What you are offering is a life altering, mind expanding, body changing tool hat in the right hands will make a massive difference to whom ever is lucky enough to win it. I have been following with interest and keenly await the release regardless but would love the opportuntiy to spruik the program to all I know (which I will do regardless). I’m tired of being fat

Working under pressure at workplace have paid me off in the form of big fat tummy. Even, with all my academic qualifications and extensive on job experience I have lost my self esteemed and self confidence. I feel myself odd one out in social gatherings and am terrified to even thinking of a career switch.
The Xtreme fat loss diet 2.1 system might be a ray of hope for many but for me ‘it is the beginning of a new vibrant and fulfilling life!’ My humble gratitude for this opportunity.

Since I started getting advice on healthy eating and healthy lifestyle in general from your emails and article links, my quality of life has improved, I have been able to help my husband (who has neuroproxyarthritis) to change his diet and embrace a positive attitude towards living with less pain with dietary changes. Our main aim is to lose weight and gain further comfort and energy in our 60-ties, we have already gone some of the way – please let us have the book and achieve the benefits of lean bodies at our age through exercise, sensible healthy diet and the right frame of mind. Having a tremendous tool like your program will allow me to gain control of my health and get my life back. I am a type 2 diabetic taking medications to get control of my blood sugars in the last 7 months. I have put on 27 lbs in 3.5 months since taking those meds. In the last 4 months, I have resorted to working out 2x/day 5 – 6 x/ wk and have lost 22 lbs. It’s hard to fathom dropping 25 lbs in 1/4 of that time. I currently weigh 205 lbs, and am looking to get to my ideal weight of 150 where I may be able to get off many of my medications and simplify my life. To me, having this program is a life changing must have.

Like everyone else, we all looking for something that works. I am guessing that everyone has tried all the approaches, me included. Would greatly appreciate knowing what really works. A friend of mine one said at what age do we have to quite worrying about how we look and how much we weigh. Unfortunately, us folks over 60 need to worry a lot. I think that statement from my friend rings a bell with me and even though I am over 60 now, female and about 20 pounds more than I would like, I hate the idea of getting bigger. Instead I choose to do something about it. As a person who sells apparel to women, every day, the thing I see and hear most is women complaining about how much weigh and how they don’t look good. Well, folks it is time to do something about it. Having success with this program could inspire many more to try it if I can make it work.

I’ll be turning 50 in a couple of months. Despite all the diets I’ve been doing with all the exercise and weight training, i can’t seem to lose the fat I’ve put on from my six pregnancies. Hello. I have been a mother and a wife for 23 years. I went back to college four years ago and I have 1 more year left. I will become a special education teacher. I have been over weight since I had my daughter 13 years ago. I have tried every diet out there and personal trainers. It would be nice to start my new life in a healthier body.I feel this plan will help me jump start my healthier life style.

My story is an all too common one. I was in pretty good physical shape during college and for about ten years after, Joel. As I progressed from my thirties into my forties, my activity level dropped and caloric intake grew. I would occasionally try a diet and exercise, but would gain the weight back, for reasons that you clearly explain. At 58 years of age, I have finally decided to be an adult and commit to a sensible plan of nutrition and weight loss. Your plan promises no immediate miracles, but I believe in what you have to say. Most of your entrants are probably a lot younger than me, but Joel, give an old guy a chance. Let’s see if I can get in shape and develop some killer abs!

Simply put, “to improve my life.” Getting the fat off to achieve a BMI of below 25 will improve my health and resistence to illness, improve my energy level and self esteem which will facilitate favorable interactions with family, friends and business associates. All of this can only result in an improvement in my already blessed life!

Weight loss is difficult. We all need a program to follow because doing it by ourselves I’d too difficult. That’s why I’d like to try your new system. At least by you pictures it seemed to have worked well for you.

I’m 16 years old and have tried everything on the market. About 6 months ago, I decided to make the change and lose all the weight. I don’t think I did it for other people, but I did it for myself to achieve the life that I wanted. In the past 6 months, I went from 160 to 134 lbs. I feel like I’m soooo close to getting that 6 pack, but I feel like I just can’t lose those last few pounds of fat to reach my goals. Lately, I’ve read the 5 tips for fat loss and I must say, although it might be unorthodox, it does work so far for me. For my birthday a few days ago, I had a cupcake. This is big for me since I never eat dessert and about 97% is diet and about 3% is cheat. The day after, I tried the caloric deficit plan and it kinda helped. I feel like I would be the best candidate to receive a free copy because I am determined, focused, and extremely motivated to get that body. I hope you can help me! You are an inspiration!

I’m 59 years old and 210 lbs. My family has a history of cancer, high blood pressure and diabetes. So far I’ve been spared but I know it looms in my future. I’ve been dieting my entire life with little or no results. I’ve used so many ‘fad’ diets that I now realize I don’t know the proper way to lose weight due to the misinformation I’ve aquired. I’m hoping your program and expertise will correct a lifetime of ignorance and failure. Thank you for trying to help others with this offer. Caring about our fellow man isn’t very common today.

I have tried so many diet programs it my many years and i’d lose 10 or 15 pounds then to put it back on and more. I have even went so far as to pay for LA weight loss program lost 35 pds and two years later put most of the weight back on. I am very close to my 50yrs old and so want to find a program or a personal training that I can follow to help me lose the weight and keep it off.
I am not sure if your program is the one but it is worth the try. I work out a minimum of 3 days of week and if i had more time and energy I could do more.
