I need this program to prolong my life so I can spend quality time with my children. I am 59 years old and have spent the last 20 years of my life in an executive desk job. I married late in life and have a 15 year-old daughter and an 11 year-old son. Two of the arteries that surround my heart have 65% blockages, and I have been diagnosed as insulin resistant and pre-diabetic. I recently retired and have focused on getting into shape. Through diet and metabolic turbulence training, I have dropped my weight to 200 pounds. I am 5′ 11″ tall and 15 pounds away from my goal of becoming a muscular 185 pounds. However, I have hit a wall. My doctor says my “numbers” can’t be too low and this program seems to be the key to breaking through that wall.

I’ve been searching for a long time for a fat burning programm that really works. When I found the 24/7 in the internet I tried the free tips. It really got results, now I am trying to lose the overwheight to help in the healthy carry. I really think that the 24/7 will continue helping me

I’ve been on a “diet” my whole life. I have a hard time loosing weight, even though I exercise 5 days a week. I can’t keep it off though, try as I might. I promised myself to get back in shape this year. I have been disciplined in diet and exercise and am determined. However, I am stumped at getting through plateaus. I am a 50 year old male that worked with Jillian Michaels last year and lost 30 lbs in 6 months. I still have 15 to go to be at my goal weight, but have been stuck here for the last 6 months. I worked with a coach that was supposedly a nutritional guru and saw no results after 6 months. One of Jillian’s coaches recommended Craig to me and as I was looking around through his information this program came up. I am a Black Belt in 3 different Martial Art disciplines which I earned over 16 years. As a result I have a very strong work ethic, mental focus and ability to follow strong leadership. I need this program because I have spent the last two years going from 265 lbs to 200 lbs now. I once got down to 183 using Joel’s XFL system, but it wasn’t sustainable to keep off.

I’d like this system to teach me the next steps of losing weight all the time and help me get back to 180 lbs! I know I can do it with your help JOEL! It would change my life and I am about to get married in 2 months. No better time than the present to get motivated!

It was like a light going off in my mind reading each of your updates. Everything that you warned was the wrong way to shift fat is exactly what I have been mistakenly doing… endless boring cardio, the wrong routine in the gym, and little to no knowledge of how to combine foods to increase fatloss. No matter how much effort I put in my extra baggage just doesn’t shift, and I’m now primed and ready for a well organised and informative routine that has a proven track record. So Joel and Craig, please teach me how!

I’ll soon be 57 and have been trying all sorts of different weight loss stratagies for quite some time now but I can’t seem to lose, I only maintain my current weight. I’m stuck and need to lose about 40 lbs. With Holiday Season just around the corner on the calender I usually gain and then struggle back during the winter feeling lucky just getting back to the same weight by springtime. I walk regularly but have 2 bad knees and a disc problem which when it flares up really limits my ability to exercise. This program just might be what I’m looking for to start lowering my weight and establishing a more healthy lifestyle.

I am struggling to lose the last 25 lbs to make it to a total weight loss of 100 lbs. Diet that I am currently using has stopped working. Exercise is not working. I am in the gym 6:30 am 5 days out of the week. I am still motivated but need help. Perhaps focusing on Fat loss would make the difference. I have been reading your email’s and getting your information for a while now. It is so encouraging for me. I am almost 50 and need to make sure that I stay healthy and fit. I want to get rid of about 20 pounds and be an example for my family and those I work with. I work in a high school setting and being a middle aged woman that takes care of herself is important. I want to be the most positive and healthy I can be in the world of crazy ideas. Thank you for all you do to support me in my effort! I know that your program would be a great help in my desire to be a thinner and healthier example to all those I come in contact with.

Im tired of wasting all my valuable fuel driving to the wrong destinations!!! My car is well looked after with regular tune-ups, new tyres even the occassional wash and wax (heehee). Now all I need is the sat. nav. system to show me exactly where to go following the best route!!!!!

I feel this program will help motivate me and keep me motivated through out my weight loss journey. I have tried almost all the diet plans there are I loss and gain back. I am very excited about this program it seems like it will work and keep me into it. I need the support system in order to stay on track. I am 48 and experiencing menopausal issues and I think I gained 25lbs over night. I feel this program will help with my overall well being. I want to be healthier and have more energy.

Not sure if my earlier attempt got recorded. I welcome the opportunity to apply for a copy of your new program. I am 59, obese and wanting to find something I will do, and not stop when I get to the right size and fitness level. Years ago I followed a restrictive, repressive program and lost 50 pounds. When the program was over, I immediately began to regain. Because of my age and obesity I have some physical limitations (knee bursitis) but I believe if I work gradually I can overcome those problems. I am short on motivation but ready to follow a program and develop it. I have CYWT but haven’t done it and am a member at TT. If this program, which sounds as if it is based on the latest nutritional science is at all different from what I already have, I definitely want to pursue it. I might be a bit of a challenge for you. I think I am geographically close to Joel as I am 35 miles north of Tampa, FL. Again, thank you for considering my request.

I had open heart surgery in March and lost 60 pounds in 6 months. I have hit a plateau and the weight while not going up is not going down either. I need some inspiration and help to keep on losing an additional 40 pounds.

I may be a little different from most of the people I am seeing posted so far. I am 52 years old and I am at the gym at least 5 mornings a week. I’m 5’11” and weigh 174. I just had a health screening and all my numbers are excellent so obviously I’m very happy with that.
My goal is to be an ambassador for friends, co-workers, and others my age into taking care of themselves, getting into shape, and knowing you can continue to get healthier as you get older. My bodyfat is around 17% and I’m really trying to get down to 10%. I want to take it to the next/final level, but I’m staying stuck around this same area. I firmly believe that if you can take control of your body, you can easily develop the passion and belief to control anything in your life. I want to show people that if I can reach this level of fitness, they themselves can make tremendous strides in theirs as well. From what I’ve read the 24/7 system looks as though it it is the answer for what I need to complete my goal. Plus if I hit my number you can rest assured everyone I know (and you!) will hear about the 24/7 Fat Loss System!
