I will be turning 50 this month and I have never had to watch my weight before. I went to Cancun 2 years ago and I was at my ideal weight but it took going to the gym regularly. I’m a police officer and for the past few years I have been really active, taking good care of myself. The better shape that I am in the better I can serve my community. Earlier this year I was out for a couple of months due to a back injury. The problem is that I got used to sitting in my recliner and eating junk! I put on about twenty pounds. And the looking better part sure doesnt hurt either:)

As a 58 year old grandma and great-grandma, I look a lot older then I feel. Most of that is due to the fact that I am currently 70 pounds overweight. Slim and healty most of my life, that changed after suffering from chemical poisoning in 1995. One of the things I’ve been dealing with since then is a very sluggish thyroid that makes losing weight challenging. I really need a plan that will boost my metabolism in spite of my thyroid, and will help me build my muscle mass to where it was when I was younger. Hi, I have been dealing with type 2 diabetes for 4 years and I am having difficultty finding an excersice / weight control program that will help control and lower my AC1 numbers consitantly, keep me interested and motivated to work out every day and allow me to eat real food, not just vegetables….

Well first off i could use the fat loss. I am packing quite a keg on my stomache (but hey, better to bring a keg to a party then a 6 pack right?). But really my intention with this program is to better understand fat loss and the mechanics behind it. I am a solo mother (father up and left 3 months ago which has dropped my self esteem majorly) of two boys who are 3 and 1. I can’t seem to lose the 20 pounds that I’ve put on since my divorce. My kids are everything to me, but I can’t seem to find the energy to get off the couch to get out and do things with them. They’ve started to notice that chubby old dad is getting kinda boring. I’d love to have a copy of 24/7 so I can actually play soccer and football with my kids and not be wiped out in 5 minutes!
