I’d like to help others lose fat and get fit with the least amount of effort. The more I know, I figure, the more I can help. People seem to be packing on more and more weight on average (with fat) and it’s just scary, especially when it’s friends and family. My gut feeling is that with a few simple changes, it doesn’t have to be this way. So I’d love a free copy essentially so I can put the information to use to help other people if they want it — and direct them to you for the full system if they’re really serious about making a life-altering change.
My story is fairly short. Last year, I decided to become more active. I started doing exercise classes. I grabbed P90X and Insanity. My running became more serious. I wasn’t fat when I started by any stretch of the imagination, but I definitely had some extra fat and my body was nowhere near any level of toned. When I started, my body fat hovered around 14-15%. A few months later and it was around 11% and has been hovering between the 10-12% range ever since. During that time, I’ve become increasingly interested in nutrition and the simplest ways to maintain a fit and healthy body. I’m all about getting the most out of the least amount of effort, and it sounds like this program is based around that concept.
Having read all of your daily, informative updates, I know this is the perfect time and the perfect program for me! I will follow your detailed program for nutrition and exercise exactly. I need to lose 100 pounds, of which I have managed to lose the first 10 pounds walking 6.5 to 8.5 miles daily for about a month now. By following your dietary routine, I will ensure that I’m always optimally eating protein + carbs, or + healthy fats, in the correct amounts to optimize the fat-burning process. I need your exercise program to motivate me to do the fat-burning-optimizing, short-intensity drills. I’m retired, so this is my top, my #1, priority! When I reach my goal weight (and optimal health), my son and I will hike, bike and swim in New Zealand and/or Australia. In advance, thank you for selecting me as well as for making all this invaluable information, help and support available to everyone! Our lives and health are truly priceless and precious!
Y this will benefit me is because I’m tired of dieting and feeling hungry all the time, loosing weight and then gaining it back so quickly too,and now I have reached a serouis plateau too which I cannot break no matter wht a I do ,I need help….
Thank you for the opportunity to win this fabulous program. I am a 46 year old mother and wife. I stand only 5 ft tall and have had to watch my weight from day one. As a result of having several knee surgeries on both knees in the early 80’s it is difficult for me to do certain exercises. I have tried every diet under the sun and up until just about 5 months ago after reading and purchasing some of your programs realized that I was sabotaging my metabolism by restricting my calorie intake to almost nothing. I have been eating better and healthier as well as waking at 5:00 am 4 days a week to follow some of your youtube videos and exercise. I feel that the 24/7 program would help me shed the unwanted weight and live a healthier happier life! Last but not least I AM DEDICATED!!!!
Hi – Thank you for offering your fabulous information to 10 winners! I am border line diabetic my doctor has told me that I MUST loose weight. I have been following the tips in your free newsletter and have lost 3 pounds so far! I am a female approaching 50 years old and the weight will not budge, no matter what I do or try! My doctor has told me that if I do not get my weight and blood sugar down via diet she will have no other alternative than to put me on oral diabetic med. I don’t want to take meds. Again, thank you for all the free tips and this contest.
I was in the Marines and was as fit as they come. Since then I have had several desk jobs, surgeries/injuries which kept me from working out as I needed to, etc. I guess I could make excuses all day, but I have no one to blame but myself. Over the years I have let myself go, using food as a crutch and as a sort of emotional teddy bear soothing my stress and other feelings of inadequacy. I have tried nearly every diet out there with some short term results, but nothing long term. When I got off of those diets I gained all the weight back and more. I need to get back on track. When I got divorced my wife said one of the reasons was my weight. It has been four years and I want to start dating again, to feel good about myself again. I want to stop wasting my life sitting on the couch. I want to be healthy. I want to do something about. Don’t get me wrong, this is not meant to be a sob story. I can find a positive message in any life situation. When people ask me how I am doing, I say “I’m living the dream”. But I want to actually live the dream, I want to be healthy, to help my daughter lose weight and be healthy too; she has weight issues as well. I feel this program can help jump start the new me.
I think this program will be just what I need. I am 48 & it seems like the weight is just piling on no matter what I do. Your plan seems detailed, but very easy to follow. I really need something that just spells it all out & keeps my attention!
I really can’t wait to get started on the24/7 weight loss system.
hi i belive that i absolutely need this program due to my diabilities due to brain surgery 4 years ago. i go to the doctors evey 4 months and get yelled at for being overwieght and the only exercise he recommends is running. also i get blood tests every month and due to fat all over my body the nurses can never find my veins causing them to have to stick me 2 or 3 times everytime. i also have mri’s where i gret a Iv in my wrist and usually my whole arm is bruised by the end of it due to the nurses no being able to find my veins
I am constantly striving to improve my health, fitness level, and diet. I’m always on the lookout for new & effective strategies that complement my current regimen and expand my knowledge to continually be elevating me to that “next level”. Since discovering 24/7 Fat Loss and reading some of the tips and concepts the system is based around. I can see that this program is in sync with my current beliefs and strategies, while adding a lot I didn’t know and showing me the adjustment and improvements I can make to get me where I want to be.
At 63 years of age its hard to keep the pound off especially when every gimmmick you try never works. It would be great to learn how to eat right and work your excess weight off!!!!!
Hi -I need this system as I just had my second child and am having a really hard time dropping the weight I have gained. It is important for me to be able to keep up with my two boys and I would need to lose the excessweight weight keep up with my 3 yr old. I would love to feel good again and be there for my family without the side effects of the extra weight.
Thank you for consideration!
Is this a random draw? If so, I am in.
If not, then I probably won’t win. Just simply looking to lose fat. This seems a good program for that.
No big sob story like some others. Sorry.
I need to lose @ least 75 pounds and I am not getting any younger … I am 48 and weight 250 lbs … I really need to lose this weight before I turn 50 … I pastor and I think that we should try and get our bodies in good condition, so I plan to start our church on a journey to health … Thanks, Bobby
I am a female in my early 40’s, A Tosca Reno in the making, if you will. I started bodybuilding 7 months ago, knowing that I needed to lose 40lbs or more simultaneously. I have been quite successful up to this point. I have worked out consistently and I have eaten better than I have in my whole life. I am seeing definition in the arms and my abs and like what I see in the mirror. But I have hit a plateau and for 8 weeks have stayed the same. I know that in order to keep losing, from what I have read, I will have to decrease my caloric intake since I am now 25lbs lighter but I cannot fit it into my diet. It is causing me to crave carbs a lot and sabotaging my goals. I consume app. 1100 calories a day and feel to cut even more would not only starve me but my hard earned muscles as well. I need to know a better way. I continue to work out, hoping it will correct itself to no avail. I know my diet is 80% of any bodybuilding routine so I know how important it is for my journey thus I am determined to continue on. I’ve read every report you have so kindly sent out and hope that 24/7 will be the answer I have been searching for.
I am a fitness consultant/Instructor and I work in a local fitness facility. Our members range in age from 16 to 80+. One of the things I do is body composition analysis and follow it up with nutrition guidelines and exercise program design. A good portion of the people I see need to lose fat and this program would be such a great tool for helping me help our members. I hope to win it so that I can expand my base of knowledge. I have been subscribing to you newsletter for quite a while and truly enjoy them.
@ Joel Marion:
Ok, I have to win this!
I´ve been in healthy weight almost whole adult life (even after havin 3 babies in a row), but within last year and a half I have gained 20 kg:s (about 44 pounds) and I´m lost. I have been active before, I love free weights and kettle bell training but for some reason I just can´t get my weight down. It´s affecting my life, I don´t like myself anymore, I want to be fit again! When reading about your method it made sense, this is not another “trick”, not another “diet” but a change in lifestyle. I´m now 36 years old, working-studying mom and I know I am worth one copy. I can give you proof if I win- for sure I will stick to the plan and change my life for good. I could be your inspiration project :)
I’m very concerned about my husband I love him very much. In the last few months he is having heart palputions, his blood sugar is high they are dignosing him as a diebitic, high blood pressure, and his feet sometimes swell. He is over weight big time. So I am hoping this program can get his weight down and maybe that will help with some of the these problems he is coming up with. I want him to be healthier so we can enjoy the rest of our future together. Our children are both in college so our eating habits have changed already but this program would help more.
@ Joel Marion:Cause nothing else has worked !!!
In 3 months my first child will be born…a girl! While I can’t begin to describe how excited I am about this addition to our family, I know there will be a lot of hard work, responsibility and reduction in free time ahead. Health and fitness is extremely important to me and I worry that such a lifestyle change, combined with working 10-12 hour days will have a negative impact on my fitness goals. I need a precise action plan to maximize my time spent working out and burning fat while away from the gym, especially since I won’t be seeing one as often. The program you created seems like a perfect fit for my situation and new lifestyle. I really look forward to having an opportunity to try it. Thanks so much!
I’m in a 6 pack competion with a coworker that ends December 1 and I need to lose that last bit of fat around my stomach.
Iam 67 years old and have been useing Dr. Atkins diet with some pretty good results in the wieght loss area but would like to have any helpful additional info. and like what I have seen so far. This may be my last chance to effect a major change in my body composition. My doctor told me I couldn’t do any body building due to my age to which my responce was you just watch me quack.
I’m 69 years old and am in excellent health, except for being about 25#s overweight. Carbohydrates have been my nemesis; Atkins works well, but I don’t think it’s healthy for me to do long term. I’m so curious about what exercises you would recommend. I’ve never been good about working out at the gym.
As a 64 year old, I require this system to aid me in reducing my BMI reading from the overweight/obese border to something approaching normal.
