I have 3 beautiful children, one with special needs. 2 years ago, I was so depressed over all the baby weight and really commited to getting my weight and health under control… and I made good strides… I lost 35 lbs (of the 50 I wanted to) in about 5 months… all through eating right and exercising 2x/day, strength and cardio HIIT. This year has been the mother of all bad years with the loss of 3 very close family/friends and the company I had worked for over 13 years collapsed. It was all on me to lay everyone off and close it all down. I stopped working out and ate whatever was there and fast. I’ve basically put all 35lbs back on. I need a new path, desperately. Thanks.

I’m a 63-year-old female who is 5′ 1″ and weighs 183 pounds. I’ve struggled with my weight since I was a teenager. I’ve lost weight and gained most of it back several times over, but now I can’t lose it anymore. My self-esteem is low and it is affecting my relationship with others. I don’t know what to do! Just recovering from two major surgeries and the period leading up to them was forced idle time for any meaningful exercise. So, I packed on the pounds, but I have also learned from your material that I was not eating right even though I thought I was. I want to get back where I was or even better for increased fitness, energy, and stamina.

i’m a college student and with this program i can reach my goal to a lean body, be able to sinc my nutrition life with my workout and burn fat in 24/7. At the same time have support for my self, since is hard to get when people dose’t know why your doing this.

Well, let’s see. I started with Charles Atlas, Joe Weider and on it went. Things worked well for a while but tailed off. Then came isometrics, running (cardio only) aerobic sessions, 3 sets of 10 what evers 3 times a week with bowflex, total gym and/lor body lastics. After I turned 60 stuff just didn’t work that well anymore and I’ve tried ’em all. Now, I’m crowding 70 and am still looking…help me end the search?

I have been a yo-yo dieter all my life. I think I have lost and gained the same 50 pounds over and over, plus adding a few. I have tried all the weight loss programs out there with the same result – weight loss followed by weight gain after getting off the program. Something has got to change!! I am 45 years old and I want to be in the best shape I can be in for my grandkids, when they arrive. Help!!

I really would like to get a copy because I have and will follow this diet. I’m really wanting to lose some weight but, not sure where to start. I have gone up and down for several years and followed diets to the T. After kids it hard to lose the weight I was like in model shape before kids…. Needs help really bad :(

I’m in an international recording group, and 56 years old. NO ONE wants to see a fat old man on stage playing rock and roll! I’ve been fighting this weight for about 10 years now, ever since I had an abdominal operation, combined with underactive thyroid, and bad diet. I’ve been working out for about 6 weeks now, and still am not seeing the lb’s fall off, of which i need to lose about 60-70. What I’ve read so far in your blogs has been very inspiring, and maybe i can be on my way to a new healthier me, before we do our European Tour in December.

I an a NEW diabetic and I NEED help! Both my parents died from diabetes so I really need to figure this out. I need help from the “diet guru” and the metabolism “maven” I have a horrible habit of eating chocolate or handfulls of carbs on the way to bed. PLEASE pick MEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!

Joel and Craig, I am in the Army National Guard. I’ve always been a fit individual, but I struggle with my weight, I can lose it but it will eventually find me again. I’m 44 and it seems like the last couple of years have been harder than others at losing weight, and I’m sure it’s my metabolism. When Jon Benson turned me onto your 24/7 Fat Loss System, I though to myself this is the ticket to the fat loss that I’ve been looking for! This will help me lose the fat and maintain the muscle mass I need to do my job and keep up with the young guys.

I’m stuck in a rut & tired of the same old routines. I desperately need a change as my body has hit a plateau

About 4 years ago I had 2 trainers working with me – one on my nutrition and supplementation and the other on strength training. For 8 months I did everything I was asked to – I ate 6 meals a day and took handfuls of supplements; worked out every day and in the end lost a total of 4lbs. Yes, that is correct, 8 months – 4lbs. Discouraged doesn’t even cover what I have felt.

Since then I’ve been emotionally paralyzed by the thought of putting everything I have into trying again and have slid 40lbs further down the rabbit hole. I now have 90lbs to lose.

My life is stress filled. In the last 4 years I’ve had a number of difficult personal tragedies to work through. Today, things are turning around. I received a big promotion at work; I’m looking to buy my own home and I’m moving on from the challenges of recent years ready to face a better future.

I’m 61 years old, formerly a world class athlete who has crept up from optimum weight of 187 to about 230. I hate it but never seem to be able to lose the weight of which its pretty much all in the gut (read as fat). I try to eat healthy but because of my job (sit all day) and am mentally fatigued whene I get home, get very little exercise. Vicuous circle. I now am on extended leave for one year (by choice) and have vowed to change lifestyle and lose 40-45 lbs and never go back once there. I have read many of your notes and instructions not to mention the booklets and heard the videos. As a healthcare provider it is important that any program that I utilize is healthy. Your program seems sound and very healthy. I have reached my mid-fifties and just finished my Doctorate. I need to revive my healthy eating habits and my consistent exercise habits. I have little free time and like what I have read about the 24/7 program. I would utilize this and share it with those that look to me for professional advise on wellness.

I am about to turn 40, and have been half-heartedly trying to lose weight for years. Honestly, I never really lost the baby weight from 21 years ago, and I feel like I missed out on my time to “look good”. At my present weight of 225, I not only dislike the way I look, but I don’t feel well. While I try to stay active, I have a fused ankle joint from an injury when I was 25 that severely limits what types of activities I can do. Reading through the report and the initial materials that have been sent out, this is the first diet plan that really seems to make sense to me and sounds “do-able”. Between my hectic work schedule, commuting, and all the things that need to be done at home, I really need to make the most of what time I do have to exercise. The 24/7 plan sounds perfect.

I need this information, because my wife is under a lot of pressure at work and therefore very tired most of time. This has led her to giving up hope for ever getting back to the shape she wants to be in. I don’t mind, I love her, but it’s eating up her inside. And that affects me, too, because she’s not happy with herself. Now that the kids have moved out, we’d be able to do something about this together.

Get up at 3:15 am for work and don’t get home until 5:30 pm .Need anything that can help without any wasted time.

There is so much I can say to sugar coat this to make it sound better than what it is. We all have our challenges and setbacks in life. Our ability to persevere, is what separates us from the rest. I need this program! Not only for myself, but, to gain the knowledge to empower others around me to take the initiative and invest in their most important asset – Their own body!

I would really like a copy. I have tried various diets and lose weight fine, but have not been able to keep weight off over time. I would like to be able to address the metabolic issue behind the results. Thanks for the work you have done to get this together.

My main concern (at 67 yrs) is my health….I want to be as healthy and fit as possible so that my “sunset” years are optimal. So many people who’ve retired are in poor health and only get progressively worse…and become a burden to their families, wind up in a nursing home, and are on numerous medications. I’ve determined that this will NOT happen to me….and your program is THE answer….it makes the most sense of ANY that I have researched and it is totally “do-able.” It will enable me to increase my volunteer time, “give” more to others, and help anyone I can.
