My husband and I have been working very hard to lose weight and make lifestyle changes. We have come within 10 and 15 pounds of our goal weight. We exercise regularly and now are rethinking our dietary needs. Actually, everything we thought we knew about a good diet is quickly changing. We are committed to keeping an open mind and learning about how a balanced diet, not restrictive diet, is the key to finally losing the unwanted fat and extra weight once and for all.

I have tried so many other programs that claim to burn fat and then don’t. I am in my 40’s and finding it harder and harder to get lean and stay lean. I run & weight train regularly and eat healthy, but that does not seen to work like it used to. I have been a single father for 9 years. Over a year ago I met a wonderful woman with 4 children. We all moved in together and have one big happy family. In this time I have been promoted to Principal/CEO of a high school. I am finding I am not able to be as focused as I once was with my training. I have put on some lbs and would like to take off about 15 lbs before I have knee surgery in late January.

I am a young 50’s male who recently changed careers and am now a certified personal trainer. I am am relatively good shape for a baby boomer but still have room for improvement. I want to serve as inspiration to other baby boomers struggling with the autumn of life syndrome, but I need this program to get to that level. OK, I was reading the 24/7 fat loss report again and I am so excited to see what the total system has to offer! I have worked hard and used your cheat your way thin program, but I have this stubborn belly fat that just won’t go away! My body has changed, the definition alone is amazing to me, I always thought I was an endomorph!

I’m 62. 5’11”, 245 lbs. Never been thin. Two years ago I stopped smoking after 40 years. I developed serious osteoarthritis in my lower spine about 4 years ago. So a pretty active schedule (lots of tennis and gym) changed drastically. Now I’m back on track. I’ve lost 36 lbs. in 8 months but I’m at a plateau. Your plan sounds like a dream to me…I believe in the principles and especially want to add the workouts to my routine since so far it’s been all diet. By the way…the tennis is back:)

I’ll keep it short and to the point. I’m 53, recently discovered I have some heart issues and need a program thats truthfull and works.

Being a 20-something woman, my figure is very important to me. I refuse to diet because I know that they won’t work in the long run (and to be honest, I like my chocolate and pizza too much!!) I’m not overweight, I’m just kind of “soft”, I feel flabby.

So many “quick” fixes to losing weight are offered from so many inexperienced gurus. You two are the real deal. You have the experience and knowledge to prove it. Also, your programs are concise and easy to understand. I am 41 and have been battling my weight gain for the past 12 years. Would appreciate the opportunity to succeed with your program.

This is the only diet that I have read about that actually sounds like I could follow for the rest of my life. I tried Atkins and although it it worked for a little bit I could not stay away from carbs for ever. I am 28 and need to get in better physical condition because I will be taking the FDNY exam in March and although I have been exercising a lot, nutrition has always kept me back. As a 38 year old mother of 3, I need to watch out for my whole family. My husband and I are both active, but can’t seem to bring down the scale. Both of our fathers have survived strokes and I don’t want to put my kids through that scare.

This program would be perfect for both me and my wife we both have been trying to lose our weight and have lost about 20lbs but have hit a plateau. We have 2 boys over in Afghanistan and they are due back around the 1st of the year, we both want to surprise them with our weight loss. I think that this program would be absolutely perfect for me. I am struggling with my body composition after I had my second child. I eat very clean for most of the time, I stopped eating breads, rice and pastas, I am trying to eat healthy fats, cook everything I eat, but my weight stays pretty much the same and what’s worse, my body measurements go up little by little. At this point I’m absolutely desperate and need your help.

Though many would think that the comments you’re expecting to read involve really deep and troubling words about how bad they feel with their bodies and how much they crave a healthy life, I’m going in another direction. My honest reason, for which I think this program will be of great use to me is the following: I want to look great… ripped, skinny and, at the same time, be able to eat all kinds of food (giving myself treats once in a while). That’s my reason, I know that you have probably learnt a lot about fitness for what I’ve been reading in your mails, so I just know this book is the key for developing the body I want to have.

For the last 15 or so years I have struggled with that roller coaster ride that ultimately leads to the dreaded beer gut, after many tried and failed diet experiences I finally understand that how you put food and excersise together has a major effect on weight loss and overall health. Thanks to you guys the light is on, someone is home and really understanding as to what works. Yes I am the guy who has spent endless hours doing boring cardio, starved myself on calorie restrictive diets and given up in frustration after a couple of months of not seeing the results, finally a system that makes sense, and the support I need to succeed, this time is my time to shine! Well done!

Life seemed to take a dive for me after I had my son (2008)which is weird because my kids are one of the greatest inspirations in my life. My husband left us, we lost our house, and a lot of other things etc.. but I also lost my motivation. I have since regained some but losing say, an extra 20 pounds of fat would do a wonder for my self confidence right now and that’s exactly what I need to turn my life around and kick butt!!
