Thank you for this opportunity. I have been fighting the battle of the bulge for most of my life. As a 45 year old man, I have played the yoyo dieting and am extremely tired of it. I took off 120 pounds while in prison and kept it off for 3 years, then upon release, I found that I gained back my weight very quickly (80 lbs in 4 months) I continued gaining until I reached 350 pounds. In my opinion this program is the best because it works 7 days a week 24 hours per day. If you have to loose fat it must be continuous this make this program the best. I am a 42 yr old widowed mom of 1 beautiful college girl, and we both try to stay in good shape and eat right. We lost my husband, her father, when she was just 5 yr old and she started getting heavy soon after. She was almost 200 lbs her Jr yr of high school, then was ready to start eating healthy and working out and lost 66 lbs!!! I need it because I weigh 350 lbs, and have for a long time, and nothing I have done to lose weight has worked. I am now experiencing chest pains and shortness of breath and know that if I do not get my weight under control quickly I will not have to worry about it any more. The idea of focusing creating a fat burning body instead of limiting calories is the new Era of weight management. I use this approach daily om my clients here in Sweden. But I need the 24/7 fat loss program to enhance my results. As a personal trainer I need to “Walk the Talk” and my body needs to be “The Fat Burning Machine from Hell”

I am in my early 60’s and have found that each decade has made the “weight” problem harder and harder to control. I have successfully followed three separate diet programs over the past 12 years and have gotten to my target weight level. But then I return to the real world of eating and each time have not been able to maintain my desired weight. I need a program that does not include bought food, meetings, expensive costs that I can continue for the rest of my life successfully. I found you on the internet and love your approach. I am also interested in keeping my husband as healthy as possible-he has had a stroke and is unable to be very active; he also absolutely refuses to “go on a diet” so I need a program that seems like a normal routine that he will enjoy doing. Coming from a region where the predominant staples are carbs and fatty foods, I need this program to enable me to succesfully manage my weightloss by optimsing my workouts with my nutrition in such a way as to achieve maximum fittness results. Last week I would’ve told you all about me, about lupus and fibromyalgia make it almost impossible to lose the 20 kgs I piled on in 4 years… HOWEVER, today it’s about dearest hubby. After a serious, disabling accident as a firefighter, forcing an early, unfortunate retirement, training has become extremely challenging. Always having been an athlete, you can imagine the downward spiral having it all taken away.

I have been trying to lose fat for three years after the birth of my second child. I gained fifty pounds with my first, got back down to almost ten pounds to my before weight when I found out that I was pregnant again and gained another fifty pounds. I have lost some weight, but I know that my problem is consitency, and motivation. If I could find someway of being consitant then maybe I could be everything that my boys deserve. Happier, healthier and more energetic.

I injured my knee a few years ago and I’ve been working hard to try to loose wait and get stronger in order to keep practicing my favorite sports. I think this system would give me the last thing i need to achieve my goal and get back playing sport pain free!

Being diagnosed as insulin resistant and age 52, I’m out of time. I’ve become concious of the foods I eat and the exercise I get. Motivation is here. I’ve lost weight but need serious tools to help me stay off the road to diabetes.

My biggest difficulty with fat loss has been trying to work it into my life. I am so busy, I often feel like I don’t have time for a long workout. I want a system that incorporates diet as well as exercise – and provides a way to fit into my busy life.

In the past year and a half, I have gone from 230 pounds to 170 pounds. However, my belly has only gone from 49 inches to 38 inches. I would love to win one of the free 24/7 Fat Loss Systems. My entire life I’ve always been just a bit “overweight”. As a young girl, I was told “You are big boned”. It seems that I’ve been trying to lose 25 to 35 pounds for 48 years. I turn 49 this year with the BIG 50 next year and I’ve acquired the “middle muffin” now. I am a 41 year old, soon to be divorced and just enrolled for the first time, in college, in the criminal justice field.
