I need to improve my health. First for me but also for the 8 other people in my life that depend upon me for care. I am a mother of 5 young children between the ages of 14 and 18 months, a wife to a wonderful man that has his own health issues and I also am a care giver to two elderly relatives. I joined the local YMCA, but have found that utilizing the gym isn’t enough and the changes I’ve made to my eating habits aren’t enough either. I want to be as healthy and fit as possible and your program looks like it will work for me where nothing else has.

I would really like to win this because I’m so sick and tired of feeling like s**t all the time. It would be really nice not to ache all over because of all the weight. Waking up without the ankle, knee, hip, and back pain would be the greatest thing in the world!!!

At this time in my life I know that I am ready to lose the weight I have been wanting to. I have looked at many different weight loss programs that are out there on the market and most of them just did not seem to make sense.

Joel, my journey started 6 years ago when I looked in the mirror and after my doctor told me I was on a bad track. At 5’8″ i weighed 250 pounds and had a 42 inch waist. I looked at my son and said I need to be here for him. 4.5 years later I stepped on stage for my first body building show. I came in last but it doesn’t matter. I know everyone has set backs but I don’t not accept failure. I have yet to obtain that chiseled look and have tried about everything. I have been close but can’t seem to get that thin without dropping a lot of muscle. I will not give up and will reach that goal. By the way, i turn 45 next week and am in the best shape in my life. I would like the opportunity to show you what I can do and prove to myself that I can do this. God knows I have tried a lot already. Anyway, I enjoy your articles and emails. I have made health & nutrition research a priority throughout my 25 years of caring for chronically ill children, but I realized that I had been unable to make time to exercise since I was a kid myself! Help, Joel… I’m in a rut!
I bet your weight loss program is just what my body craves. I was a totally skinny kid (in fact, I asked the doctor if I could have pills to help me GAIN weight!) However, after 40, I put on these extra 30 lbs. that I can’t shake with a disciplined diet and exercise. I need to “spark muscle growth” and use the STRATEGIC training and diet that are a part of the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet. I understand that keeping leptin levels high will = maintaining my metabolism will = burning fat, not muscle. But I don’t know HOW to do it! I am ready to learn and work for Success!!

Last year I decided to lose some weight and knocked off about 25 lbs. Looked better, felt better, wanted to lose about 10 more. Then came the holidays and I drifted up about 5 lbs. Now I’m stuck at 182 and it just won’t come down any more. I simply refuse to believe at 55 years old this is as good as it gets. I believe this program will help me get to where I want to be. I like the science of it, and the way the diet and workout goes together. I want to lose 15 more lbs and this is the way for me.

I have worked all my life, since 11 years old, to be “close” to my ideal weight. I’ve dieted and exercised and done so with conviction, only to gain the weight back and add more. This year, at age 57, I found myself 30 lbs over a “good weight”. I don’t even know if it is an ideal weight, but it is a weight that I am happy to be at because I’ve only weighed less for very short periods of my adult life. I now find that even extreme cleanses and plans, with exercise, seem to stall after loosing about 10-15 lbs. This is discouraging and frustrating. I want to eat well because I care as much about my health as my weight. I love eating raw vegetables and clean foods, but even eating this way leaves me with weight hanging on. I would be thrilled to find a way to get rid of the stores and then stay committed to my healthy life-style!

Hi Joel, Just want to put my 2 cents in and Hope to get to use this system.
I’m a 180kg (396lb) bloke who used to be 204kg (448lb) and am doing it on my own except with the suport of my lovely wife…we have limited finances and access to professionals… unfortunately i have plateaued and seem to be bouncing around this 180kg mark.
I have enjoyed your 5 sneaky fat loss tips and think the complete system would benefit me greatly as it would do most serious people and have noticed that it seems to gel with what some others have said which is backed up by some good studies.

Despite all the information available to me, I have neither succeeded in reducing my fat percentage nor added any muscles, even after seriously working in the gym for close to one and half hours six days in a week, and following a very careful diet regime.

Thank you for offering such a fantastic opportunity, first off. I’d love to receive this program because, more than anything, I want to lead a healthier lifestyle and be more comfortable with myself. I’ll admit that I want to lose weight, like several others subscribed to you. With society’s unrealistic vision of beauty, everyone wants to alter their appearance in some way to fit the mold. Being a teenager, I’m no exception to this. I’ve attempted to lose weight through strange diet crazes and by exercising until I pass out from exhaustion. I’m constantly tempted to buy into the “magical” pills and “extraordinary” gadgets that are heavily advertised for weight loss. I once had a friend who pressured me into abandoning food altogether – but I know better now. I’m convinced if I learn to eat right and do the right exercises regularly, my body will feel better and I will feel better about my healthy habits. Since I’m new to the healthy lifestyle, I honestly have no idea what I’m doing, but I trust that your program will help me with that. i’m applying for my dad.
whilst serving in the army he gained viruses and broke his neck twice.
he also suffers from fibromyalgia and arthritis.
as a result of his injuries his weight has become a real issue.
having to carry around that extra weight adds to his problems and brings down his self esteem.
he has tried so many things to get it under control but nothing has seemed to work so far, i’m hoping this might.
i’d just love for my dad to have a bit more mobility and feel a bit better about himself and his situations.

From my heavy of 215 I have been able to get down to 185 through good diet and exercise. I still need to re-arrange my body, move fat off and more muscle on. My 20th anniversary is coming up and I really want to make my wife she is still glad she married me. hey im pretty young but i have always had a weight problem and well ive tried just about everything. ive tried p90x, insanity, slow carb diets, negative calorie diets, balanced dieting , etc. im just about ready to quit because nothing works but if i can get this package (and i know it will work) i would try this and finally be able to get rid of my weight problem, start looking good, and finally be able to impresa my girlfriend of 2 years :) ( who deseves more than just me flabby me)
