After having the scale bounce just under and over 300lbs for the last 10 years or so I finially decided to REALLY lose some weight. Started Sept 9 at 308 and am now at about 270 and kind of stalled– I am working out and walking, jogging a a treadmill at least 3 days a week and taking bits and pieces from different articles I have been reading to incorperate into my diet. I am a nurse ans work 3rd shift, and it just complicates eating right but, I have cut way back on carbs to about 100 a day and increased my protien to at least 250 grams a day. Not easy, but my wife supports me all the way. I am making my best effort to eat clean at least 95% of the time and I am really sticking to it. I am 53 years old and no change comes easy.
It would be GREAT to have a detailed plan to follow to help me continue and even speed up this process. I am sure that I could use and follow this program especially when I can see the results on the scale!!!! From what I have been reading about the 24/7 Fat Loss System—It would be a perfect match for me and my crazy lifestyle—-goal is a realistic 220 lbs and a 36 in waist. What do you think?

Hello, I’ve tried the gym at lunch time, cardio for 20 minutes & weights for 20 minutes, and after about 6 months I did notice slight weight loss, about 8-10 lbs, and my belly was still not getting that much flatter, but being approx 215 lbs, 5’5″ tall & almost 50 years old, losing weight for a woman at my age seems nearly impossible! I eat 4-6 times a day, smaller meals later in the day, and always have breakfast, usually yogurt or rolled oats, as these things are supposed to be good for you, lots of fresh fruit & vegetables too. Now I’m still struggling to get the weight off, and sitting all day at a desk is likely not helping either! So, some reasons why I need help & guidance in proper nutrition and hopefully your training courses would enlighten me on what exactly I’m doing wrong and how to do it right! THANKS!
I have been told today at 5pm that a diagnosis of cancer I received on Sept.23rd doesn’t need further treatment.I feel so lucky!–the last few weeks have been very worrying.I have a 11wk old grandaughter & I want,so much,to be around for her & healthy & fit–so I can teach how to propel herself on the swings & round-a-bouts.All the things parents are to busy to do!I have shed 50lb over 3 years & then gained 21lb over in the last year!It is so disheartening!I am 68yrs young!I actually feel about 40!very optimistic & cheerful,but FAT.I need to sort myself out,finally & forever & would your appreciate your HELP!!!

I’m a 64 year old female who has been retired for a year now. I’m at least 40-50 lbs over weight and have back pain and pressure on my hips and knees due to the extra weight. I have tried repeatedly to loose weight and end up quitting from lack of results. It’s become very discouraging and frustrating. During my working career I was very active and could walk 2-3 miles during my lunchtime. Now I can’t do that unless I want to pay in pain. Your system would be a blessing. And it looks like there are a lot of us fat people in the same boat — and sinking fast. I am tired of being fat. Your 24/7 plan sounds really interesting. I would love to hear/read more about it to see if it really works. But it looks like there are too many people wanting the same thing from you — something free. I am curious yet suspicious of the marketing process being used to promote the 24/7 system, is it too good to be true, is it just hype to move a large volume of product?
I’m ready to be convinced however and an easily prehensible system that encouraged a balanced life style to include: regular, effective exercise and provided a working understanding of diet is a process to which I would be prepared to devote time and energy.
I have used very nearly 3 score of my allotted years and recently been quite SAD (surgery, age, divorce). I would like to find a system of diet and exercise that is simple but effective and efficient. In recent years bio-mechanical problems and a more sedentary lifestyle, combined with an appreciation for vintage wine and fine food has resulted in my body weight being 15%-plus over an ideal level. My muscle tone, strength and aerobic fitness have deteriorated. Work stresses add a challenging dimension to finding the time and energy to get out of my current comfortable rut. Not for me. but a friend who has recently embarked on a weight loss programme and succeeded in loosing over 31 kilos’. Being a 52-yr old empty-nester, much time has been devoted to family and volunteer efforts in addition to being a work-a-holic with “me” often losing in the time management war. I used to be a very fast waterpolo player few years ago. Now 15 years later and 54 more pounds in my weist, i feel very unconfortable tryng to move this overweight across the swimming pool.
