I have always exercised, and taught Physical Education and Health for 29 years. I am now an ACE certified personal trainer. You would think I’d have it all figured out by now, right? Wrong! Honestly I’m skeptical of your program. I’d like to try it because it makes sense and it sounds great but so many programs seemed like they’d be the right one. I’ve got a history of over weight family members and “bad genetics”. Some how I’ve managed to become educated and healthy but not where I know I can be. I want to learn in order to help teach others in my family the way to get healthy. The right way to lose unwanted fat so that they can feel better and live longer and so that i can be the stronger person I’m sure I can be.

I would like a copy so I can proof read it for you. Whoever is currently doing this let the word “supplemenation” to get through unchecked.

I am a Marine Wife and stay at home mom of 3. My youngest is 18 months and I have been working incredibly hard to get the last 20-25 lbs off! I have that typical mommy belly and I feel like it is almost impossible to get rid of. I NEED this to finally get ME back. Six years ago I lost 60 lbs after my first (without losing it all) I had two more back to back and have lost about a little, but it has taken me what seems like forever!! I feel like I will feel this way forever.
My husband has a weight standard to attain being a Marine and I want to be/look as fit as he does. I feel we eat pretty good, it just doesn’t seem to work like I want it to. Help!!

This maybe a repeat as I’m not sure if it submitted or not. I just turned 47. I gave been carrying an extra 80-90# around since the birth of our son 22 years ago. Recently diagnosed with both High Blood Pressure* and Type II diabetes* I think your system would be the ‘life-saver’ I’m looking for. I’ve tried other plans but to be honest I’ve got the breaking strain of a chocolate biscuit when it comes to will power. The plans easy to follow strategies plus the ‘no pressure’ philosophy makes it ideal for me. I’ve gotta start counting those carbs and look at low GI foodstuffs – again this plan will assist in every aspect.

I am overweight and as I am not getting any younger, I need to do something to reduce my weight. I’m also diabetic which isn’t really being controlled by drugs and this means I need to take control as this can only get worse. I have tried to change my eating habits and have been to a gym 5 times a week but this hasn’t really worked mainly because I don’t have the knowledge required to get the best results efficiently. With this plan I’m certain I’ll improve my weight and my overall health.

An ex athlete/gym rat and I have been carrying 60 lbs of unwanted fat for years now. I had back surgery and seems like instead of replacing my disc they gave me a bunch of FA. I’ve had a brain anurisym(sic) burst in my head, then I’ve had 3 brain surgeries and 6 strokes as well as 1 heart attack and I’ve gained 60 pounds that I just can’t seem to rid myself of. I know the weight is spread all over my body but it is mostly deposited in my mid-section. I truly want to get back to my weight before all this ~joy~ happened to me. Sounds like an exciting and revolutionary way of losing bodyfat and maintaining muscle mass this is exactly what i am trying to do at the moment. This program is definatly for me.

This program is perfect for me at this time in my life because as I write this comment, I am now on my fourth month of recuperation from a central herniation in my lower back. I am still in the acute stage since I am still taking a lot of pain medication and have only recently started light strength training for physical therapy. From the beginning of this incident, I weighed about 210 lbs. and have now come down to 193 lbs. I truly believe that my weight loss has helped in my recuperation but I still have a way to go with my recovery. I am praying that I will not need surgery although that option has not been totally taken off the table due to some recent numbness developing on my left toe. I am determined to do whatever I can to try to avoid the surgery. I am also in the mindset that if I still needed the surgery, I am determined to have it being in the optimal shape that I can be. This program would truly be beneficial for me since it would help me accomplish my goals no matter which track may lay before me.
