I am a 37 year old father of 2 young boys. I grew up as an athlete and have been active most of my life and as such, never really dealt much with weight issues. Though I wasn’t eating healthy, I was young and constantly in motion so I was fortunate that I didn’t worry much about gaining weight. That said, 10 years ago when I got married and started having children, I found that staying in shape and keeping weight off was getting increasingly difficult. At 51 I run a business and am starting a new one – I don’t have time to research, develope and test a new method to loose belly fat, build muscle and improve my diet. My old methods are time consuming and from what I have been reading from you sometimes counterproductive. I’m 6′ 4″ and weigh 301. I should get down to 250 or less but I need a system – your system. Who knows what I could do and how I would feel if I were be able to change my life by dropping the weight and learning what foods to avoid and how to put together meals that are healthy and taste good.

I can put on muscle and increase my strength easily enough but reducing body fat requires far more planning and nutritional dedication. And thats just to lose fat. Try keeping your muscle and strength and also get ripped! That’s taking it to a new level. Also, the side effect of this is the cardiovascular health and performance enhancement – I don’t just want to look awesome, I want to be awesome.
I’m 48 years old, 5’4″ tall and over 300 #. I’ve had weight issues all my life, but they’ve never become as huge an issue as they have in the last several years. While I wish I were only trying to look better or to lose a few stubborn pounds, I am trying to lose weight to have a normal life. I have several health-related problems, but I will only address the most influential needs. All the extra weight I’m carrying is severely impacting my ability to work around the country which requires climbing and bending, walking and carrying, as well as dressing out in protective clothing. My basic ability to do these is severely impaired due to my weight and my asthma. These should not be affecting me as much as they do. I should not be out of breath from putting clothing or briskly walking for 60 seconds. While this difficulty in basic day-to-day efforts is quite limiting, there is another major health issue ahead. According to my doctor, I am also pre-diabetic, heading to join other family members as a diabetic (which just killed my mother a few months ago) if I don’t lose a lot of weight. I know my health and my work are at risk and I need help because I don’t see how this is likely to change without help. It is getting progressively worse and I need to make changes now before it gets even more difficult and while the diabetes can be prevented. You are my best chance to save my own life and have a normal life. Thanks for your consideration.
Just following your health tips made me start to feel strong and different from my usual coach potato type, what more if I get the chance to exercise and get fit with you! My mom had a stroke when I was just 13, so I made sure I would live healthy so my kids won’t feel helpless if they lose me for being unhealthy. I just turned a Granma and the thought of being one makes me more motivated to lead a very healthy life. I stopped smoking and eating fatty foods as I would like to be there for my granddaughter’s graduation and would like to walk her down the aisle with her dad, my son, on her wedding day and I am aware that the only way to realize that is to follow your health system and your 24/7 fat loss!

I’m a 57 year old male. Besides working full time I have just partnered with a colleague and started a Tackle Business. We do a lot of fishing from kayaks that can be very strenuous. We also do a lot of filming on the water to promote our products. Needless to say, having a full time job where you work 55 hours a week then having your own businees where you have to put in long hours can be a real drain. Hi im Audrey Rose I made a post earlier but not sure I went through. I love how ur helping people how to lose weight the rite way thats a wonderful thing. Im 34 & a mother of 2. I got diagnosed with fibromyalga among of alot of other medical problems its been really hard to deal with. I’ve gained 15lbs & can’t seem to lose it. I’ve cut out corn syrup, gluton, caffinee sugar, & prossesed food 4 about 4 months & I have lost nothing. I don’t know what else to do im frustrated. I also want to be able to teach my kids the rite ways to eat & exercise so they can be healty adults. I’ve tried everyting & don’t know what to do or were to go to ask for help. I tried to follow the 24/7 plan from the preview you offered & had a lot of trouble finding the right foods. I ended up only eating around 550 calories in an entire day. The next day I tried not to be so rigid and still only ate around 800 calories. I’m worried about what this is doing to my body simply from my lack of knowledge. I’m on the verge of giving up, but I want to stick it out if I can. My overweight body needs it, I need it, but I can’t let myself eat so little and exercise so much. (I just started exercising 2x/day, different types.) From the little I do know, I know that’ll produce worse results than how I was eating before.

I cannot say that I have struggled with weight like so many others. I am a typical ectomorph, 40 yrs old, 6’2″ 175 and less than 8% bodyfat (skinny fat). BUT, all 8% is at my waist!! Seriously, I appear to be a genetic misfit. I eat super clean, exercise every day (weights, intervals, etc.) but barely look like I go to the gym due to my waist fat. PLEASE HELP!
