I gained almost 100 pounds in my 10 years of college while working 2 jobs to help pay my way. The summer between my first and second year at vet school I gained 30 pounds of it while taking care of my father and trying to get him to eat while he was suffering from relapse of his brain cancer. My brother and I were with him at home when he passed. It was difficult to go back to school, but I knew it was what he would want. I use food to deal with stresses in life. I always thought I would be able to loose the weight with dieting (none have ever lasted) and once in less stressful time–has never come. I was having some success last year going to the gym and eating healthier, but got laid off and could not continue membership. I was doing other activities that was keeping off what I had lost, but hit a plateau. Then in Feb. had sudden pain in my right foot and could not walk. After many doctors visits, x-rays, 2 MRIs, specialists, boot, 3 casts, etc. waiting to find out next month if I will still need surgery or not for the thinned and split tendon of the peroneus longus muscle. Told that this commonly occurs in white women over 40, over weight, and with no injury. News to me. When asked about whether exercise may have been part of problem and chances that it can occur in my left foot–told no way to determine. Asked what I can do to continue to work on weight issue? Told good luck and will power. I have never been very good at that and even hard when you have nothing else to do but sit around and eat. I think this could be the answers to my prayers. I am a 28 year old mother of one, and my entire life I have been obese. last year exactly the 9th May 2011, i joined a weightloss group and dropped 21.6kg to date and for two months now i havent lost an inch or a kg, in fact if i do i just gain it back the next week. i am so scared to gain weight again its a frightful thought and i am fighting it so even if i just maintain this weight its fine for now. i need to lose about 25 pounds more to get to goal weight but my body is fighting me tooth and nail. i exercise 4 times a week, walk 3km twice a week, eat a lot of veggies, low carb, drink more than 2l water a day, dont drink, dont smoke, dont drink soda, dont like junk food which tastes like plastic to me, love my pizza havent had any in months. i just turned 50, look like 40 and would like to match the body to the face. please teach me how to drop 25 pounds in 25 days, i would really like to be your guinea pig lol. i think i just lose water weight each time i lose weight and gain it back the next week. i have tried low carb, no carb, nd havent felt a full pound of pure fat disappear, i know what my body feels like when i lose weight and havent felt that since 23 March 2012. i need to be taught the things that are limiting me from losing weight, so that i can triple my fat loss overnight. Well, my response is pretty simple, really. I’m a 49 old male, and I’ve been on medical disability for about 4 years now. My illness is an undiagnosed gastro-intestinal problem where I am in near constant pain and have been proscibed high levels of morphine to control my pain. The reason for my pain has never been found, and the doctors are stumped as to why my intestinal tract is causing me so much pain. I’ve gained 50 lbs., from a slim 175 to a fat gut 225. All of my weight gain has been in my stomach. I think that the food that I eat is out of whack with my digestive system. I don’t eat junk food, 99% of my meals are home cooked, low fat, meat veggies and starch (potatoes, rice, pasta). Your system offers me a way to lose the excess weight and get off the medication! I can see myself being healthy again for my wife and 4 kids. I can be active again, living life instead of watching it go by. Thanks for listening.

I’m a student from switzerland which means I can’t afford most of the recommended fitness stuff. In order to this I’m looking constantly for effective and payable tipps to get my fat lost The second problem is that in Switzerland we do not have such a range of information like in other countrys. This leads to a must of buying expensive Stuff or information which I can’t afford.
Therefore I’m trying to do my best for losing fat, but I’m not successfull. People always tell me you need to eat less and with less they mean almost nothing to get a dream body. But because I’m a student, I need my energy to get over my 46 hour week of studying at the university! And even then I still need energy to learn all this stuff for my exams… Due to this, I can’t just skip my meals otherwise I fall asleep during the lessons and everything gets worse.

I was notified of this program through my Six Pack Shortcuts mentor, Mike Chang. I have been working on getting lean ever since I decided to lose weight early 2011. So far I have lost 24kgs (53 lbs) and have put on a lot of muscle, but still my body fat scales say that I am at 20% body fat. I have tried numerous diets and excercises to lose the excessive weigh I have gain over the past 10 years with no success. Reading books for weigh loss, detoxing with lemon cleanser, and yes, ready to eat portioned meal, all to no avail.
