I would love to try the 24/7 program. I have loss 45 lbs now, even with my thyroid issue, and have struggled to loose the 23 lbs left. I work out 5-6 days a week and have not been able to loose anymore. This is the program that will help me move forward to a healthier body and better eating habits that I so need. Thanks for considering me!
It’s perfect for me because I am ready, willing and able to follow this program to the max. I am committed to doing what it takes to finally lose those 20 lbs that I have had since puberty. BMI says I am 20 lbs over weight. I have tried it all. I need this program prove it can be done.
I would love to win: I am 47 years old, have about 30 pounds to lose. I love to exercise, but don’t get to every day. I usually eat healthy, but desire my treats. This program will be perfect for me, it will show me how to exercise more efficiently/effectively, and how to eat better. I have tried several other programs, yours seems to be a COMPLETE system that seems to incorporate exercise. diet and mindset. I am hoping that could make the difference for me.
I am totally blind have high blood pressure kidney diisease, and high colestrol due to a blood disorder and need and need this program to disipline me with right eating habilts and exercese so I can get off all medications and be healthy again.. I am a 64 year old female that use to weigh 450 lbs and am now down to 224.8. I have lost all that weight but need something more now. I need to get rid of the over 100 lbs of fat that is in my body. I have lots of health problems but working on the weight to make myself more healthy. I am the sole caregiver for my husband that needs to lose some weight too. He has wears a prosthesis on his right leg, he has had a liver transplant and has been a diabetic since the transplant. I feel that this program would benefit both of us and would get the fat away from our abdominal areas. I have worked very hard to get over 200 lbs off my body but need something new to get the rest off. Thank you. Eve
Though I was way too skinny when I was young, I always had a “belly”. I hate it! Always have! Now, no longer skinny, my belly is still the part of me I hate. I eat extremely healthy, but I can’t lose any weight or my belly even though I eat the foods like avocado you’re supposed to eat to have a smaller belly. Hoping you’ll share the secret of what we’re all doing wrong, and hope it isn’t one specific exercise that I can’t do.
Joel & Craig-
Thanks for this opportunity. Based on the information shared so far, your program sounds great and is just what I need. I am staring down the barrel of 40 and recently had a baby. I want to be around to walk her down the aisle. I have been overweight my whole life, 230 lbs at 13 years old close to 300 now. I have “dieted” successfully in the past losing 70 lbs but did it all the wrong way and over the years have no doubt “broken” my metabolism. I religiously track my calories eating roughly 2200 calories a day and workout 4-5 days per week but the weight clings on to me like a cancer.
I have all of the symptoms of “metabolic syndrome” pre-diabetes, BMI in the high 30’s, waist well over 40 etc.
I have the motivation and dedication and you have the system. It would be an honor to be one of your great success stories.
thanks
Thank you for all the tips and info that you have sent so far. They are easy to understand and all makes sense.
Me and my wife are both overweight, the heaviest we have been all our life. We wanted to change our ways for our 5 year old son, as all parents wanted to be able to keep up and be there when their child grows up.
Your program has been proven to be life-changer for others and we’re grateful to have the chance to change ours. – Rick of NZ
38 year old male with a desk job. It’s not that I don’t (usually) eat a healthy balanced diet or go to the gym, but with two young kids, the opportunity and time for focused exercise is limited and it shows.
This might be what I need to change the dietary habits and give me back the body I want to have (and used to!) as well as give me more energy to chase after the kids.
You know just how to get people buzzing and rocking. That’s awesome and fantastic!
Ok. I know this aint no sucking-up competition. You want winners, or is it big losers? But no suckers, right?
Your updates were super-cool – precise, concise, effective, simple and seductive. One masterful build-up. I’m primed, excited, lured, enticed and totally overwhelmed. I need those secrets. Real bad!
You got me off me fat…(it’s a secret) and I am ready to get back to a healthy lifestyle – in top shape for summer – with renewed hope, fat to burn and impetus to learn.
A ready loser! Yeah! Ready to get it off… Lose it, drop it, shed it, shred it and rip it to be lean and mean.
If you share your secret with me for free, I will be indebted to you eternally (Oops! Finances! Sorry!).
Many comments, tough crowd, so why me? When I look down in horror and see the lard, I know I’ll really have to work very hard. Your secrets will surely not go amiss, so be a good man and please say yes!
You’ve proven and shown, you can raise the dead, because it’s just those secrets going round in my head. I’m just shy of 50, feeling cool bout my life, but if I could lose some, I’ll score big with the wife!
Your secrets will help me and by Jove I will use it – please accept my request, dear Joel – don’t refuse it!
I have learned so much already from Joel’s programs, and I know Craig is a respected master of his field, too. So I’m totally stoked about a program from both of you! I need one – I have 2 year old twins and I need all my energy to keep up with them! Plus I want to set a good example for them for life, and be there for life – I was 44 when I gave birth to them.
Good afternoon,
I have been struggling with weight for the last 14 years. Recently I have reached a boiling point due to the possibility of losing my job in the military. My determination has been helpful, but it only gets me so far. I want to get to the next level and keep my job defending our freedom. Hoo-Yah!
Hi, I was diagnosed with under active thyroid back in march and I’m currently on thyroxine. over the last year I went from 12 stone to 13 1/2 stone in 9 months and have tried everything to shift the weight I put on before being diagnosed to no avail! I have always been a fit active person and dispite my weight gain I’m still relatively fit. I already eat a healthy diet most of which you would approve but I just stay the same dispite exercising cardo 4 times a week! perviously if I’d put weight on I could lose 3-4lbs a week doing what I’m doing! HELP PLEASE!
Hi Craig and Joel,
I’m 36 year old male. 6′ 243 lbs. I grew up playing sports all the time and even got to play football at a D2 college. I never had a problem with weight until I graduated from college and got an office job. Over 12 year, my workouts became more sporadic and finally quit for 6 months due to a torn quad muscle. The problem is I still eat like a 20 year old football player. I put on 60 lbs since college. This of course has negatively affected my health, my sleep, and my self-esteem.
A month ago I started Craig’s TT Bodyweight workouts and have tried to cut back on what I eat. I’ve lost 10 lbs. I work out in the mornings before work because it’s the only time each day I can guarantee I can do it, and it doesn’t interfere with family time.
I need 24/7 Fatloss for the nutrient and eating timelines. So I can eat better meals and eat things at the right time of day. I also want to learn Metabolic Resistance training and look forward to the new workouts. I don’t need to lift heavy for football anymore. I just need to burn a lot of fat and get into shape. That’s been a hard change for me mentally. All through high school and college is was always “how much can you bench or squat?” That doesn’t really matter anymore.
I work as an engineer, so I’m used to following things in detail. I look forward to starting your new program. Thanks!
I would love your program as I have tried so many others with little results. I have gained alot of weight in the last couple of years and it makes me hate myself. I would love to feel better about myself again.
I turned to food in middle school when some family issues really affected me. I gained weight and was completely unhappy. Three years ago I motivated myself to lose 60 pounds by my wedding day and was the happiest and healthiest I’ve ever been. After some heart issues and blows to my motivation, I’ve gained it all back, plus some, and am now 24, 5’6” and 230 pounds. I need to lose this weight to find happiness again and be there for my family. In May I will graduate as a Nurse Practitioner and I really don’t want to be an obese hypocrite to my patients! I also hope to have children in the next 2-3 years and it’s not safe at my current level of health. I am an educated woman, but most of the weight loss advice out there is not for long-lasting healthy changes. Please help me start my lasting lifestyle change with your 24/7 program! Thank You! -Heather-
Hi I am a 50 y.o. male with a body fat percentage of 10% and have been looking for over a year now for a way to get my body fat down to 5% or below. I have switched from standard weight training and started T.T. training and believe that the new 24/7 solution maybe the thing that will help achieve my goals.
Thank you kind regards ~ David
I am still as passionate as Joel is!! I would love to be given the opportunity to try this regime but with only ten being given away its a tough call.
As they say in shrek “pick me pick me please” well worth a try and good luck to those who win.
I am in a workout class of women 50 years of age or more. Before each class we shall our relevant health tips. Some remain tips and others are incorporated in our daily instructions. I feel your program would be a plus to our “goal to live longer” activities.
I’m 61 and I currently weigh about 335 at 6’2″. Eleven years ago I was up to 430 and decided to eat better and exercise to get healthier. Since then, I’ve yo-yo’d between 320 and 370 and I’m currently in a losing cycle. Without knowing your system, I have already employed some of the eating and exercise techniques that I’ve seen in your posts. The older I’ve gotten, the harder it is to lose and that is discouraging. If I were to receive a free copy, it would mean that YOU were making an investment in ME. That would be a tremendous boost and I would feel like I needed to honor your commitment to me with a stronger commitment to myself. I don’t want to die a fat man.
Any advise for me in relation to an underactive thyroid would be must appreciated! Many see it as an excuse people use!… trust me its no excuse… I eat healthy and train pretty well, and being a 32 year old male I’m way too young to be a fatty! thanks
At 63, I’ve beat cancer twice and have had bypass surgery. But now I’ve developed A-fib that is really messing with me. Doctors encourage me to lose weight and have cleared me for any kind of exercise, but don’t have any real idea about what to do. 24/7 would give me the DETAILS that I need so I have a program I can follow! I’ve fought back before and am ready to do it again. My wife and I have plans for a two week cruise next spring to celebrate our 45th anniversary. I’d love to be able to lose that 60 pounds that would let us enjoy that trip as much as we’ve hoped to.
Hi Joel and Craig: this program would be great for me because i am in a stagenof my training that i need this information to finally dial in my phisique. Greetings.
I am a 21 year old student athlete, starting my personal training certificate and hope to be able to share my knowledge and benefit my clients health, as well as my own, to be honest.. Through personal research I have been able to teach friends and family, and I hope to take this to a larger scale by creating my own personal training company. I have implemented the dieting timing of fats/protein/carbs and although it isn’t easy, it has definitely given me some results. I hope to continue seeing what other knowledge I can learn from your program. Thank you for reading,
