I first heard about you and your program from Craig Ballantyne and his TT workouts. I have been following both of you closely, learning as much as I can about healthy eating and working out. I go to the gym 6 days a week, and with a pretty athletic build, I have reached a plateau. Currently living in china, my focus for the past 8 months has been exercise and diet. I have managed to lose over 25lbs, but at 5’1 I need to lose another 10 to reach my goal. I push myself hard every day doing circuit training, interval running, MTR and lifting heavy weights. My body has significantly changed but I need help loosing the last of this body fat.
I eat a low carb diet and watch my sodium/sugar intake. I have tried cheat days, but often times it turns into a cheat weekend and I’m left Monday feeling very disappointed in myself. I need a structured system to follow which will keep me on track and allow me to break through this plateau. Well I’m no fitness trainer! Im a mum wanting to lose weight – a fair bit of it. Ive been reading your emails over the last few days and I like the way you “talk” to your readers. Ive never really succeeded with diets. I’ve lost a little but I’m not sure about how it all “works”. You wrote some time ago about interval training fast for 8mins slower for 12mins and that I can do on my spinning bike. Your latest posts about the 5 principles and the calorie deficite has really got me thinking I could actually for the first time succeed with this and understand WHY and HOW at the same time. I’m tired of all the other BS info, I’m ready for the real fat burning program..
The minute i begun to read a listen to your programme ( 27 pages and audio) I was instantly hooked. I really resonated with the information and the facts your were giving possibly because i have been slowly discovering this new and obviously effective way of eating over the last 6 months. Coming from a Dance background, health and eating correctly have always been a factor in my life, but it is only now that i am beginning to realise that to maintain a steady career in the entertainment industry, as well as a healthy body, eating a balanced and well constructed diet ( hate the word) is so very very important. Although i would be lying if i said this was the main reason i NEED/WANT your programme….I have just been cast in the Australian version of a blockbuster broadway Musical- I am playing a character who the director has decided he wants topless, and in my contract it states i must have work for a lean, muscular type physic. I have 14 weeks until we start rehearsals and then tour the country for 12 months. I WANT a programme that I can turn into a lifestyle and continue to maintain for ever….untill this point, i have had so much information from so many different places and people, and I am CRAVING something that I can take as gospel, from one source….Like i said at the start, i really resonated with your methods, and if i am not successful in receiving a free Programme…..I will just have to buy one….although a free bee would be AMAZING and so greatly appreciated- helping a poor struggling, actor out you see ;-)

I have tried several diet and workout programs before. Some of them has worked just fine, but as soon as I stop I seem to gain it all back. I saw the post about this program and thought “man, this sounds awesome” and then I thought “this year i can actually look amazing for the summer season” I used to work at a gym and I’ve always been jealous at the amazing bodies I saw, so maybe this time I can be the one of them, one of those people I’ve been jealous of for so long :)

I actually want this program for my father. I am a 22 year old woman, and for the last 7 years, I have not been able to loose very much weight. Hi Joel, for the past 2 months I have been on a fat-loss journey. I’ve done well, burning off 20 lbs. by robust exercise at the gym and also eating well – cutting bread and sugar out of my diet (about 98%) – which made a big difference. I did this because I needed to feel better. Carrying around all that extra weight made me feel tired, slow and, well, not feeling great about how I looked. That takes a big toll in life. I feel more energetic now and look forward to increasing that as I keep going on this journey. I wouldn’t mind a little support from your program and that is why I am entering the contest. I need this 25 day Xtreme fat loss diet to get back in to my optimal health. I am in my 40’s and in the past year I have become alarmingly over weight and unfit. I am feeling pain in joints and the stairs is a challenge with the wobble! I really want to sort this out now. This diet sounds like it can get me back on track and back into some good habits quickly. The length of time for the diet is also within my span of interest and focus (for diets). Any longer you loose interest and start to wander. It seems to be a smart, efficient and well studied plan and therefore results can be guarunteed. I look forward to turning my life around with it.

It’s actually not for me. I’d like to give it to my sister who is finally serious about losing weight. She was born with a congenital heart defect and has recently gone into Afib. There is a potential that she may need a heart transplant and was told she wouldn’t qualify because she’s over weight. I think this program would be great for her now that she really wants to do it!
