Well I’m 40 years old and in the last 1 year I have added 20 pounds. I was very active when I was in college and weighed around 170 lbs which was good for my 5’10 height. I have tried weights, swimming, cardio and all kinds of food but due to my lifestyle of working long hours I haven’t been able to sustain anything. Right now at 220 lbs, with a 28% body fat % I’m just disappointed and want something where I kick start my metabolism to burn fat.

Years ago, I had both anorexia and bulimia. That is no longer the case. But naturally I’m still always concerned about my looks. The only way I was able to lose my belly was by overexercising and by starving myself. That for sure was not healthy, and it got me sick. I still have a belly and even at home I always sit with a pillow or blanket on my lap. I would love to know how to lose my belly the healthy way and to not always feel self-conscious. It would be of great help to me!

I am a 43 year old woman that has been recently diagnosed with Hashimoto’s disease. I’ve been battling my weight for many years without the support of the medical community. I’m an old hand at “Collecting Diets”. I lose 3 or 4 pounds, and hold there for a few days, then all of a sudden it’s all back – so I start all over. The worst part about a diet, is the restriction!

I would really benefit from this program as I am looking for a program that is as scheduled as I am. Since I had my fourth child and stopped working full time i have slowly been gaining weight. I think this program with the eating and exercise will be perfect to get me back in shape.

I have had quite a bit of artwork done on my body over the years, I am also very faithful with my workouts, but I am getting close to my 50’s and I need the edge and knowledge that you have to offer in order to stay as healthy as possible. P.S. We all know what happens to Tattoos if you let yourself get out of shape. I want, for MYSELF, to stay as lean and fit as possible so I can still be pumping IRON well into my 70’s and 80’s. Hi Joel. I think I should win a copy of your system because I just turned 55 years old and in spite of my efforts to get it under 30, my BMI is still too high. All my siblings and mother are diabetic. I don’t want to go there. I have 5 grandchildren and I want to live to see them graduate from high school, college, marry, and start families. I suspect I may be doing things wrong, so I need a professional to set me on the right path. I need a good system to get me where I need to be and keep me there for life, as I plan to live to be 100 years old!

I was diagnosed with MS about 7 or so years ago and have been slowly gaining weight ever since. Standing for a long time exhaust me and I am not used to that happening. I want to look like I used to look before MS when I met my husband. Please pick me for the FREE copy of 24/7 weight loss.

Defeated. Everyday I get on the scale and am disappointed once again. Tell me where exactly does the weight come from? Who is that person stareing back at me in the mirror? Where did I go? I am a 44-year old male in the military. I earnestly believe that incorporating the 24/7 Fat Loss program into my current lifestyle would enable me to change my life and be a positive role model for my family and friends. Initially, I have always had a dream of eating healthy, exercising, and obtaining a leaner and stronger physique. Although I have succeeded in many ways to accomplish these goals, I still struggle with eating the right foods, when to eat them and which type of exercise program should complement my program. The “struggle” comes from all of the conflicting information being published and I truly believe this program will provide good and accurate information that is simple to understand and easy to incorporate into my (our) busy lifestyle.

Howdy Diana, Blessed by the moms. Maybe they can have a support forum subset for the challenges of mothers. I am 43 and a mom to 5 with 4 still in the house from 2 to 15 and another on the way. My eldest with be 23 this month. I’m the health nut but overruled often by the sugar monsters (and when in sight I have a hard time resisting). I’m looking to create lifestyle changes my family can live with upfront and keep gradually slide us towards a healthier and healthier eating and exercising lifestyle. We are “active” working on cattle ranches and training horses but obviously not the right kind of exercise for losing our belly fat. Very intrigued by exercise programs that make a big dent in little time. I look forward to learning more about MRT. I know allot but really want some structure so I don’t have to think so much to create a program of my own.

I would love to win the 24/7 fat loss system now that I’m at an age where you would normally gain weight. This secret would make life a lot easier.

My husband and I are both 65+ and have been struggling for years to get the excess weight off. Your program seems to have all the ideal components to help us change our lives and our habits. The clock is ticking and we need something that will help us be successful in losing weight, getting fit and living longer with healthier bodies.

I’ve been pregnant (and miscarried) 3 times in the past year and it has really affected my hormones an the way my body now burns fuel. I used to be able to run 10 miles a week and eat whatever I wanted, but recently have been training for half marathons and doing low-carb, and not losing any weight. I’d like to be able to reset my hormones and be back to my earlier fitness state, where running felt wonderful and cathartic and not a chore. I also want to be able to eat to feel great for the entire day, and not just for 5 minutes.

I need this information because I am dying… I am a 47 year old woman who has let herself get out of control. At 240 lbs and 5″3″ I’m almost as round as I am tall. No excuses – I did it to myself. I was just told I am boarder-line diabetic. I’ve been put on bloodpressure medication and a statin drug. My Dad died at 38, my sister and my brothers all have hypertension, and I don’t want to end up in an early grave. From the sounds of your program it is just what I need to lift my self out of that grave I’m headed for. Help me!

I have been trying to loose about 30 lbs. for about two years now. I have severe sleep apnea, mild tinnitus and I just found out my cholesterol and psa tests are extremely high from what they were a year ago. I have cut back on a number of things and nothing seems to be working. Maybe this program is the answer to help me loose some of those fat cells I am carrying around.

I am 51. I have been exercising regularly since I was 16. I never had a weight problem up until a few years ago. I have tried every diet, weightloss and exercise program imaginable without success. I am not getting any younger and want to find a program to get my body back for life. The information in your emails makes sense about nutrient combining and carb syncing and is a different approach from anything I have tried before. I am very interested in the exercise program that will produce noticable results as well. I have 4 weeks before leaving on a cruise and my daughter is getting married in June. I need help fast!

Hey guys – I have been a fairly active individual, and taking care of myself for the past 10 years or so. I have gone in and out of being leaner, and less lean, and even a little pudgy. I am presently going through a full-on catharsis in terms of my ideas of food/diet/nutrition/health/energy/etc. Much of what I am starting to be conscious of is from reading the emails that you send out for us. I feel like there is one or two things that are in my way of REALLY getting to the place I want to be in terms of my body and my health. I am hoping that the information on nutrition and health in your book is that next (final??) step to get me over the plateau i feel like I am constantly coming upon in my journey.
