WOW, I am so impressed with your FREE report. :) I’d love to win the 24/7 Fat Loss System. I am a 38 year old mom of three beautiful children. Now is the time for me to get my rear in shape. I have been a diabetic for 14 years (both my parents and all my siblings are diabetics – genetics suck) and have an unexplained increased heart rate for the past year (on meds) and need to lose around 50lbs. Yep, 50lbs!!! I’m always looking for a way to lose the fat. About 4 months ago I joined a boot camp class with some friends and they all lost weight – oh, but not me! Only lost 1 inch in my waist but gained 5lbs – UGH!!! I’ve even cancelled several appointments with my endocrinologist because I don’t want him to yell at me about the weight gain. I am extremely embarassed. I’ve gained 20lbs. since my last dr. visit with him. Your systems would be great for my entire family. I need the 24/7 fat loss because I have little free time with three kids and their activities, but most of all I need it for good health and to live longer and be there for my kids, grandkids, etc.!!
We’re going to make this post extremely quick and easy.

I am currently 6 stones overweight and would love to win your programme and would love to appear on your website as one of your sucess stories. I have just become a gran so want to stick around and be a gran they can be proud of and share this with all my work collegues.

This sounds like something my husband & I can do together and make some headway! It is just too hard to give up everything and always leads to slipping back to old habits. This sounds like it could be the “lifestyle change ” that could really work!
me and my girlfriend are going to have sex for the first time and i want to be in the best shape possible for the best girl in the world , she deserves it .
Oct. 8 2010 I lost my left hand and most of the muscle in my arm during a motorcycle accident. Confined to bed for 6 wks, I lost 30 lbs – lots of it was muscle. I am working hard to regain my strength but can’t seem to shed actual fat no matter how hard I workout (see web link). This Tues. I’ll have my 13th surgery. My recovery time will be 2-3 months and I don’t want to get smaller AND fatter this time. I need strength and energy to heal. I have a goal: I work for an Army unit & was to deploy with them to Afghanistan in April. I want to join them as soon as possible. I have to get lean and mean :-) My motto is “Impossible is only an opinion – not a fact” so I know I can do it with the right knowledge. Teach me! :-)
I am sometimes feeling like an old man(55 years) in a young man’s game
(young offender secure facility) and need all the edge I can get to make sure my co-workers and I remain safe.
Thank You for this generous offer & opportunity. The idea of 24/7 Fat loss is very appealing & acquiring this knowledge is a gift that will continue to give beyond reaching our desired goals. Learning & implementing this information is empowering with the realization that given the proper tools any desired transformation is attainable. I am READY, WILLING & ABLE, so let’s GO.
Soon (January) my age will JUMP to 69…I hope to make THAT YEAR the BEST of my life…
Strange how we give our cars a TUNE UP or CHECK UP routinely to increase our chances for BETTER PERFORMANCE…
So it seems to me your PROGRAM could improve my performance…
HEY…if a check up is good enough for my car then it OUGHT to be GR8 for me…
Can’t argue with that….LOL….Hopefully.
Hi! My name is Cindy. I’m a 52 yr old nana who was recently diagnosed with high blood pressure. My dr had informed me that I needed to lose at least 20 lbs to get off the bp medicine. I had decided to sign up and walk when I fell smacking my right knee and leg to the concrete. Needless to say I haven’t been able to go walking. I want to be around to see my grandbaby grow up and losing weight and changing my eating habits are the best way to do this. I have always admired the people on the popular tv show biggest loser. I’d like to one day say I’m a biggest loser too…this program would mean everything to me. I work 2 jobs and just don’t take the time I need for myself. But I’m ready to start. Praying to be a winner
I have tried for the last 30 years to stay in shape after I quit playing competitive sports and have not been successful for any period of time. I really hope this is the program that will jump start my personal fitness change of life.
I am trying desperately to stay up with my 12 & 15 year old sons and know I have to do something to stay with them and hopefully this program is it. Thank you.
I was 104lb and went upto 160 after having my daughter. Trying to loose my weigh back to normal, I developed an eating disoreder in which landed me in the hospital. I almost lost my life. I went to therapy and was happy weighing 124lbs but now I am 150lb and feeling stressed out after trying everything. my biggest fear is having an eating disorder and not knowing how to stop. This will save my life. I believe this can be my solution.
Hi I am coming up to 70 and would like to try your system as it is a new approach to weight loss.Hope you don’t think i am too old to be considered for this challenge. i am fit for my age and keep active but am unable to lose that extra fat no matter how hard I try.
My daughter has started to self harm due to her weight and any help with her weight would be most welcome we cannot afford to buy you great program so her goes. I have managed to get her cycling and the odd run but we need more help in the diet and fat loss area I know with your help we could help to make her happy again
The true synergy of this program is blending “smart work” and “hard work” to acheive maximum results. This program is perfect for me because it fits my philosophy of exercise and diet being part of a balanced, informed lifestyle; rather than an obsession. My wife and I now have a 8-month-old daughter, meaning that efficient workouts and common-sense nutrition are just what the doctor ordered for maintaining the fitness level that is important to me. Probably the best reason I would say this program is a good fit is that I will actually put it into practice. My wife and daughter will thank you for a fit husband/daddy who can still give them the priority that they deserve.
I would really like to get this programme, as I am the person who keeps looking at the weight loss exercise and nuitrition programmes. I did a plan about eighteen months ago and lost quite a lot of weight and introduced an exercise programme but despite getting gym membership I found like you describe that it was hard to continue after the first few weeks. I believe the community part is the best way to go.
I was at 240lbs and now i am at 209lbs.i been stuck this weight for awhile.
Now being fit and having a healthier is my life..do hne others programs that work but always like trying different workout. Also i try to help others in losing weight and changing there life. Having this programs will not only benefit me but my friend and family. Having a gym at home has helped also self motivated in being fit and helping others. So at the end of the day i will reach my goal.
I have been searching the internet for a system that can transform me into the guy I use to be and came across 24/7 Fat Loss. I’m 43 and have been battling diabetes, high triglycerides, and high cholesterol as well as GERD. I needed to change the way I was eating and it helped a lot! I also have been trying to lose weight for 4 months and have done pretty well. I went from 241 to 203, but I need to do more. I have changed my diet and workout 5-6 days a week. I have plateaued at 203 and 18% BF for quite some time. So would I need a new strategy to make me into a 24/7 fat burning machine. I still will continue my quest no matter what happens, but I’m hoping that this program will make it easier and help me to maintain the lifestyle I want to live for the rest of my life.
Well, i never come across a book with so much complete information to loose weight and really makes sense! I feel this book is the missing peace that is really going to make the difference for me and my overweight family! when it makes sense, you’ll understand it and when you understand then comes the change. Thank you for that!
@ Joel Marion: Thanks and keep up the great, inspiring work!
I am a middle age fitness enthusiast. I have tried everything to loss my love handles. I believe 24/7 maybe the key.
As a 20-something year old girl, my body is important to me. I’m not a big girl by any means, but I don’t like feeling like i’m “flabby”. I flat-out refuse to diet because I know they won’t work in the long term – but this product seems to have sound, logical reasoning and I’d be more than willing to give it a proper go.
And when it works, I’m sure my boyfriend would be more than willing to give you a proper thanks.
Whether you find me worthy or not, I thank you for the tips and freebies you’ve given us all so far.
I’m 33 eat super clean and work out stuck at the same skinny fat guy image refeeds sounds awesome so does hitt cardio need a girlfriend cant do it with a beer gut!
Im not going to write and try to make you feel sorry for me because every person on this blog could probably write about some serious or not so serious issue they have. The reason I would like the program is because I want my daughters and my wife to realize that workingout is a great thing and being healthy for your loved one is more precious to them then you could ever imagine. My family means the world to me and I want all of us to be around a long time to share this incredible life.
No one should look at their body in the privacy of their own home, touch the folds of fat and despair. There shouldn’t be 3 different complete wardrobes of clothes, 1 for each size that you fluctuate through. The thought of being with a new partner and revealing yourself should never incite feelings of inadequacy, terror and grief. And yet, despite a life long commitment to diet and exercise, countless hours spent working out, functions and outings turned down because I am on yet another diet, I am, to my shame, obese. As a naturopath, I instruct people on how to live a naturally healthy life and yet, despite living my own convictions, my body is woefully unhealthy and a poor example to others. Medically and scientifically – your work has been 100% spot on. But the appeal lies in the structure, the simplicity and the compassionate way you communicate. When you learn new things, it is easier to have a plan. Step by step makes a system that works. Weight loss, to me, is not only a means to have a smoking hot body again (did I mention I was a fitness model for 15 years and now currently wear a size AU16?), and it’s not only a way to regain my health, but it’s empowering. Inspiring. It lifts your heart, your beliefs, your outlook and your spirit. Our bodies are meant to be fit and healthy and we should celebrate and revel in it. Thank you for being a source of information and hope.
I am a fit person trapped in a thick layer of fat . I m a 5′ 11″ , 295 pound dynamo .
