Have been doing a lot of research trying to find a program that makes sense. When I came across 24/7 Fat Loss thru Joel Marion’s blog (which I have been following religiously for 2 yrs. now) I instantly knew I did not have to look further. I believe it will be the ultimate program, combining Joel’s extensive research on Fat Loss and Craig’s successful MIT & HIIT. It’s a total life changing program that’s UNDERSTANDABLE, DOABLE, and DOES NOT REQUIRE A LOT OF TIME. This is truly revolutionary and a good fit to today’s lifestyle. Having read the 24/7 Fat Loss Report can’t bear not getting the whole system, if only I could get my hands on it…please! Staying up late waiting for this opportunity.

Since retiring from Uncle’s Canoe Club (US Navy) in ’83 I have put on over 100 pounds, this on top of already being 30 over. I have tried about everything including regurgitated (predigested) liquid protein . . . Y U C K K K, and so far what I have learned from your teasers, you seem to make more sense than all the others combined. Being that I’m pushing 67 years I want those remaining to follow the well known Vulcan greeting “Live Long and Prosper”.

This program is perfect for me because I am 30 years old and have overweight problems. I have two baby boys which I adore. Because my obesity I can not enjoy them as I like since I get tire fast and I can’t play with them. On the 6 updates I was told that I will get the knowledge that I need to burn fat 24/7. I need your program is because it addresses my 2 biggest flaws – nutrition and ‘cardio’ (which i despise:), I yo-yo 10 pounds up and down every few weeks simply based on diet…and, perhaps my hesitancy to even do cardio, I utilize high intensity worlouts like Band trianing (love Adam/Ryan’s SNAP resistance band w/out!), kettlebells, jump ropeand can use more creative ones. But, like Adam I have a major sweet tooth and FOOD is my weakness. I need to change my nutrition habits and finally achieve the proportionate waist(from 36+ to 32″!) to go with my broad shoulders. As a busy mom of six, I have somehow managed to lose 50 lbs by eating healthy and exercising. I have now plateaued and I am nowhere near the fitness level I need to be, and I have at least 20 lbs of fat to lose. I’m stuck!

Now that I am in my mid 40’s no matter what I try to do to loose the extra 20lbs or so that I have gained in these last few years it just won’t work! It seems like my metabolism just slowed down when I reached 40. I ‘used to’ be able to eat whatever I wanted, stay physically active and never gained an ounce. It was like I naturally burned off all the ‘extra’ calories without trying. Now even with watching what I eat and being active I can’t get it off. At a recent visit my Doctor said it is starting to affect my health. I need a system that is safe, easy, fun but most of all effective in doing what my body used to do so that it doesn’t feel like ‘work’ that way I will be encouraged to stick with it as a healthy lifestyle not just a way to loose weight. And of course I am having the most difficulty in loosing my belly fat!! I’d like to have a nice toned belly and body again :)

Hey Guys, I’d love to get my hands on this…I’ve been training very hard for the past few months for personal goals, and I’m now ready to take my training to the next level. I found the report really interesting and a great read (nice job BTW), I’ve read a thousand articles on fitness and nutrition and there was a lot of information in there that I hadn’t read before and I’m super keen to read more! I’m not a trainer, just a normal person eager to learn from professionals and people who know what they’re talking about.

I seriously need to win this complete package because next year I will be turning 50 years old and I have a lifelong trip ahead of me with my wife, kids and grand-kids. I started my new career in security this year but unfortunately, it means that I’m tied down to a desk all day and only get a fraction of the exercise I used to get before. I want to look great for my wife and kids but most of all, I want to be around for a long time to come.

I am fast approaching 45 and am perhaps now in the best shape I’ve ever been. That shape however is not the shape I desire. I need to lose about 20lbs of bodyfat. Having been locked in this battle with fat since the age of 8, I want now to finally declare victory. I am watching my 5 year old son go the same way I did at 8 – already he has way too much fat on him. It’s frightening to think he might have to endure the same years of misery and frustration that being fat brought me. So the best I can do for him, and me, is to lead by example. Get myself lean and stay lean. Hopefully, seeing not just the physical difference, but a happier, more confident dad will inspire my boy to follow suit. You have provided solid, science based programmes for many years now and I have high expectations for this one. Cheers.

Well I tried this once already, so here we go again…less 11 words. First draft is always the best :) ok, I’m a veteran living with chronic pain the last 19 yrs. I’m strong willed therefore often challenged by my body being weaker than my mind. I eat healthy and workout, but I’m aware, painfully aware, of how lack of food n exercise effect me. I’m proud, naturally, I am a woman. I don’t ask for help (yes,aware this is a weakness ) but I am asking for yours. Your concepts and regimen may be exactly what I need to help improve my day to day. I’m in my late 40s and although I lost some weight for health reasons a few years ago, I have persistent fat around the middle and slightly elevated blood pressure I’d like to be normal. Hubby is a recently diagnosed type 2 diabetic–this would be perfect to do together for me to lose 10 and him to lose 40 pounds…

I am 58. I was always thin and athletic. In my 30’s I began to gain weight so I ate only 900 calories a day and exercised more, I continued to gain. Little did I know that I was hurting my body. Then I was injured and continued to gain weight until I hit over 300lbs. I have gone on many diets without losing, I have fasted for 21 days each year and still lost little. No program has worked and I see now why. I would put my body in a rut and it would stay there. It has been 24 years since I could exercise because of my car accidents.(Not my fault)!! In my fastings and healthier eating I have lowered my blood pressure, no longer diabetic, joints are better. I can exercise now. My nature path said I was the healthiest fat person he knew and was proud of what I have done, but still the weight has not come off, he can’t understand why, because my blood work shows I have made great changes. I believe this program is what I need. To shock my body, fool it. I have 10 grandchildren, 4 kids, a wonderful husband and want to be around a lot longer. I have studied for years on health and nutrition and this one just makes so much since. I am so excited to start it and hope that I will be an example to others who have had the same struggles.

Hi Guys, After having 3 kids I am slowly gaining weight and becoming unfit. I only have about 5-6kg to lose but it seems to be sooo hard. I have always struggled to find time for myself (without feeling guilty!!!) About 2 weeks ago I decided something needed to be done so I teamed up with my sister-in-law and started training with a PT. It seems that your 24/7 fat loss program is quite different to his way of teaching and I feel this knowlege that you have would benefit not only him but obviously me too. I don’t want to put in all this hard work for nothing!!!

I’m an eighteen year old guy who wants to be fit. I know “fit” is not the best word to say since this is a fat loss program. I just have to say that this fat is really putting my self-esteem down gradually. It’s just when I see myself in the mirror or even just a simple scrub, all I see is man boobs and a belly. I don’t see a flat chest/developed pectoralis major and minor or a developed abdomen (I know I at least have a 4 pack, two of them everybody has). I don’t want to look like a jock, I just want to look fit. Fit so I don’t have to be insecure about the shape I’m in when I’m swimming with my close friends or family. I’m also afraid that, with my grandfather having diabetes and my real father having an eating disorder, I will have some kind of problem in the near future or even now. I just want to prevent it now instead of paying the price due to my adolescent behaviors.

The reason I would like to win, is. i am start to do body building. but struggle in weight loss. but thats not the reason , i have two chilkdren , one with autism and the other with depression, and both are overweight. they ve tried to watch their intake,but fail.i try to motivate but i need more help in making my children have a better life, and thats where the win comes in.

Being fat most of my life has severely impacted my ability to succeed. Low self-esteem combined with poor habits has led to a depressing lifestyle and almost convinced me “this is just the way it’s going to be.” Don’t get me wrong. I’ve been a great “student” of most weight loss programs out there and even lost a few pounds here and there, only to return to my self-defeating ways. I could tell you about my childhood as a fat kid, I could tell you about m adult life and my struggles being overweight, I could tell you about my issues with my self confidence as a result of my weight and more. I could even tell you about my education in Culinary school which even included nutrition classes, but I won’t.

But, what I will tell you about is my 28 years as a Type I diabetic who has wanted to change his weight and has tried a ton of different programs and systems with no results.

Why do I need this? My doctor has challenged me to lose this weight so I can have better control of my diabetes and I want the self confidence of a lean and fit body for once in my life.

Ive been try to keep my weight under control for several years now, and seem to manage ok. However over the past 30 years my dad has been treated for cancer on several occasion which has caused his weight to pile on, he now has diabetes and is due to have open heart surgery. So my thinking is if I arm myself with the 24/7 program, once he is recovered from the op, I can start working with him to drop his weight and keep him around for the years to come.

I have had trouble losing weight all my life. The 2 (yes, only 2) times in my life that I have ever lost any significant amount of weight was 1.) during my first pregnancy (my doctor threatened to hospitalize me if I didn’t start gaining weight at 6 mo. – I had lost about 10 pounds) and 2.) when my husband’s ship caught fire while deployed to the Mediterranean (I was so worried about his well being I was only eating every other day or so). I lost around 20 pounds or so then. My weight started creeping up while working in an unsatisfactory job for 7 years, then when I quit smoking I added another 60 pounds. I now need to lose between 120 and 130 pounds and am afraid that with my past record of weight loss its just not going to happen. I generally eat nutritious foods and don’t gain additional weight, I don’t lose it either, unfortunately. I’m really hoping your program will help me. Thank you.

I need this to help make sure that my career as a soldier remains intact. With the change of guidelines I’ve been struggling to maintain the standards as a soldier and barely making it sometimes not making it. Losing weight is not enough at this point. I am nearly 45 years young and am generally fit. A few years ago I started to get fat. I peaked at 85 kg, which doesn’t sound like much, but it was mainly fat with little muscle underneath. My wife did the best thing for me one day, which changed the way that I perceived myself forever, she took a photo of me side on bending over at the beach with one of my kids. I woke up to the fact that I was well on my way to getting really fat.
I determined from there that I would shed weight and I got down to 76kg, mainly through a combination of walking 5 km with runs and sprints thrown in during the exercise to ramp up my metabolism.
I wasn’t following any specific training regime, I simply heard about a CSIRO study on interval training and tried to implement it into what I was doing.
I recently started going to the gym again after a break of about a year. My weight has crept up to 78-79kg and I want to go the next step and get a good program to incorporate into my exercise. I went to the gym a couple of days ago and I was shocked at seeing a couple of guys there who I knew trained with regularity. They’d gotten fattish. I see other guys who train a lot and they don’t seem to get good results. That’s not for me. I want to get ripped. I don’t care that I’m nearly 45. I’m blessed with an athletic body that just needs some charging up.
