I’m a high school teacher from South-Africa.I started lifting weights 6 years ago.Last year I began dieting and lost 25kg.I’m struggling with stubborn belly fat.i tried all kinds of dieting and workout methods but nothing seems to work.

Well you can eat pizza to start off and still look great, the news was music to my ears! When I turned 21 it seems that my waist was just triggered to produce fat and is now kind of a problem. Hey Joel, I really need your system. Though I’ve been working out regularly and trying to eat healthy for a number of years now, I have not seen any real progress in a very long time. This has been extremely frustrating, and even discouraging to the point that I feel like I don’t even want to exercise any more, because I’m not seeing any results. This has also taken a great toll on me mentally. Not only has this made me feel insecure, and effected my self esteem, it has held me back from pursuing many things in my life. I desperately want to be in better shape, not just to look better, but to feel better as well. I really need a system that will get me results, and restore my passion for life. Please help.
The reson I need this program is simple. My wife and I are expecting our first child in July and I need to be as healthy as possible for her and our child. My family all suffers from obesity. My dad has gotten diabetes from his obesity and I can’t follow down that path. When I graduated high school I was a very athletic slim guy, but as the years passed the pounds accumulated, and with my own family about to begin I need to be here for them for a long time to come.

I have never been fit nor have I ever experience a great body for the past 26 years of my life. I envy those fit military personnels completing confidence course (airborne, diver,ranger, etc.) trainings which are physically demanding). I am not hoping for a miracle – if they do exist, but I just need something, some plan that would help me achieve fitness and form.
There are too many diets and exercise programs available. Like many, i had tried countless methods but results were either slow or not long-lasting.
Adverts on all kinds of diets, pills, exercises and even machine treatments are so convincing. My slimming desires have moved through many hopeful to hopeless encounters. It’s so frustrating!
To lose weight, then look tired and listless. And worst, when the weight and inches returned (much more) after feasting out, going back on a yoyo diet, or stopping to exercise.

Hi Joel, I need this program because I am in a rut. I’m diabetic, so getting healthy is critical. I need help getting on the right track – the right way. I’ve tried exercising, but evidently I am not doing very well with it. The weight is not budging. My body is also not responding to any of the supplements that I have been using. I have been incorporating more fruits and vegetables, but it would be great to see some results. Please help me learn what I can do to live a healthy life.

I’ve been trying since the beginning of the year to get lean and the progress was really really slow. Since I’ve took your cheat day strategy after a week of dieting and by also adding some wind sprints by Mike Geary, right after the cheat day, not only did I feel full for most of the next day, energised and healthy, I really felt I was making progress. Over the week-end I met one of my female friends. She is very detail oriented and immediately noticed and was amazed. She actually asked me how did I loose 5 kg in one week-end. Then she checked me out and said again: yes, I estimate around 5 kg. And that evenly throughout your body. Now I now I haven’t lost 5 kg, but if the visual effect is 5kg, it sure is amazing. I can’t wait to see what else is in that book, if this was just a teaser and it worked that well.
Im at a point where everything else is confusing. I have read every theories about weight loss, i try it it would work at first then after some im back to where I was. Maybe its genetics? Plus I have a family history of heart disease and cancer. But I cannot let that beat me. I am not without exercise coz I walk everyday as a part of my routine goin to work so it must be the eating, or maybe not enuf exercise? But what is enuf? I need to access this information coz I need to believe that there is a weight loss program that would fit for me and my lifestyle.

I’ve been a fitness instructor for over 20 years. I just turned 50 a few weeks ago and I’ve struggled with my weight all my life despite teaching 5-10 classes weekly. I’m very strong but I have lots of body fat. I have now gained back the 30 lbs that I lost two years ago. I tried everything -weight watchers, quick weight loss, and even hcg losing weight only to gain it back. I know firsthand the loathing women feel about themselves when they don’t look or feel good. I can see it in their eyes and the way they look at themselves in the mirror during class. I’ve been reading each email and I really believe this is the answer. I’ve got to remain strong and healthy to teach my classes as I lose body fat. As my body changes with your program I will be able to be an example and encouragement to these women in my classes who struggle as well. I do believe the key is a combination of what you eat, when, and doing the right exercise at the right time to work with your body…. I just dont know the details. Please help me and I will be able to encourage these women and possibly give them back their lives. Bless me so I can bless others. :)

I am a 50-year old guy who has been training since I was 20. I am in pretty good shape but I´ve never been able to get rid of my belly fat, no matter what I do. I would need to try a program like this to see if I can finally get a flat mid section.

Hi Joel, I am currently following Funk’s Spartacus workouts and have lost over 30lb in 16 weeks. I am training again after 3 years off due to serious illness. In this time I really piled on the pounds. I am entering this as I have reached a plateau and need to shift the last stubborn 10-14 lbs to reach my ideal weight. I’m 57 and feel like this may be my last chance at getting back the kind of body I know I can have, even at this age. When I read through the info, it just clicked for me. I’m 48 and all through my life i have had a tendency to put on weight .If I eat even one gram of Fat it goes right to my Gut. As I have grown older I find it even more difficult to get weight off and keep it off, Have tried a lot of Diets, Hitting the Gym but could only manage at best a temporary “Effect” and then I’m back to square 1!!.
