I am in my 50s and have reached that weight loss plateau that I cannot seem to get past – after reading the free materials, the 24/7 Fat Loss system makes perfect sense in trying to change the bad habits that we all acquire due to being too busy to concentrate on better habits. I’ve already employed a few of the tips that you have given in the free materials, but would really love to try to get those extra pounds off now – not later – and the 24/7 system seems like the way to make lifestyle changes that will benefit my weight loss as well as my future well-being. What I appreciated as a physician as I read the introductory material is that it is medically sound on both sides of the exercise: eating “how to’s,” the essential components. Without bewildering the reader with too much explanation of metabolic and hormonal mechanisms, what you have proposed is medically logical and should work. The same principles have worked for me and a small circle of my patients for years.
I just never combined it under one cover, so congratulations and keep up the good work!

For the past 25 years I have struggled with my weight. I could give you every known excuse to humankind and I could probably give you a few you’ve never heard before for being overweight but enough is enough. It’s time to take ownership of my own life, issues, without blame and move forward. Now an older couple, we have 5 active children 16 to 26 yrs of age, that are health conscience, exercising here & there, and especially lovers of pizzas! (We like ’em hot, with everything on it, anchovies & oysters.) We are all starting to gain more weight than in our younger years, thus continually look and try out ways to stay fit and lose some excesses… 3 boys have weights & small stuff to exercise with. They used to be more active with baseball, although still play some intramural sports. Oldest sister has a unicycle & coaches high school softball here in Hawaii. Younger sister has her eyes on this $2,000 elliptical machine that seems pretty good. I used to dance & teach ballet, modern & Chinese dance, so just do not agree with alot of the aerobic & exercise programs out there. My husband and I both need to lose weight to improve our health. We are both disabled and have problems with exersize, but with the right information, we can eat right and be more physically active. Fad diets don’t work, we need to be taught the safe way to change our lifestyles.

Simple: My wife and I work out at the gym, 4 days a week. We walk, hike, and do the stairs regularly in addition. We eat pretty darn healthy also. We’re not grossly overweight – in fact we’re not even really “over-weight” at all – save for a few pounds maybe, but for the work we put in – we should have amazing excellent physiques. And we do – I’m sure of it – it’s just that they’re hidden under / covered by a thin but effective layer of fat. I know I probably have amazing abs – if they could only be seen. I am an ectomorph – or probably more accurately an ecto-mesomorph, and am thin and fit most places – except for this subborn layer of fat around midsection, and my wife is a mesomorph, with great curves in the right places, and a fit and tone body – that just happens to be overshadowed again by a stubborn layer of fat. We’ve tried so many diets, etc. We get that it’s a combination of an active, healthy lifestyle, and a healthy diet – but we think the ONLY missing component to our scenario – is diet specifics. We got a “taste” of what your program will offer in one of these recent introductory emails – and believe (and hope) the program will offer the final key to having the physiques that we work so hard to achieve – actually be seen! This may be an unconventional entry, but although I would love to win the system for myself, I am actually entering this giveaway for my Dad. I’m lucky enough to have time to exercise whenever I want, but my Dad often works a 12 hour day or longer and struggles to find the time. Even when he does, I don’t think hour-long slogs on the running machine offer him much motivation. With your system he could make the most of the time he does have to kick start the fat burning, minimising the damage done by having a job where he spends most of the day sat at a desk, and combined with learning how to eat cleverly this would surely set him on path to a physique he could feel proud of. He’s tried various diets and has been in and out of shape over the years; when me and my brother were young he took us swimming and cycling and keeping active was a lot easier for him, but with both of us having moved away from home and ever increasing responsibilities at work, I know he feels disheartened about staying in shape. He’s given so much to me over the years, and I honestly feel like this would be an amazing way to give him something back.

Even though I work out 5-6 days/week and watch what I eat, the scales and the size of clothing haven’t changed. Can’t blame it all on menopause! Something obviously is not working for me. Diabetes and high cholesterol run in my family and I don’t want to be victim to these diseases. Your new program may be just what I need to get off the plateau!

I am a 35 year old dance major. My metabolism has slowed down and I’m trying my best to keep up with all the beautiful young dancers and their slim althletic bodies. I’m losing this war. After reading your informative emails over these past weeks, your methods make a lot of sense. Cut anything out, whether it’s fat or carbs or even both, chances are a person trying to lose fat will have a difficult time. It’s unfortunate that most popular diets preach this. I believe you need a little of everything, including carbs and fats, but as your articles and audios have stated, eat them during a specific time of day or after intense exercise. I have heard of losing fat by doing short intense reps of excercise with short recovery in the past. I believe this is how most athletes train, especially sprinters. I forgot about this method when I exercised. I was among the sheep who would exercise on the elliptical/treadmill for 45 minutes receiving little results. I’ve always exercised, but I still had fat over the muscle I developed. I am excited to try your program so I can get rid of my stubborn fat!

I am a 52 year old editor and translator from Croatia. I gained 40 pounds during my 4 pregnancies and long periods of breastfeading, and the next 20 pounds from the yo-yo effect of low calorie dieting. I’ve tried every single diet I came across, I worked out, I jogged, I swam, and did everything I could possibly think of. The results always lasted only for a short period of time. My body would start accumulating fat again after a few weeks and in the long I always ended up heavier than before.

I have been trying to lose my “baby” fat for over 25yrs..my youngest is 27, LOL. I’ve tried all kinds of exercise and going to the gym doesn’t cut it for me time wise. I would like the free copy so I can begin to exercise properly & burn fat 24/7. I do plenty of exercise, so much I’m sore & achy afterwards, but this hasn’t burned the fat or reduced my bellyfat. While I have more muscle, the extra mass doesn’t seem to have increased my metabolic burn rate.

I am a french Canadian, so excuse my english mistakes if any. I am a 54 years old woman and I suffer a lot from my obesity. I am actually 250 pounds for 5’2″. I have had a stroke in may 2003 and suffer from diabetes since the last 15 years. I am taking insulin since December 2010 and I have gained an extra 20 pounds since. I have tried to loose weight and quit all diets after a few days. I have a hard time because I have to cut all junk foods (french fries, hot dogs, potatoe chips…). I love bread, rice and pasta. I am doing efforts to eat whole grain bread in the morning, the least rice and pasta possible and I added lots and lots of vegetables to my diet. I am still having a hard time to loose any weight. I am a secretary and am not working since last April because I have tendinitis of my two thumbs and right shoulder. I am becoming more and more a “couch potatoe” as I hardly can do any sport or exercise. I know I could walk but I am so heavy that it is hard for me too. Please help me. Thanks in advance

Hey , Here we go , I am 59 I have had a lot of problem with weight , I’ve had 9 blocked artries, 1 heart attac, high blood pressure, colesterol,blood sugar,lower back problems .At this point in life I am 260 lbs. 5’8″ The more I try to get the weight off the more I gain . Please Help.

I am admittedly clueless about just how to make my plea stand out from all of the others. But I want this program enough to give it a try. So……. why should I get 24/7 Fat Loss for free? For one thing, I will “represent” (meaning I’ll do it justice and not let you down).
