I would like to win and need your program. I have been trying to lose weight, so that when I’m older; diabetes will not be so severe that I lose organs or body parts. I have type 2 diabetes it’s very scary to me. I have only managed to maintain my weight ,after losing ten pounds and have 45 lbs to go yet. I tore my adductor muscle at Curves, and has taken about 3 years to overcome I have had to be sent to physical therapy for 3 separate times ;each lasted around 3 months or so. hi,i have been struggling with my weight since i can remember ,i live in Iran, unfortunately because of the political issues going on, our bank system with other countries has been closed ,so whatever cool diet program’s i see on the net,i cant buy,so i subscribe and try to get as much information from the emails you send me.i have subscribed to so many weight program’s,but far as i go the only best one was the xtreme fat loose diet , because there’s logic to it ,i am a pharmacy student so pretty like when there’s a reasonable logic behind diet program’s, rather then starving myself and with know significant reason.

This would be such a great opportunity for my husband and myself. Since he stopped doing Judo about 20 years ago- once our first 2 children were born, he’s just been piling on the pounds. I am a busy mum of four and I have always struggled to keep to a diet. I managed to lose most of the weight I gained during pregnancy by running everyday for 7 miles and have felt every sore muscle and pain there is. Now I have hit plateau and I don’t know what else to do and I feel that this could help, not only myself but my husband who has also packed on a few pounds over the years. The week of February 27th, 2012 I made a promise to myself to get healthier and lose weight for myself, my family, my KIDS! I’m 42, and I have 3 kids aged 15, 4 and 2. I want to be around to enjoy their lives, to be able to play with them, and live to see their kids.

I had no real plan, but simply counted calories using a free app on my smartphone. When I started simply “counting calories” I was on 3 different medications for type 2 Diabetes.

I have been overweight since I was a child. Although I think I am still 12, and some people say I still act it, my frame has suffered over 55 years of wear and tear. Now my lower joints are painful and it is due to the excess weight I carry.

It is now time to be serious about weight reduction. The problem in the past has been that there has been little support, but following Joel Marion for some time, I really think he has some effective solutions, and keeps the support and enthusiasm going. I’ve already lost weight the wrong way and ended up getting anorexia nervosa. Now i’m much better, but i’ve gained also quite a bit too much fat. I want to lose the ‘too much’ but have to find the right way to do that, without getting a relapse in my eating disorder. I believe your program is exactly what i need right now. During winter, I focused mainly on putting some muscle on, which I did, but also came the extra fluff. No matter what I just can’t seem to shake it! Over the past few months, I’ve become increasingly overwhelmed with food issues. I eat very healthy, but in trying to lose some fat, I’ve developed micromanagement & stressful habits…calorie counting (extremely…like not having even one over), extreme guilt over having a treat, etc. I want to relearn how to eat. I want to be able to eat healthy, workout hard & then indulge for a day and ENJOY it instead of feeling guilty about it. I work extremely hard pushing heavy weights in the gym 5 days a week, I monitor my food very closely…but I’m stuck. Maybe this is the weapon I need to finally kick it up! Hey Joel.

The reason as to why I want the program is because I’m 18 years old and I’m a little bit “too big” for my age. In this age you have a lot of people expecting things of you, and having a good looking body is one of them. But I don’t want the program because I want to look good, if I’m to get the job I want (ambulance personel) I need to loose weight and get in shape. I’ve also got a girlfriend who has a child, about 10 months old, and I’d really like to get in shape so that I can play how much I want with her.

I hope you empathize, and give me the program so that I can get in shape to see my dreams come through. I’d also be happy to give before, during and after photos!

Hey Joel – I once was a very fit person, but over the past several years have really struggled to keep myself in shape. With all the good intentions I can muster, being a single mom of two, working full time and finishing my business degree have kept me so busy that I’ve let my health suffer. I’m tired, and have committed to make my health a priority again by eliminating all processed foods, and reactivating my YMCA membership… Now I just need a good plan to follow since I’m about 20 lbs overweight, with thyroid and high cholesterol issues (not to mention a family reunion coming up this summer that I want to look my best for *:-) ). I believe you have a better and faster way that could assist me in overcoming these issues, and would love to put your program to work so I can regain my optimum health status. This will be gift to myself for my 50 th birthday. A recent health checkup showed I am in the obese category, (need to loose 10 kg’s) and my cholesterol is dangerously high. I have managed to loose 4 kg’s just by reading your daily tips and putting myslef on my own high protein low carb diet. I even bought some silly fat loss diet thru the Internet, which starts off by detoxing your body for 3 days then smoothies for another 3 then back to starving yourself for another 3 days! Hi Joel !!! I am at that point were I train hard, my diet is clean yet I think I need a few tips here and there to get me to lowering body fat so you can see my muscles point. To lose body fat quick and safely

I have been looking for a program to help me shed 60 lbs I packed on due to stress, pituitary tumor and adrenal fatigue. While all of the afore mentioned could be considered excuses, I am ready to take control and get my life back. I’m tired of looking at myself in the mirror, not having my clothes fit properly and resorting to wearing pants with elastic bands because I’m too fat to be comfortable in jeans. Hi, I have baby fat to shed and just started back to work, I am away from home nearly 11h per day and living in countryside I have plenty of things to do (kids, household, etc..) so I don’t have time to go in fancy gyms or spend hours working out. I need to go straight to the point. Summer is coming and I want to enjoy being healthy (and looking good) to play on the beach with my kids. I have never been a person frying in the sun, I love to be active and plan to bike, jog, kite-surf and still want energy to play with the kids on top oft hat (or the other way round). Once in my life I want to achieve this ultimate goal, it will be only once because I will then keep that forever.
