They say, nothing is impossible if you need it badly enough. Well, I need it bad enough to pay you the full $687 for it. Yes, that’s how crazy I am and that’s how badly I need it.
Fitting onto my college jeans is the single most recurring dream of mu life.
Yes, I need it that bad!
WHAT A GREAT AND EASY CONCEPT TO LEARN ABOUT EXERCISE AND WEIGHT LOSS. I HAVE A GOOD SUPPORT SYSTEM WHICH I BELIEVE DOES HELP.
I’m 40 years old, 5’10”, 220lbs. I’d like to get back to, not only the weight, but the energetic, athletic, easy going, feeling of my army days. I know health is a life long commitment. Eating right and exercising starts with me and no one else. I’d love to use your program to help me to reach my goals
Help! I ticked the box below and am getting inundated with emails!!
I am 52 and have always been active. It seems like as the years have gone by I’ve added a few pounds here and there no matter what I do, now my doctor says I need to lose 30 pounds. I’ve tried Atkins, Southbeach, etc, with some, but not lots, of success. 24/7 seems to have hit on what I what I missed with the other programs. It has the routine I need and the support to make it successful and it seems to make sense to me. I want to look good and feel good as my kids grow up and start families of their own. I want to be able to keep up with the grandchildren and 24/7 seems to be the ticket to get there.
I’ve spent my adult life giving to and caring for others–as a registered nurse, wife and mother of four. Now it is time I give myself a healthy and strong body. I have been active with aerobic types of activities, but it isn’t helping me to lose the extra weight. I’d like to find out how to lose weight 24/7. Thank you.
Because I’m so close. I’m so close to being where I want to be.
I have been struggling ever since I had my son a year ago with losing weight. I was injured for part of the time, so that didn’t help. I want a good program, like yours that would allow me to accomplish my goal and show others that your program REALLY does work and that even someone like me can reach their fat loss goal. I REALLY need this!
After posting then reading, there are so many people that need your help. I know everyone cannot win so please make this affordable for all of us. I know you have to make money but think of (post of 1700 people) all the positive advertising we can do for you! My husband has a saying “I know everyone needs to make money, but please don’t make it all off me, LOL!”
Two years ago my health hit the crisis point, at least for me! My blood pressure was 148/96, my triglycerides, fasting blood sugar, and cholesterol numbers were all high as well. I looked at how much I control the diet and activity level of my pets and realized that the craziness needed to stop! I could do this for their health, but I wasn’t doing the same for my own health! I started reading everything on nutrition that seemed sound, e.g. no crazy diets, but books written by people with credentials in diet science. I started slowing changing one thing at a time. Then I began adding in exercise a little at a time. I’m 53 lbs down from where I started, and have 44 lbs left to my goal. I am nearing completion of a walk off the weight program and have set myself a goal of completing a half marathon next June. Your program seems like the perfect next step in my challenge!
hey guys!! i really would like to get a free copy of your program!!! give me the most intense workout and i will do it…HIIT,metabolic resistance.. I will give it my all.. its the eating plan that i find difficult to maintain.. joel your extreme fat loss
program was too much for me..too intense!! So, if you think it’s a more moderate program, i would love to give it a try!! (if you don’t pick me, give it to the poor woman who has never let her partner see her naked!!!.. in 5 yrs!!!)
Anyway, i feel that i am fit, just body fat % too high… really want to check out this program::-)
I really am interested in this program because I believe that this is the ONE for me. I honestly think that this is the one program that may help me finally take all the weight off and keep it off. Everything you have said makes sense and has been working for me. I hope that I can get the rest of this program to help me get into shape and show everyone I know (especially family members) that it is possible to get slim and stay that way.
I am 68 yo and have cycled up and down the last 7 or 8 yrs in weight and blood glucose and cholesterol. I can lose 15 -20 lbs by eating right and working out with a trainer. I have been down and up about 3 times durirng that span. My doc wants to start medication and I am holding out to reduce weight, fat in the middle and blood sugar with concerted exercise , nutrition and supplements.I hope the 24/7 Fat Loss will show me how to get below the threshold/ plateau I always find. I was very intrigued by Craig’s info re MRT, MRC, and carb syncing to achieve greater fat loss as well.
This is it. A real program made for folks like us for the ages or at least 2011. A program that sounds like I do not have to wear a fancy white lab coat of some funky thick black glasses to do this. I need a common sense program, that enlists good food, strong mentality, good physicality and a challenge. I need to cut the lbs. through fat loss and maintain a strong healthy metabolic balance. My weakness is eating too much and at the inopportune time.
Bring it on. A program I can follow and want to keep up with. I can do this and I want to be a poster child for the older generation (over fiddy). I workout at the gym at least 4 times a week and eat fairly healthy but need to have this in a program designed to organize and motivate me to push into the Ionosphere.
Because I’ve tried everything else. Epic failure.
I have been overweight since college and I will be 47 soon. I would like to be at a normal weight before I turn 50. I need guidance and a structured program that I can follow and your program sounds great.

My name is Maria. I have been overweight since i was a child. I have tried different kids of cardio exercises to lose body fat and gain muscle. As i read your articles and learned more I realized that I have benn doing everyhting wrong and that is why i have not been able to lose the fat and build the muscle i have been wanting for quite some time. I do not have time to go to the gym so this program will work perfectly to me. Overall the benefits of fatloss and muscle gain and the health you will recive thru the right exercise and eating right are outstanding. Thanks so much for your time and all the great information ou have given us.
I need a program that will keep me on track and that I will be accountable to. I have trouble keeping to rigorous diets to keep off the fat as I get older (late 50’s) and need that program that I can adhere to and goes at my pace. Cancer is in my family’s genes and so I am concerned about my weight and health in general.
WOW! I NEED THIS! HI! I started gaining weight when I turned 45. I’ve always been active, working as a nurse, raising three kids, and having a great husband. My world slowed down considerably in 2009 when I had my right leg amputated and my activity level went to zero. I was eating very little, but obviously not the right things because I gained weight. In April 2011, I had six discs in my back fused with rods and all that. After being sedentary again, I gained more weight. I am now able to be more active, and am back working in nursing, but I NEED YOUR PLAN to get me on the RIGHT PATH nutritionally and with activity. I NEED GUIDANCE! I am 59 now and want to be at my best when I turn 60. God bless you for helping people like me. We LOVE YOU for it. I want to LOVE ME more, too–not have more of me to love ;) ! Thanks!!
@ Joel Marion:
Hi, I am a 46 year old male, married for 21 years, 1 daughter 9 years old who I don’t get to spend enough time with due to work committments. I was recently diagnosed with high chlorestoral and vertigo. During the summer I was rushed to hospital with a suspected heart attack and now have the ailments above. I realise I need to do something drastic to sort out my health and need your help to achieve this. 24/7 FAt Loss Program will help me achieve that goal. Thanks for reading. Vern
I am admittedly clueless about just how to go about making my plea stand out from all of the others. But I want this program enough to give it a try. So……. why should I get 24/7 Fat Loss for free? For one thing, I will “represent” (meaning I’ll do it justice and not let you down). When it comes to fitness, I have a history of following through, having lost 20 pounds on Body For Life and 9.2 on Xtreme Fat Loss Diet. So that makes me a hotshot expert by now, right? I wish that were true! Because, while I know how to keep myself in healthy clean foods, the strategic use of food to accomplish specific physical goals requires more knowledge than I have. Because my physical goals include jeweled bikinis and transparent shoes. Because I LOVE food, and while I can temporarily restrict in order to compete, I don’t want to do so for a single second longer than I have to. Basically, I need to get super-duper lean and stay that way so that I won’t require pre-contest dieting for more than a few weeks at a time. You know exactly how to help me make it happen. You can make me a shining star[key] on that stage. You have the knowledge that I need. Please share it with me.
I have struggled with my weight my entire adult life. I had gastric by pass surgery in 1999. I lost 68 lbs and kept it off until three years ago. I have arthritis in my knees which is worse due to weight and inactivity. and decided this was the year to devote to myself. I hired a personal trainer in July and have been eating healthy but the weight has not budged. I am stronger, which is nice. I think that I have a very “efficient” body in that it is very sensitive to any indication of trying to lose weight and is resistent. I need an overhaul which will result in a fat burning machine. I want to be healthy, strong and lean and think this program would be the key.
I’m 33, dating, and frustrated. The extra weight that’s crept on over the last 3 years has really taken its toll on my self esteem. I want to feel more confident in my own skin. The thing is, I already eat really well (whole foods, lean proteins, no processed carbs) but your updates have me realizing that I’m likely eating in the wrong combination. As a scientist, I appreciate the logic and research behind the program you’ve created. What I don’t need is another cardio routine (HIIT by itself hasn’t kept the weight off) and I think your structured program and focus on hormonal control is exactly what I’ve been looking for.
