About 5 years ago, my health took a nose dive. I found out I was a type 1 diabetic among other things. One of the medications that I was given at the time, caused me to gain 80 pounds in 6 months. I’m no longer on that medication but I’ve only been able to take off 20 of those pounds. I started studying martial arts and that has helped me regain some of my physical fitness but I still have a long way to go. I’m hoping that your program will help me to find my former self again and maybe improve on that.

Hi Joel:

I’m 37 years old , and I have been suffering from Hypothyroid gland function, which started causing me loss of control over my weight, although I try to follow a decent diet, and a moderate exercise, but I wasn’t that successful. I have a very slow metabolism, and no matter how hard I work out I just trim and tone but not much, I’m too tired to play with my four boys and look after their needs properly. I feel I’m still too young to have these feelings of helplessness and sluggishness, and I really need a professional help that I can’t have access to where I live.
I liked the tips you have been sending and I enjoy how true your theories about the body’s adaptations to one’s efforts, and I’m so anxious to know how to overcome this problem from a know it expert like yourself.
Even in case I didn’t win the free copy, I’d like to thank you in advance for all the efforts you’ve put in this awesome research and work.

Joel, let me tell you that I’d like be a “lucky one” about your fat loss sistem just because I’m sure you are a confident guy so I trust on you when you say that your sistem is really effective. I’m 50 years old and ofcourse, I’ve tried so many differents ways to lose all these extra lbs I’m carring on, without results. Your Sistem sounds special, I’d like to be part of your successfully stories posted on your website, and show all people that you just was right!!! without doubt

I am looking toward shedding these last 15 annoying pounds that will not go away. It seems that this program may be just what I need. The science behind the calorie restriction days and calorie loading days is sound and I am looking forward to trying this!

hi
my name is su. i am 29yr old from NY. all my life i have been chubby. kids in my school used to make fun of me. i lost confident in my self. in 2006 i decided i want to get myself back up again. i started tracks every single day and dieted for about 6 months straight, lost only up to 20 pounds. i dont know why after all those hard work i can only lose up to very little. still i looked better than what i was before i got my self confidence back. but i still dont understand why i cant lost my weight. i got married in 2006 got pregnant in 2008 i gained everything back plus 30lbs more. and i lost my baby :( i am still trying so hard to go back to my old weight i have tried few programs nothing really worked for me. last month i visited my primary doctor and other specialist for check up and my cholesterol level is high and she asked me to lose weight. and me and my husband is trying to have a baby and doctors told me that my weight is a factor that conception is taking longer due to irregular period and things..i am hoping this program (xtream fat loss) will help me get my self confidence and my physical health back again.

After having 4 children in less than 7 years and moving into my 40’s………need I say more? ;0)

HI Joel,
Right now, we’re in the middle of a lost weight loss contest at work. I’ve lost 11lbs already but I been visiting both yours and Roman’s website and learn a few tips. My motivation needs a swift kick and I believe with your program I can lose even more. I may not win the contest but I know with your help I can reach my goal (or at least learn to eat healthier). Thanks.

I am 64 years old, and I am a part time personal trainer. I believe I am in excellent shape for any age, except for degenerative arthritis in both shoulders. I don’t have a lot of weight to lose, but with age, weight around the love handle area is harder to get rid of. I know how to diet for a bodybuilding contest, but I don’t want to do that because I tend to lose too much muscle. The other and main reason I would like to have this program is to help my clients with their weight loss issues in a safe permanent way and I believe that your program would help me do that.

When I was in college, I took a weight class with all kinds of hope. But the coach just took attendance, and walked off to work out with his friends. I’ve struggled all my life to keep weight even, with highs in the bad times and lows in the good times. (230-180lbs.) I started doing triathlons at 50 because I was worried about my health, and have since done 5 Ironman lengths. Why XFLD now–because next year I’ll be 60. With four children, and five grandchildren, I want my family to have better control of their lives. When I see what you have done with the knowledge you gained, it is better than what I have done in 40 years. It’s about time I get it right. I want to drop 65 pounds, and improve my tri times by 4 hours–not just slog through at 15 hours. I’d also like my co-workers to see how this can be done (in a recent program, 80 of them weighed in at an average of 230 pounds!) The best way to not give up is to start. The periodization would work wonderfully with my tri program, and when my wife sees it working for me, she will join in! Your program excites me!

Joel,
I am 43 years old and have been battling the “spare tire’ around my mid section for a number of years. Nothing I do seems to make any difference. I eat pretty well and exercise regularly but nothing helps. I believe that this program would make a great impact in my life by helping me get rid of the excess weight I am carrying around. I would love to do this and would follow it to a “T”. I could not see myself as someone who would get this opportunity and not take full advantage of it. I am so ready to be back in shape. At least something better than pear shape.

Winning the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet would be the ultimate decision maker for me!!! You might ask what is she talking about? Simply I have come to the conclusion that I will never be able to lose the extra fat that I am carrying around on my lower back and abdomen. I am not fat but you could say I am a skinny fat.
In my adolescent years, I was always heavy weighing 180 pounds up until the age of 25. I am now 46 and weigh 127 at 5’6. (Not complaining) but I have spent so much money buying programs from body builders promising to whip me into shape and developing the toned lean muscluar body I am looking for . Although I followed and exercised as prescribed I still have the muffin top!! I eat clean and stay away from preservatives you can say I eat like the hunter/gathers back in prehistoric time. Your program would be my last resort before I throw in the towel!!!

Hi Joel: After many years of watching my weight and dieting, I just don’t know what or who to believe anymore. Recently I went on a very strict meal replacement diet. After the initial starvation, I felt pretty good. However, I couldn’t keep up with the cost or continue the deprivation. I gained back every one of the 27 pounds I had lost!!!! I am so discouraged, and I’m ALWAYS hungry! Please help me to be the person I know I could be. I think it would be a wonderful wedding gift for my fiance’ if I could look the way I should instead of 70 pounds overweight! I am so tired of clothes not fitting and hating the way I look. I would really appreciate this opportunity!
Thank you for your consideration.

Hello joel thanks for the opportunity to get system for free. Awesome oppertinity thanks.

To start, I’m probably not the most deserving recipient of a free fat-burning system. I’m pretty healthy and have been gaining some muscle thru resistance training and interval cardio. I eat a high protein, lower carb organic diet and am well informed about what should be going into my body and how to eat it, when, etc. I guess what I’m saying is that I’m not “fat.” However, when I quit smoking in 2007 and decided to get my act (and body) together, I packed on about 15-20 lbs of flab on my abdomen even though I took up running and weight lifting at the same time. I am 38 years old now , still moke-free, and I am STILL unable to crack the code that will burn this fat off my torso that hangs on for dear life. I’m very busy as I’m sure we all are, but I’m ready to put in the effort. I just need the tools and the know-how. I’ve never failed myself before, and I feel with the right program, I can keep that score at zero.

Well in two months I will be 52 years old, I am starting a new Job, I am overweight, obese really, out of shape, getting divorced, and in poor health (I have diabetes). I have never really worked out, I have been overweight since I was 5 years old, and on top of that I am going to have to learn the “new” act of Social Interface. I have not dated or for that matter even spoken to many females for over 25 years. I am NOT suffering from an over abundance of self confidence right now but I am trying to help myself. In the last 3 months I have started walking/running, doing pushup, working on my abs, and dieting. I have had a little success in losing weight, but not nearly as much as I need, or would like. I am able to stay on the diet, but I realize it will only work until I quit the constant monitoring (read that as starving myself) and I’m actually enjoying the exercise but don’t see much visual progress and I don’t really have a clear path forward. I need a good plan forward to bring a part of my life into control so I can build toward a new whole individual. The Xtreme Fat Loss 2.0 System defines what I need to anchor me into that new whole person I need and desire to become. I want to be able to say “Joel Marion put me on the path”.

The above is exactly 250 words, no less, no more.

I need a program that is really going to work for me. I am fairly active and have no health issues. I go to the gym 3-5 times a week, play tennis and cycle on the weekends so I’m not opposed to working out. And yet, I don’t see the results I want and I’m heavier than ever. I’ve re-evaluated and looked at numerous other exercise/diet plans but the vast information was conflicting and honestly sounded to good to be true. Your updates were comprehensive and appealed to my science side. I turn 50 at the end of the year and I would like to celebrate a successful transformation.

Hello Joel,

It’s high time – I’ve lost control… I am turning 52 soon, work at the computer most of the day, and despite exercising and trying to eat healthily have been putting on the pounds for the last couple of years to the point that my doctor is suggesting serious action… A story many can relate to…

For this reason, I have been looking around for a solution to regain control! I have been trying out various things, but alas no real breakthrough yet. I have managed so far to stop the weight gain and am getting stronger and more fit, but the extra weight I have put on in the last few years is pretty stubborn.

Your program sounds extremely promising – especially because it combines a serious diet/fasting combination with an exercise program. I have also been following the blog and hearing how well your program works and how much fun it is to follow. My only concern here is whether I am fit enough yet to follow the exercise part well enough, but would be extremely motivated to try (should this not be realistic, I would appreciate your letting me know). It also seems that the program will fit around a busy work schedule.

My conclusion: Your program sounds like a realistic opportunity – even for older people who are no longer extra-fit – to get back to a decent weight baseline in a structured way (it is great to be told what to do for a change1). For me, loosing that stubborn extra way is gong to be the only realistic way to get really fit again and maintain a healthy body long-term. It will also make exercising regularly way easier because there will be less weight to deal with…

Thanks for the opportunity! It is definitely worth a try!

Greetings,

Karli

Hi Joel,
I’m turning 60 something soon and still have a very stubborn 20 lbs. to get rid of.
I’m hoping to win a copy of your xtreme fatloss system not only for myself but for my husband. He is an elementary P.E. teacher and has used your exercise approach to fitness (scaled down of course for the itty-bitties) in his classroom.
Lately he has expanded into a dvd that the classroom teachers can use to enhance the learning abilities during the day. Someone has to step up with the fight against juvenile obesity. Your program would do DOUBLE duty in our household if I should be so lucky to win a copy. Thanks

Hi Joel

The reason that this would be perfect for me is that I can’t seem to shift the extra weight I put on since having my daughter 10 years ago and more weight acquired since having a full appendix operation 2 years ago. I am about 40 kg overweight and would love to shift this before I turn 50 in 2 years time. I live in the country so to travel to town for gym etc is to expensive for me to contemplate and I would love to be more active for my daughter and have more self esteem.

Hi Joel,

The reason I would like a copy of this program is because I want to change my family tree. My family has all kinds of health issues: mainly from being over weight. I too struggle with my weight. I have decided that I am not going to follow in their foot steps. I am going to face my challenges head on and live my life from the posiiton of power and victory. I have heard every excuse possible from my family on we are fat and why we have poor health. Yes there are some things that are genetic, but for the most part my family has made poor choices. I have made the decision to win at life. I feel like I have an opportuity to help my self and my family. When I lose the weight and change my life I will become a real life role model for my family. I will show them that genetics is only part of the equation. I will show them that we do not have to be victums. We can win at life if we choose to win. I want to inspire my family and help change our present and future.

I am one of those people that has struggled all my life to gain weight. I started lifting weights when I was in middle school, which was about 13 years ago. And for the first 12 of those years you would have never known that I lifted because I was so skinny. It was so discouraging to not see any results year after year. The one thing I had going for me was that I had very little body fat (6’-1” at 165 lbs).

A little over one year ago I came across Vince DelMonte’s and Lee Hayward’s muscle and weight gaining plans. Their plans set me straight on what and when to eat, and when and how to work out for gaining weight. After about one year I’m at 190 lbs. and you can actually tell that I lift weights! It is finally so rewarding to be able to look in the mirror and notice some muscle after all those years of frustration. But when I look in the mirror I also notice that I’ve gained some body fat around my midsection.

For the past couple months I have been trying to shed about 5-10 lbs of body fat to get back to the same body fat percentage that I had been at all my life, but I haven’t had any luck. I’m scared to cut my calories too much because I don’t want to lose any of the muscle I’ve finally been able to put on in the past year. I’m not sure what to do, and this is why I need your Fat Loss Diet. Your Fat Loss Diet sounds perfect for me! It appears to be exactly what I’m looking for; a fat loss plan that will enable me to maintain (even possibly gain) muscle, while shedding the fat around my midsection! Please hook me up with a copy of your plan and I will put it to the test.

My husband and I are both overweight. He has back problems that is also causing problems with his ankles. I am having knee problems and am tired of the belly fat.
We are both ready to loose weight but need a program that we can work on together.
He recently lost his job and has been trying to find another without success. I know that if he was able to drop some pounds his self esteem would rise and he would have more confidence when job hunting. He would also like to increase his stamina so he could do yard work without it totally wearing him out.
I know we can encourage and motivate and challenge each other if we do this together. We just need a program to do it with. Thanks

Hi Joel. I’m 48 and have always struggled with my weight and feeling unhealthy even though I was active playing sports. I lost my husband in January to a rare autoimmune disease and now more than ever I feel the urgency to lose weight and get healthy so I will be there for my 3 children, ages 19, 14, and 10 plus I want to set a good example for them. My 14-year-old daughter is besieged daily with unnatural body images and I want to help her love her body. When I read about your program, it just made sense to me. My job is in research and I am familiar with reading and studying articles to understand a disease or assay and I connected with the science in the program. It’s not a pill or weird fad or an unacceptable way to live the rest of my life; it’s a common sense way to get back-to-basics. The strategic workouts and eating normal food are the main draws for me but I have to admit, a cheat day has piqued my interest. I’d love to see my abs again and this program would be an awesome jumpstart to getting my healthy life on track. Thanks for the opportunity!

Hi,

I am 50 years old and grand-mother of 2 and one on the way. I want to loose the weight to be able to enjoy life with my grand-children. I want to be able to play with them, be active with them and most of all I want to be an example to them that if you really want something in life and your take the right steps you can achieve it.
I have three wonderful reasons to want to lead a happy, healthy, slimmer life.
Thank you
