being 55 years old full of arthritis and chronic pain, i have been reading all your newsletters and i would really like to try the program. i need only to lose 20 pounds of belly fat, but i feel so uncomfortable. I’m on social security, therefore unable to pay. I’m willing to follow a healthy and easy program. i do love to walk for exercise. please help me get rid of this ugly, disgusting fat. thank you.

I have seriously gotten off track with my dieting. I know the biggest thing for me is portion control. However, I have been overwhelmed with vast amounts of knowledge of what to do, what not to do and when to do it that I have lost my way to achieve my weight loss goal. I am at a dangerously obese weight of 311 pounds at 5 foot 10 and NEED to lose a significant amount of weight so that I can get off of blood pressure medicine, turn my pre-diabetic status around, and have stronger heart with less chances of going into cardiac arrest. I am 31 years old and am a single father of a precious 6-year old daughter, who I strongly desire to see graduate college, get married, and even have kids of her own. I know that I can achieve this goal with the right proper tools and direction and maybe most importantly the motivation and support from an accountability group.

This 43 yr old couch potato needs something to get her bum in shape so I can be around for my 5 yr old! Please help get me in shape! I can tell you it feels like an impossible feat at the moment. After looking at your videos though it has given me he motivation to get up by my bootstraps & get out there & do something… Hope I can get some help lol!

Hi there, I just think this would be a great opportunity for me to lose weight the healthy way. No purging or starving. I need to get out of the habit of unhealthy weight loss and to have all the right information given to me by you guys, Joel and Craig, would be a great head start. :)

This is such a great opportunity for knowledge. I have been thoroughly enjoying your weekly emails and they are very easily attainable solutions, that’s the part that just amazes me. I am a 17 yr old high school student, lives in Australia. Been overweight since primary school. This issue affected me physical and mentally until today. On top of this, I suffer from body acne, and stretch marks. It was only recently I realized I had to do something about my body, and started hitting the gym, I lost 20 pounds and hit the plateau. I put alot of time and sweat just to loss that weight, it was the hardest thing I’ve done in my life. Currently, I just train and train, my figure stays the same, I want to look lean muscular not flabby. I’ve been doing extensive research, there are way to many programs out there. I would like to try this program, and hope it’s my answer to fat loss and a nice figure. As a result, it will help me become more socially active. Overall, to sum up I’m not happy about the way I look and need help to become a happy and healthy human.

I was searching the internet for ways to lose weight. I am 59, have type 2 diabetes, recently had a stent put in, have sleep apnea, excessive heartburn, sore joints and on & on. My body is feeling old, even though I feel young. I know it’s time to commit to losing weight so that I will be able to put my socks on again by myself. Your program sounds different than most of the usual ones and I want to give it a try.

I have been trying for years to lose weight but my metabolism seems to have come to a stand still. I have had some medical problems with inflammation and wasn’t able to move very much and now that I can, it is still difficult to actually lose weight. Strength is returning but the weight remains.
I have tried cutting down on carbs, including more veggies and fruits but still no reall weight change.
The 24/7 system seems very logical and comprehensive and I would love to give it a try! I have already tried several of your quick suggestions to increase metabolism so am looking forward to seeing an increase and some weight loss too!

Hi Joel, I was on my way couple of months ago to getting the physique I wanted and seeing my abs for the first time in my life but then the worst thing happened to me, I got a job where I am sitting down 10 hours of each and everyday. As a result, I went from 154lb to 187lb; at 5’6″, that’s a lot of weight to carry as you can imagine.All my hard earned progress through exercise and dieting, gone. After receiving the last few updates on the 247 program and simply knowing from following yourself and Craig’s emails, I believe that your’s and Craig’s program are the key to getting me back on the band wagon and getting myself back into the best shape of my life.

I believe this is the perfect program for me because of my situation. I am getting closer to the 50 yo mark, and am starting to have health issues because of my weight. I’ve started exercising and changing the things I eat, but my weight stays the same. I’m 5’0″ and 180 lbs. I’ve always had a weight problem, and cannot seem to get the weight off and keep it off, and as I get older, it is getting worse. I’m tired of feeling worthless and non valuable and believe that once the weight comes off and I am healthier, all the rest will fall into place (being able to get a job, being social again, feeling good about myself, knowing I can succeed). I’ll consider myself blessed if I end up one of the lucky few (up to 10 now). I’m 43, have a son who’ll be 23 this month and late in life started over and had my 4th at 40. Recently discovered pregnant with a 5th (and here I thought I was going through early menopause). :) Thankfully have a hubby who’d be tickled to have as many as the Lord would bless us with. Lord needs to bless me with more inner peace. :) Have many family members with obesity and dangerous belly fat issues. I am the skinny fat one. I want to lose that bad fat without losing all that fat off my face and extremeties and still maintain a high quality nutrient rich diet to promote health and longevity. Diabetes, Heart Disease and Cancer on all sides. I have a passion for health so always researching. Even for me, the conflict of information can be confusing and frustrating. However, I am good at reconciling apparently conflicting information.

I am looking forward to the consults the most. VERY curious about more details on the carbs+fat NO NO. I have a VERY inquiring mind. BEWARE … I am the child who drove teachers nuts with “WHY?”

I have been interested if health and fitness for just about my whole liefe and have also struggled with both for the same time. I ecently decided to start going after all of my dreams again with gusto after some upheavals in my life. I have hit a weightloss plateau for the past few weeks after a great start and with only four weeks left in Craig’s fitness challenge I need something new asap. Help me to help myself!

I have my 56 birthday this month, I have always exercised regularly. But have never been able to get toned and lean, though have tried for more years then I care to count. I am a vegetarian, but have never really learned how to eat properly.

I would like to know more about the alternate weight loss program that you promote. There are so many weight loss tips and diets around, it would be good to own a program that is comprehensive and challenges a lot of the myths about losing weight. I am looking forward to hearing more from you.

I have been very impressed with your simple explanations of how to lose weight. They have given me the inspiration I have needed to start to try to get back to my normal weight. Unfortunately I have put on so much weight that I am now very overweight and would love to be able to not have to shop for shapeless outfits.

My daughter graduates next year and I would love to be able to have a photo of us both as currently there are none of us together.

I became a 100% raw vegan August 2010 out of desperation to save my own life as I was on my death bed so-to-speak. Now that I am no longer pre-diabetic, and no longer have high bp and 170 lbs smaller I am feeling better and more alive than I have in years. I am struggling tho to lose the other 120 lbs, to achieve better health, because of a slow thyroid and I am hoping that your system will work for me with my dietary lifestyle. That is why I really need this. Hopefully your system will be adaptable for me.

After having breast cancer and putting on more weight than I ever imagined, I now need to lose it because my knees and left foot are complaining. I used to go to the YMCA regularly, and don’t exercise now, so the 24/7 Fat Loss will get me back into eating healthy and back to exercising. Oh to get rid of this belly fat!!!

I have no big belly and no flubby arms, I am actually a very fit person if I say so myself. That’s the reason I train other people and help them lose weight and have a drastic change in lifestyle! With most of my clients I get pretty good results, but some of them struggle with their weight for ages and just seem to need that extra bit of fat-burning-boost that might just be written down in the 24/7 Fat Loss System! Andres to best of luck for you. I know the support groups help many. Our 15 year old daughter is 5’4″ and was topping 180 pounds. We live and work on a working cattle ranch so she is “active” but moves like a scale. We went on a homeopathic hCG program (no I don’t think they are all the same) and she and my hubby lost weight (made me too emotional … I needed my fat!!!) and stayed with that weight loss despite not remotely following the guidelines and she is now hovering around the 155 pounds. Still too much. Looking to help them permanently lose the rest in a more sustanable fashion. Extreme calorie restriction in just not for us. I had never counted my calories in my life before that! It was an eye opener but I know there are ways to accomplish the same fat loss (not just weight loss) goals without extreme calorie restriction.

I have been reading all your previous emails and am starting to lose weight and really would like to receive the whole systemso I don’t have to be obese any longer. Please consider me as a winner

I have been a yo-yo dieter since I have been 15 years old. Whilst losing the weight was very easy initially, it was twice as easy to put it all back on and then an extra few pounds. My pointless dieting has continued and after being hungry for almost a decade, I am actually over a stone heavier than when I first started my stupid dieting! last year I decided to start over and do things the healthy way, but despite my best efforts to eat healthy and exercise, I am still not losing any weight. For this reason I believe that there are other factors I am missing and don’t quite understand about weight loss that is explained in the program. In addition to this I’m convinced I’ve ruined my metabolism over the years which is playing a big role in my lack of results and I dont know what to do about this! I would love to look my best to boost my self esteem and also be healthy, and I believe this program will help me get some results!

Since I had my angioplasty procedure, it has been my main goal to stay healthy and fit. And I beleived that the first step is to get rid of as many fats in my body as possible. I had been successfull and was able to reduced by weight from 75kgs to 60kgs. But now I am gaining weight again slowly. Presently at 62 kg, I am afraid that I cannot sustain the gain I had before.
