. I was diagnosed with diabetes 10 years ago. Since then I have been in pursuit of the best procedure to have the desired shape not only to have a good body but to have a better health. Hiya Joel. I am 33, 5’5″ my scale says I am 39% body fat. I am a single mom of two and I really think god will not allow me to weigh less than 185lbs. I have tried so many things in the past which never seemed to work. I have made extreme life style choices in the last 6 months. I quit smoking, eliminated sugars, caffeine, and most processed foods. I have 3 herniated discs, and cardio/strength training seems to be the only thing that helps for the pain. If I miss a day I know I will pay for it later in my back. I know a reduction in fat will help my back that much more, and allow me to play more with my kids. I have tried to incorporate some of the things that you have put in your updates, but without the whole program it simply will not work. I tried the depletion-cheat-fasting w/extreme exercise, but without the proper secret workouts I get very little results that disappear in 2 days. This program is the last thing needed to complete my new healthy lifestyle, that I will be able to share with my kids so they dont follow in my footsteps.

Hi Joel. I’m a classic yo yo dieter. Over the past 25 years I’ve lost over 80 kg. I usually loose the same 20 kg about every 5 years. I’ve also suffered from post natal depression. And now just regular depression. I want to make some lasting changes in my life to get on top of my weight. 5 years I lost 30 kg. today I need to lose about 20 kg. getting my weight, health and fitness will give me the strength I hope to get the rest of my life under control. I have 4 gorgeous children who I want to be a good – better role model for. Thanks for your emails.

Hi Joel, I cant wait to be the first to start your programme!, i really need some help, ive been doing ok, losing around 2 llbs a week, going to the gym, but im so frustrated at how slow this is and how good i always have to be there’s no cheating for me! and then i keep falling off the wagon and have to work harder than ever to get back into it, your programme would be the edge i need to get me stoked fired up and racing with energy and fat burning power, oh and the joy of having a cheat day to help keep me going!! I’m now 40 about to be 41 & Ive been on a mission to change my life now for 2yrs and so far lost 150#, started out at 380# now at 230# now its starting to slow down. I have been following your newsletter on fitness for sometime now. I have tried some info and they have been quiet helpful. After I had my second child it was tough getting the pregnancy weight off. But gradually with advice i took from you . I have been able to shed 10kg though I still have along way to go to get my ideal body weight with the right fat and muscle constitution. I ‘ll be very happy if I get this so I can finally nail the rest of the fat down and keep it down. I am also thinking of having another baby but not until I have shed all the old fat and having a good plan on how to shed what i am likely to gain during the next pregnancy. I had also like to help my friends having problem with their weight. Most of them are battling with weight gain during pregnancy. It will interest you to know that in my country these is no easy access (if there is) to things like this and keeping fit is well understood only by a small fraction of the population and actually sort after only by the conscious few. It therefore takes a lot of effort and self encouragement not to talk about self discipline to achieve some level of fitness . i need this to make my journey to fitness much easier.

As a result of a car accident (rear ended, not at fault) about 8 months ago, I had to go through 7 months of chiropractic and physical therapy. But even with all that work, I am still suffering from back pain. Prior to the accident I was doing 30-40 minutes of Kettlebell workout eat day and was in great shape. Now I have gained about 15 – 20 lbs that I would like to lose, plus I would like to try to get back to working out. So I am looking for help in achieving these goals.

I believe this program can help me to help others in my life. I have a mother that is very much overweight and well as a group of friends in their 30’s and 40’s that have accepted the fact of being out of shape and in their minds, unable to change their current situation.
