I’ve enjoyed your style of writing and information in the xtreme fat loss document and looked forward to your updates.

I’ve always been interested in health/fitness and diets and found out some information but never quite enough…You’ve discussed that information, thrown more details into the mix, together with supporting details, and made it into a whole that makes total sense.

I’m approaching 45 this year and worried I’m not as fit and healthy as I should be, and to be honest I never have been.

Although I’ve researched ways to lose weight, it’s always been difficult to start a diet or maintain it for long. Having implemented your 5 fat loss tricks, I’ve started noticing results. A ‘cheat’ day when I need it most after a long week working, has helped me physically (with weight loss) but also mentally, as dieting is not a chore any longer but fun. I’m more motivated to do exercise when I’m know I’m burning more fat fuelled up and metabolic rate is high after my cheat day.

Little by little I’m adopting a more positive outlook on life and enjoying the benefits of losing weight, feeling healthier/fitter and especially happier.

There’s still more to learn but am keen and willing. Having your book, will ‘complete the picture’ for me, allowing me to achieve those goals I so want and need.

I can’t say enough but your book will be going to a good home and will be much appreciated.

Before I had my daughter I was active and fit, but most of all I liked myself and my body. Now, three years later, I still haven’t gotten ME back… I’ve tried different diets, but nothing seems to stick. I have found hope again from these e-mails. ive tried alot of weight loss plans but none of them worked because there is no explanation as to why we shouldn’t eat this and the programs just tell you that you cant. Im tired of losing water weight or lean muscle due to dieting.

I have tried evreything and nothing is working. At this point Im thinking that I should make peace with the fat and flab that is my body, it doesnt make me happy but what else is there. I am a 41 year old woman and I hate to say it but I weigh 210 pounds. I have a chronic pain condition and have been in pain for more than 10 years. My kids have grown up with a mum constantly in pain. Apparently the pain meds contribute to weight gain as does the fact that until now I have been unable to exercise. Two weeks ago I had a spinal cord nerve stimulator implanted. This now gives me pain relief (a bit like a TENS machine) without the drugs. Over the next few months the doctors will gradually reduce my pain meds but I will still be left with this weight! I am 5’3” so my weight should be around 150 pounds. I really want to lose the weight and do it right. My body feels like that of a woman twice my age and I want to heal my body so that I feel the best I possibly can. I want to help my body work for me rather than against me and to show my kids that you must never give up. So I need to lose this weight and I really really need your help to do that. Please.

In February 2012 I finished off a period of about 19 month during which time I lost about 170 lbs (I started at 370 lbs and reduced to 197 lbs). I used the hCG diet but am looking for an efficient and systematic way to keep the weight off and lose an additional 20 lbs not using the hCG protocol. Apart from wanting to wear a bikini for the 1st time in my life I want to feel like I have accomplished this ongoing goal that seems to never be completed. I would love to receive this information and 24 May is tooooooooo far to wait – you see, I have been doing a lot of searching and the stuff you speak of is exactly at the right time and I am exactly at the right place to start straight away. I am excited about managing the leptin levels, excited about the cheat day and ALSO the depletion day before – it all makes sense. Wow. I have been on a diet for 8 weeks now. I have lost 37 lbs.(Atkins). The diet I’m on is’nt good I know. I’m sick of it. However, I’m so heavy and out of shape I was afraid to work out until I lost some weight. I am truly motivated. I’m now at 260 lbs. I feel much better but I feel I need to lose another 10 to 20 lbs before I start any hard core Training plan. I know proper nutrition and exercise is the lifestyle choice I have to make. I’m on my way but in serious need of help. Sure could use a mentor. In return, you gain a new poster child. Possibly 3, my wife and daughter are also motivated with my results and determination. Thx

I play football so need to keep gaining strength but am also trying to start a career as a fitness model, I’ve not seen any other programme that would allow me to keep all my muscle mass while getting shredded at the same time.

I’m turning 37 years old on Monday and I try to balance work,family and my health and weight and unfortunately the 1st 2 take over most of my time and theres limited space and time for me as a mother, to look after my needs.

I’ve tried so many different programs and I don’t know what’s right to follow I’ve lost weight before but put it back on with disappointment, now I’m heavier than ever with muscle under fat because I go to the gym everyday with a busy study life and I just wanna be fit and the same size as the other girls in my year and feel beautiful and my ball. Hi Joel. I am 45 years old and have been an active sports person for as long as I can remember and have never struggled to keep myself trim. We went camping 2 years ago and most of my time was spent sitting in rock pools in the river in a bikini. I was shocked when I saw the pics. I had a belly!! Not huge, but definitely there. I’ve been trying to get rid of that little belly, but I’m embarrassed to say that it’s actually got worse. Its been so frustrating because I really thought that Id be able to get rid of that little pouch fast, but its just become more and more frustrating. I’ve read some of your “sneak pre-view info and know my whole routine needs a lot of tweaking. I wish I’d known about the cheat day and how it actually helps in fat loss.
