I have been following your articles intently, your explanation of why it’s harder for lean bodies to lose weight rings very true to me. I am not at all overweight and am only 123 lbs and 5.5 ft, have an extremely active lifestyle (I teach ashtanga/Vinyasa yoga for a living) but still not the body I want. I had my baby two years ago, and since then, have struggled to lose belly fat. I got on the Diet Solution Program which has helped immensely but although I’m now very slim, I still have a lot of skin/fat around my stomach. I did the full 60-day insanity workout while still keeping a strict diet and saw a change, but nothing drastic. I want to shed body fat and become more toned. Your program would mean so much to me because I am at that plateau point where even though I am now thin, I am not cut up like I want to be. i just hated all the hype and pun about fat burning that has been lurking around with no actual result.

I hope you can help me. I’ve been looking for help with my problem of being overweight/Undertall/fluffy. Have been this way most of my life to varying degrees and know its time to bring it all undercontrol for good and I do believe your program can make that difference.

I’m 30 years old 5’8″ at 171lbs and finally down to my lowest weight I’ve been since high school with a decent amount of muscle but hard to tell with the layer of fat I can’t get rid of. Hi, I have worked out and tried to get lean for several years now and the result is the same every time if I loose weight I also loose strength. I had my whole back tattoeed and it took four months with weekly sessions. Sweating was forbidden so training was not an option. Then came Christmas. New Year. New girlfriend. All in all it’s been many months without proper training and eating (or rather, being very decadent in regards of eating and drinking) and I haven’t been this bloated and sluggish in ages. I hate it. I need your program to get a grip and smell the roses!

Really would read all comments and choose 5 best ones? currently at a low for fitness and eating, perhaps a new outlook and way of thinking…refreshing my brain so to speak would help me achieve my goal…only a little more 5kg…and always difficult to get through this…now its 10kg…its frustrating and also confusing with all the theories out there. I have been dieting and hitting the gym for about 16 months and have lost a total of 40lbs. I started out a 306lbs and now seem to have stopped at 265lbs. I seem to have hit a wall with fat loss and feel I could be successful with the XFLD. The science makes sense and the regime seems doable. This progam would fit very well into my current nutritional intake and workout schedule. I have an ideal physique and weight in mind and have struggled many years with the way I look. Why not go for broke?
I’m pushing 60, have lost 8kgs in 12 weeks via eat stop eat, and am back at my 1995 distance swimming weight. But since there’s still some beer gut I’d love to have a go at another 8 or 9kgs, show off a 6 pack and be in better shape than I’ve ever been.

I want to love life with my kids again. I find it very depressing when my kids want me to swim with them or, like last summer, go on the boat, but I am so unhappy with myself that the are the ones losing out. I want this summer to be different.

Hi, I urge to get in the form of my life, im am 43 years old, tiered og being unfit, afraid of the dangers relatet do be unfit. I would like to try the system, related to European conditions, it seems som what hard, when some of the systems yo describe, foods, supplements and so on are very US related and not aviable in Europe or Norway where I reside. I’m just starting out in the fitness industry. It makes me so sad at how most people either have no clue or just the completely incorrect knowledge when income to fat loss and muscle gain. I’m fighting a constant battle every day to try and change people’s way of thinking, and trying to convince them that what they have been told is just to make large companies very rich. I’m pretty lean right now thanks to the things I learn from yourself, Mr Roman, Delmonte, Ballantyne etc and I’m currently working towards a fitness model competition, which I’ve never done or even considered before as I’ve always been, let’s say…slightly too round, VERY scared and excited though :D but thanks to you guys I’m sure I can make it. I wanna become the most AWESOME looking version on myself (and I mean AWESOME! So as to show the people around me and my clients what they can achieve with the CORRECT information (a.k.a XFLD) and dedication.

Well to tell you the truth I really need your help. My metabolism has slowed down so much, I think it’s backing up. I’m 63 years old now and it’s not as easy to get weight off as it was when I was younger. Now, suddenly, I find myself with type 2 diabetes and high blood pressure. My doctor has me shoveling pills in and wants to put me on insulin. I asked for some time to lose weight and get my numbers down where they should be.
It’s not easy to find useful help that I can follow sensibly. I am motivated for sure. I want to be around for my children and grandchildren. And I’d like to be an inspiration to others. I need to lose 55 or 60 pounds.I’d also like to surprise my doctor (Skeptic). I believe it can be done with proper nutrition and excercise. Thank you for making these five opportunities available.
