I have been using TT workouts for a long time. I have a couple programs from Joel Marion as well. I would like the opportunity to take everything up a step from where I am now. This program does that with both working out and nutrition which would be of great benefit. Thanks for considering my post.

I believe the 24/7 program is what I need at this time in my life to super charge my life. So many things I want to do and can’t, because of my weight. I am ready to do whatever it takes to make it happen and this program sounds like the ideal way to do that.

I hate the way I look, I hate my defeatist attitude, I need something that I can do, a program in my own home where the rest of the world is not looking on and judging me.

I recently was told that my heart is starting to clog up and that it is imperative I exercise and eat in a way that would stop the body fat and the fat build up in my arteries.

My heart aches for you. I’ve had 3 miscarriages and 4 children. Now on my 5th at 43. Nothing can erase that pain though I tried to ease mine that it meant something wasn’t quite right and trusted nature. There are many things that effect hormones and it isn’t all about hormones but many of these issues affect hormones. Toxicities (heavy metals, chemicals and such), mineral imbalances (Mangesium and Manganese for women reproduction issues especially). I pray you find the solutions for your needs!!!

First of all I want to thank you for the free knowledge you have so far provided to all of us through your emails.
Personally I think that you have well organized your services to offer people valuable instructions towards a lean and healthy body, and I am pointing out this because indeed we all … “do not have the tools, the knowledge, the education, and the programming to maximize the amount of time our bodies are in fat burning mode each day.”

Additionally even though we all in one or other way tried and lost some weight we quickly had it back and increased to our bodies. And that’s because :
• We’re not addressing our hormones
• We’re not performing exercise that truly boosts our metabolism
• We’re not trying enough, at least not consistently.

On the other hand you have found out this magic mixture of principles about:
• Nutrient Combining (no protein and fat mixing)
• Carb Syncing (consuming them in the morning and after intense exercise)
• Strategic Overfeeding (getting leptin back to high levels and metabolism back to work)

I have been on every yoyo diet there is and need a consistent work out to go along with a clean eating diet. I have started this week using your recommendations already in my workouts. I would love to have the program to be consistent and make this a life style change so I can be healthy and enjoy my family. THanks for all the info you have given so far.

Am almost 60 yrs old, post-menopausal and have a bad knee. Have put on some pounds that I cannot shake. Even though I eat whole foods, exercise regularly, meditate and have a good support system, since being post-menopausal I have noticed difficulty in shaking the extra pounds. Help!

Over the years, I have tried many different diets and have managed to lose weight. However, once the diet stopped – the weight simply came back. I have never been able to lose the weight and keep it off.
I am 45 and have 2 young daughter (5 and 8) and a third daughter on the way. I’d like to be able to enjoy spending time with them and be with them while they grow up.
I excercise regularly (cycling and swimming) and I watch what I eat, but can’t seem to lose any weight.
From what I have read and seen – this program looks like it will be able to help me achieve what I need to achieve – to lose 20 – 25 kgs and keep it off once and for all.

I am 57 and have been working with a personal trainer. I printed and showed the free report to her. She studied it and said it was a good approach and reinforced several areas in the report such as only eat carbs or fat with protein but not both carbs and fat.

I’ve lost 5 inches but seem to be stuck and want to lose another 15 inches. Positive things are lower blood pressure, significant better score on the A1C test.

Again, I’m stuck so I think this program can help me get unstuck and achieve better results!

I need access to the 24/7 Fat Loss program because I’m inundated with controversial information about when I should and should not eat my carbs.

Which carbs will maximize my fat burning potential all day? What fats are safe and when? When is the best time to have fruit? Is training 5 days a week good enough?

I need this info now because I want to look phenomenal by Xmas. I have some negative family members I’ll be spending time with over the holidays and I have a point to prove to them about genetics being irrelevant.

I think this would be a great program for not just me but my husband as well. i am a stay at home mom and it makes it very hard for me to get out of the house to exercise. It would also help me to eat right AND teach my children to eat right. On top of it all diabetes run heavy in my family and i would love to prevent the onset of type 2 diabetes for myself and my children.

I’m at 42 year old mom that’s had a weight problem off and on my whole life. I have been exercising regularly for about a year and a half, but have only lost about 15 pounds. Put simply, I don’t eat correctly. I seem to need to eat perfectly 100% of the time to lose. I’ve tried many things, and have had some success, but I just need the missing piece of the puzzle for me. The way you’ve described this program, I think I could actually be successful and make sure I’m around for my kids for a long time, and make them and my husband proud of me. I joined a gym 5wks ago, I’ve been alternating doing weights
& using the treadmill or bike. I have lost 10lbs so far & the
tapemeasure shows inches lost, my clothes don’t feel as tight
which is fab. BUT the excess lumps of fat on my body isn’t going
away! I would love to try out your new 24/7 fat loss plan. I
need your help to sort out my eating plan & exercise ideas to

I’m 20 years old and have always been an avid athlete interested in the best performance workouts and accompanying nutrition. I’m especially interested in seeing how you integrate scientific knowledge concerning exercise and diet into this weight loss system. I’m currently studying biology pre-med and was impressed by the journal articles cited in the free download. It’s been frustrating trying to find a workout style that fits my busy college schedule and produces results. I’ve tried several from long workouts at high intensity, ones that are predominately plyometrics, others primarily cardio (like boxing, tae bo), some that are mainly strength training with short cardio intervals, and the list continues. I’m very interested in trying and learning how yours with the metabolic training is different, better, and backed by science.

Because, I need help!

Hi, I believe this is the right time.. I had cancer in 2003. When I got sick I was at the right weight and in the best shape of my life. I exercised 6x a week and ate healthy. I thought I had done everything right, but a bad gene got me. I gained 10 lbs a year for 6 years. During that 6 years, I got divorced, lost my house, went back to school, bought a house for my disabled son and myself, went back to school, to get my RN. I recently went to weight watchers, and lost 18 lbs. I am cancer free and, I stopped feeling sorry for myself! I am ready! I need to look good and feel great. I need my paitents to take me seriously about good health.

I have always struggled with my weight and my husband and I want to try and have our second child. Our only child is just over 2 years old and it is hard to keep up with her. I only want the best for my children and my well being and state of mind directly relates to my energy levels and as a result the level of love, devotion and attention I can give. I want to be proud of who I am and I want my children to be proud of their mommy. I feel that this guide will help me build that momentum to commit to myself and my family and lead me to a more exciting, active and fulfilling life.

I am a mother of seven wonderful children ages 2-14. I have been interested in healthy living for quite some time. During the last couple of years, I have become more diligent about losing the extra 20 pounds I have, realizing that turning 40 is just around the corner! I have researched and read a lot about healthy living and losing weight and often wished for something that would lay it all out for me. I kept thinking there must be something somewhere and here it is! I would be delighted to own this as I don’t have time to research and try to put a program together on my own. My husband has recently joined me in the endeavour of losing weight. We have determined to be an example to our kids and show them how important fitness is.

I am now over 50 and have tried many different programs over the past few years. I am 55 lbs overweight and other systems have been ineffective at taking off the excess. The extra weight is actually painful and makes it difficult to breathe. I understand your system will kickstart my metabolism and teach me some effective exercises to keep off the weight. I have tried everything from cardio to intense interval training (which only hurt my joints) and am extremely hopeful this system would do what the others could not. Howdy Ian. Congratulations!! You can do it. I was 20 with my first and still going to college, working full time (till the last 2 years went part time) and finally finished a bachelor’s degree. I stayed thin at the time. I am now 43 and started over in life and am now pregnant with a 5th on the way. Homeschool, work from home as my hubby top ranch hand, horse trainer and horse and human health consultant. It can be very difficult to juggle it all and not forget why you really do it all. Life Management (versus just time management) will probably come to your attention soon. I pray you achieve all your goals and enjoy your precious one coming (and those that may come later) and your wife at the same time you achieve your other goals.

I would love to win this program! I have done bodybuilding for the last ten years, and taught aerobics classes. I managed to sustain a significant injury to my shoulder which stopped me dead in my tracks! I put on a lot of weight and battled with depression – but I am just starting to work-out again and teach. I was introduced to body transformations by Bill Phillips. I attempted his program twice. But there were too many obstacles for me. Over the past 10 years I have tried and “failed” many programs. I have always been interested in healthy food and diet and bought a lot of diet books because I wanted to lose the last 3 kg. I went to the gym, biked to and from work and did inline skating. Now 25 yrs later I am 20 kg overweight :)
In six months I will turn 40 and I want to lose the weight and be fit, strong and feel good.
So I threw away all the old diet books, have the support of my niece, aunt and mother. The only thing now I need is a system that works. That will teach me how to eat and exercise.
