I am a 54 year old biomedical technician and I was told by my doctor to lose 50 pounds due to high liver functions and high cholesterol. I have tried several diets and have still not been able to lose my belly fat which is where most of my weight is. After reading about your 24/7 fat burner program I feel you guys have done the work for me as far as your scientific research. I believe you guys have created the perfect weight loss fat burning plan I can live with for life.

I have learned so much from the last six updates and have applied (as best as I could) what you’ve taught about carb syncing and tried to apply MRT and VIIT to my current workouts…I’ve lost 4 stubborn plateau pounds (yay for me)…but let’s admit it…I NEED what you guys have created to lose the last 10+ lbs! I want to follow your directions “to the letter” ’cause clearly you both know what you’re talking about!! PICK ME PLEASE…I’ll be a very diligent student!! :) I am 5’6, 154 lbs. and a homeschooling mom of three!

I have been unsuccessful with other plans that I have followed religiously. I eat healthy and work out hard and have 10+ extra pounds to lose. They don’t seem to budge! I’m sorry I don’t have time to offer a prepared statement or to even edit what I’m going to say. It is more important that I just get it said than how I say it. I’m 63 years old and I figured at this age I wouldn’t care how I look. But now it’s not just hating the way I look but I’m hating the way I feel. I’ve been overweight from the age of eight and have been dieting ( starving ) myself on a regular basis ever sence. My first diet was a boiled egg and grapefruit diet and I haven’t eaten a grapefruit in over 50 years. I have lost hundreds of pounds over the years only to gain it all back and then some. I know and have always known that dieting is not the answer. I have made some pretty drastic life style changes and I want to continue on this new path. The 24/7 fat loss program is what I want to implement, I just need the tools to do it. If you help me now I will be forever grateful. I know this program will work for me. I don’t have any life threatening problems but as I age I find I am suffering more and more from niggles and difficulties with staying healthy. As I work two jobs I don’t have time for the gym but the exercise from one of the jobs is helping me lose the weight slowly. The issue is that the shape is not improving and in some ways I think I look worse ’cause the bulges stand out more. I need help in getting back on track with a healthy lifestyle and 24/7 Fat Loss System looks like the perfect solution.

Hello. I would love free access to this program. I already own programs by both Joel and Craig and a combination of their knowledge should make the ideal program. I’ve struggled with weight most of my life and finally won the battle (never the war) of my weight in 2005 when I lost 90 pounds. I kept it off for 5 years and then the wheels fell off. The last few years have been hard as my 26-year marriage fell apart and my son’s poor decisions left him in legal trouble. I was left trying to hold everything together on my own and lost my way. The weight has crept back on over the last two years and I’m trying to find the right tools to motivate me to get back on track. So much of my self-esteem is tied to my weight and I just can’t seem to find the inspiration to take my life back. Looking forward to seeing what this program contains.

I will be 68 in January and I have battled with weight issues all of my life. I have OA and FMS which makes most exercise programs next to impossible. I want to learn to do what it takes to reach a healthy weight and keep it that way. I am in pain most of the time and reaching a normal weight will be a God send and improve the quality of my life. And I have a lot of living yet to do.

I want to give it to my adult daughter, who lives alone and needs a structured approach to losing weight. She knows she risks serious health consequences, but she has nobody nearby to motivate her to stick with a program.

Joel, knowledge is power. I have been to to ends of the medical world with weight loss. An now they can’t fix me. Oh my, I’m happy but want to be healthy and looking for a road map that doesn’t scream failure from the start. So knowledge is power.

This is Bloody great.
I think I should be one of the winners for the following reasons. I am 47 years old and I have tried to get rid of my stomach fat for the last 12 months. I have tried different diets.
I’m gluten intolerant and that makes some things hard, I also work away in the mining industry so food choice is extremly hard (don’t believe them when they say it healthy food out here)I also exercise regularly doing 5×5 strength training and also running on my rest days 4-5km. I walk or jog at a heart rate of about 135 b/min for 30-45 minutes on my off days but really I do not see any changes.
My ultimate goal is to become a Personal Trainer so I can help others in my age group, and enjoy my lifestyle.
I am ready to have a go at your programme!!

As a high school teacher, I am under severe stress working an average of 10 hours a day. I have to maintain my stamina for another 5 to 10 years. At 62, I have several very serious health issues that I need to get under control. Controlling my weight is a critical part in the juggling act I must perform every day. I know that I need to improve both my diet and my exercise routines in order to keep every other part of my life in order. I have learned about and tried many programs, but this one seems to be the best! I have eight weeks until my oldest grandchild gets married. Please help me be my best at her wedding! And in the years to come. (Think before-and-after pictures!)

I’ve been doing a program that includes doing hour-long workouts to different DVD’s 6 times a week and been getting decent results. Recently my family’s world was shaken up by my wife having several minor ischemic attacks in her brain (little strokes). She’s now unable to use her left hand. Needless to say I’m doing things for her now that many take for granted, like cutting up your own food. We have a 10 acre dairy-goat farm and the amount of work we’re all doing to help compensate for my wife’s loss of mobility has taken all of our free time away. A friend of mine told me about TT and how it was 30-40 minutes, 3 times a week. While checking out TT info I ran across this program and it seems like the solution I need to not lose what I’ve worked so hard for to date. It looks like it’s a program that can change our whole family by eating the right foods at the right time coupled with effective exercise.

During the past year I’ve got back in the gym and now stronger that I ever was in my 40s than my 20s. I think about training 24/7 (ok maybe not when I sleep). And while I have lost weight, 24/7 Fat. Loss would be the perfect compliment to my training and get me to the goal to be in the best shape ever in my life and for the rest of my life.

Hi Craig and Joel, I am a 31 year old bboy (breakdancer), who spent the first 7 years of my dance career just dancing and doing very little exercise beyond that. Long story short I beat my body up and had very bad eating habits. I then took 2 years off where without a change in eating habits and little exercise went from a lean 140 to a flabby 175. The last 2 years I have spent dancing again now understanding the importance of fitness for what I do. I hope you guys pick me so I can be an example for other bboys like myself. Many bboys believe what I did at one point that practicing our dancing is enough to build a strong enough body. I now know through studying fitness the last couple years the importance of fitness and health is to preventing injury and being successful. I feel 24/7 Fat Loss will help me get a lean strong body that will help me excel at what I do. I appreciate this opportunity and want to say thank you, the emails alone this past week have been incredible. The information you have shared about hormone control through diet. As well as putting the body in an optimal fat burning state where fat is being burned all the time utilizing metabolic resistance training has been eye opening as to why I probably still struggle to get lean again.

Both my wife and I are getting along in years, and even though she has MS and I have some heart problems we want to have quality to our remaining years. I know that if we lose weight, any amount of weight, it will benefit our hearts and help ease the burden of aging. We can become the poster kids for all those who think that you cannot achieve anything like this at our age and start having more energy and fun.

I have gained a lot of weight with 4 pregnancies in the last eleven years. I have tried other diets and can’t seem to stay on them for longer than a week or two. A year and a half ago, I lost 20 pounds. Now I am pregnant with #5! I need a healthy “diet” that will keep me from gaining another 50 pounds like I did with the last one! I need something that will keep the fat burning, but keep me healthy. I am not necessarily trying to “diet” right now, just trying to not gain so much weight by eating healthy and exercising and burning fat. Please Help!

Everyone NEEDS this program! How awesome it will be to put in the hard work with intervals and MRT, and KNOW that its still working … 24/7. I think this program could be perfect for me. I am 35 years old and have 2 young kids (aged 4 and 2). I didn’t lose all my baby weight before getting pregnant with my 2nd child and after he was born I was determined to get back in shape. I have been working out 5-6 days for over a year and receive tons of compliments from friends about how I look. I have lost some weight and my arms, legs are getting more toned . However no matter how hard I work out at the gym – I just can’t shake the belly fat “pouch”. It hangs over my underwear and I have to pull jeans over top. I now realize that I need to combine a healthy diet (including timing of meals) with a “ramped up” exercise program – but I am not exactly sure how to do it.

I am looking forward to this set. Actually, i used to be 263 LBS, and that was last july, i have decided to do something about it, and now i am 223, about 4 months later. that is 10 LBS a month.. i exercise a lot, and i try to keep it up, but if i had a way to just burn the fat continually, instead of always being at the GYM, that would really make it easier for me, and with time, my workload at the job is growing, and the family life is taking a big toll, and one day i don’t wantt o have to say i have to reduce the amount of gym, and then take it all back. The programs looks like it makes sense to do, so i am willing to go all out, win this program and give it a go!

I would like to say this program is for me, but it’s not.
It’s for the 147 people I train (and all future clients)
to be cooler versions of themselves. My training is very
effective and my meal plans work amazing. However,
when that person who needs that extra push to keep
them accountable, this is the program for them.
I can imagine myself telling someone they can burn
fat 24/7 by doing some simple tricks to their metabolism
and have them look at me with a big grin and say “That
would be great!” I love helping people get what they want.
That to me is success.

I need this system because I have tried everything else and nothing works. I do not know where else to turn.
