You know, I’ve tried every diet, and well, yes, I’ve lost weight – and gained it back on! I need the perfect diet plan so I can become the best version of my myself. I graduate college this summer and I really would love to leave all those extra kilos with it and enter a completely new phase of my life like the real me: in great shape, good looking and with totally boosted self-esteem!

Because for the last few years I’ve been bulking and cutting without success. I can easily lose weight not a problem but struggle with the fat. I managed to get down to 13.6 bodyfat but my weight had dropped to 9 stone 9. How low would my weight have to drop for me to be 10% bodyfat, I’m guessing about 7 stone which isn’t right??? I’m 5ft 9.

I’ve put in a lot of effort to educate myself about nutrition and health after letting myself go 3 years ago. I used to be fit in my teenage years, going to the gym 5 times a week, but due to having a full time job and studying part time, I just haven’t managed to squeeze in the time. Despite the time constraints, I have managed to shed 13kg so far, but I have been stuck at the same weight for about a year now; I am still overweight and can’t figure out what I’m doing wrong. I would love to have a program like this which is specific and programmed, telling me exactly what I need to do and when I need to do it. This will take so much of the guesswork out of my current plan and yield actual results, with less time wasted! I can’t wait to break this plateau!

I’m a 41 yr of female that lacks motivation and self confidence to loss the extra weight I have gain after my last child. I am now single due to my husband leaving me which I have to admit knocked me some but want to get back to the old me.. the slimer, healthier, motivated and self confident person I was prior to marrying my ex husband. I want to do this for myself and for my son as he is 4 now and I want to be able to get out there and do things with him and enjoy the time I have with him at this age as they grow so quickly. I am feeling the warth of the xtra weight and the pressure it is putting on my body and need someone that has the experience and knowledge as you do. You seem to make things sound simple and uncomplex which is motivating in itself. I want to be around to see my son married and have his own children and to get to experience the joy of watching this.. 2012….TIME FOR A CHANGE AND NEW BEGINNINGS and hopefully you can help me make them :) Thank you for the chance.
I have tried exersice and diet. And still am not where I want to be, physically. I give a concerted effort to what I try. I have grown to belive that my goals are unattainable.
have been following a self taught routine for one year know with a weight loss of 108 lbs. Still have to lose another 70 or more lbs. Have plateaued big time. Work out 6 times a week for about 2.5 hrs a time. Start work out doing intervals on bike then onto weights then finish off on tread mill or rower. Starting weight was 368 lbs now 260. 14 months latter. I need to find some sort of thing that i must be missing in my routines or diet.
I really hope to win, tried almost everything out there and I haven’t yet gotten the results I want!!!

I’m an ex football player and have had one of the hardest years of my life. I became injured and had to quit what I love most. Not to mention lost a girlfriend id been together with since high school. Ever since Ive picked up alot of weight. I have a new dream of something id love to do to be successful. The problem is I’m just not in shape or have the look right now. Reading your emails and fat loss tips always gives me hope. Moneys tight and I have no idea how I’ll get it otherwise. I’m sure the most deserving will receive it thanks for the consideration.

I understand that XFL is not a miracle cure and not instant gradification. I understand the importance of diet and am enthralled with the science. Not only will XFL allow me to expand my knowledge but it may help me blast past a weight loss plateau, as I have been cutting for 5 weeks now and seemed to have stalled. My body doesn’t want to give up the last 3%bf I need to hit my summer goal. This will hopefully be the first summer with abs. I have been implementing all 5 priciples from your report as of recently. Was a phenominal read, and I have even passed some tips to friends and family. The write up on leptin control was great. In conclusion, I would love to see what can be accomplished with this book, and while I finish my PT Cert, I hope to pass along the diet ideas to future clients, if it works as well as you say; so let’s put it to the test!

I am a 2 year cancer survivor. I gained alot of weight during recovery after a couple of surgeries and such. My husband is in the army and we are stationed in Germany. I need to get my healthy body back, so I can enjoy this wonderful country with my husband and kids. This is a once in a lifetime chance for us and I want to be able to enjoy it. I speak at all kinds of groups about being a cancer survivor, a military wife, and I want to be able to tell them this is how I lost the weight and got healty again.
I’ve tried every diet out there…HCG, Atkins, South Beach, Hollywood 48 hr, Cookie diet, the Zone, P90x, the list goes on…I just don’t see the results I’d like, it gets boring and repetitive and its a huge commitment for some, 12 weeks is too long to keep interest. 25 days is crazy! I’d buy the diet today if I could because anyone can do anything for 25 days.
I need this program because I have not been able to get rid of my belly fat and I have tried just about everything. There have been times in my life (and one of them was recently) where I had less belly fat, but I have no idea how it happened, so I was obviously not able to continue the loss and I cannot reproduce it.
Because I am obese.
